DE – Montageanleitung
Zulässiger Gebrauch
Die Standkonsole darf nur zur Befestigung von FTP, PTP
und PLP Kermi-Flachheizkörpern Typ 20-33 und von Bau-
länge 500-2600 bei der Anwendungsklasse 2 auf Fertig-
boden verwendet werden.
Jeder andere Gebrauch ist nicht bestimmungsgemäß und
daher unzulässig!
Wartung und Reinigung
Eine besondere Wartung der Standkonsolen ist nicht not-
wendig.
ŹReinigen Sie die Standkonsolen ausschließ- lich mit
milden, nicht scheuernden handels-üblichen Reini-
gungsmitteln.
Reklamation
Wenden Sie sich im Schadensfall an Ihren Fachhandwer-
ker!
ŹLassen Sie die Montage und Reparaturen ausschließ-
lich vom Fachhandwerker ausführen, sonst erlischt Ihr
Anspruch nach dem Gesetz für Sachmängelhaftung.
Entsorgung
ŹVerpackung und nicht benötigte Teile dem Recycling
oder der ordnungsgemäßen Entsorgung zuführen. Die
örtlichen Vorschriften beachten.
DE – Montageanleitung
Die Standkonsolen dürfen nur von einem Fachhandwerker
montiert werden.
Sie dürfen nur in geschlossenen Heizungssystemen ein-
gesetzt werden.
Sicherheitshinweise
ŹMontageanleitung vor Montage gründlich durchle-
sen.
ŹAlle Hinweise zu Aufstellort, technischen Daten, Ein-
satzgrenzen, Bodenbeschaffen- heit und Wandab-
stand beachten.
ŹNach der Montage die Anleitung dem End-verbrau-
cher überlassen.
ŹTransportieren und lagern Sie das Montagematerial
nur in der Schutzverpackung.

Zuordnung der Standkonsolen
ŹJe nach Baulänge den Flachheizkörper mit der ange-
gebenen Zuordnung der Standkonsolen montieren
(Abb. 3).
ŹAlle Hinweise, insbesondere die technischen Daten
und Einsatzgrenzen, beachten.
ŹTransport und Lagerung nur in der Schutzverpackung.
Vormontage Standkonsole bis BL ≤ 1600
(ZB04620001, ZB04620002)
ŹWerkzeug und Befestigungsmaterial (Schrauben,
Scheiben und Dübel) bereit-legen (Abb. 1).
ŹDie Verschlusskappen (3) in die beiden seitlichen Öff-
nungen des Trägerrohres (2) einstecken (Abb. 5).
ŹDie Konsolenböcke (4) in die vorgesehenen Boh-
rungen des Trägerrohres (2) einstecken (Abb. 5).
ŹDen Gewindestift (9) in das Trägerrohr (2) halb ein-
drehen (Abb. 5).
ŹDas vormontierte Trägerrohr auf den Kon-
solenfuß schieben und den gewünsch-
ten Bodenabstand einstellen (Abb. 7/8).
Hinweis: Der empfohlene Abstand bei Fertigboden
beträgt 200 mm (Abb. 7)
ŹDas Trägerrohr mit dem Gewindestift (9) fixieren
(Abb. 8).
ŹDie Abstützung (5) oben in den Konsolenfuß (1) ein-
stecken (Aussparung zur Rückseite gerichtet) (Abb. 8).
ŹDie Maße zur Montage der Standkonsolen am Heiz-
körper, der Tabelle in Abb. 10 entnehmen.
Vormontage Mittelkonsolen ≥ BL 1800

ŹVormontage der Mittelkonsolen wie bei Standkonso-
len, jedoch mit der Abweichung dass jeweils nur eine
Verschlusskappe (3) von vorne in ein Trägerrohr (2)
gesteckt wird (Abb. 6).
ŹDen Verbindungswinkel (10) mit den Gewindeboh-
rungen nach unten hinten an den Trägerrohren anle-
gen und mit den Zylinderschrauben (11) und Scheiben
(7) befestigen (Abb. 9).
ŹBei BL 2300 den Verbindungswinkel (10) je Seite ein-
mal am Trägerrohr (2) mit den Zylinderschrauben (11)
und Scheiben (7) befestigen (Abb. 9). Der Abstand der
Konsolenfüße beträgt 267 mm (Abb. 10).
ŹDie Maße zur Montage der Standkonsolen am Heiz-
körper, der Tabelle in Abb. 10 entnehmen.
Montage Standkonsole mit Heizkörper
ŹDen Heizkörper auf den Kopf stellen (Abb. 11).
ŹDie vormontierte Konsole im unteren Teil des
Heizkörpers im Bereich der Laschen schräg
ansetzen und vorsichtig einführen (Abb. 12).
Der Konsolenbock (4) wird dabei auf die Heizkörper-
längsnaht gesetzt.
ŹDen Haken (6) in die untere Heizkörperlasche
einhängen und durch das Langloch des Trä-
gerrohres (2) oder der Bohrung vom Verbin-
dungswinkel (10) stecken. Mit der Sechskan-
tmutter (8) und der Scheibe (7) verschrauben.
Durch das Festziehen der Sechskantmutter (8) wird
die Standkonsole mit dem Heizkörper verspannt
(Abb. 14).
ŹDen Heizkörper auf die Standkonsolenfüße stellen
und am Aufstellungsort positionieren (Abb. 15).

ŹDurch die Bohrungen der Standkonsolenfüße die
Bohrlöcher anreißen (Abb. 16).
ŹDen Heizkörper entfernen und die Löcher an den ge-
kennzeichneten Stellen bohren (Abb. 17).
ŹDen Heizkörper in Position bringen, aus richten und
mit geeigneten Dübeln und Schrauben (4 Schrauben
pro Konsole, max. Ø 10 mm) am Boden befestigen
(Abb. 18).
ŹHeizkörper horizontal ausrichten: Bei der
zu verstellenden Seite den Gewindestift (9)
und die Sechskantmutter (8) lösen. Heiz-
körper ausrichten. Danach den Gewinde-
stift (9) und die Sechskantmutter (8) wieder festziehen
(Abb. 19).
ŹBodenabstand korrigieren: An beiden Seiten den Ge-
windestift (9) und die Sechkant-mutter (8) lösen und
den Abstand korrigieren sowie horizontal ausrichten.
Danach die Gewindestifte (9) und die Sechskantmut-
tern (8) wieder festziehen (Abb. 19).
ŹDie Verpackung wieder vollständig über den Heizkör-
per ziehen (Abb. 20).
EN – Installation instructions
Permitted use
The stand bracket is intended solely for fixing FTP, PTP and
PLP Kermi steel panel radiators type 20-33 and of length
500-2600 for application class 2 on finished flooring.
Any other use is considered improper and therefore im-
permissible!
Maintenance and cleaning
The stand bracket does not require special maintenance.
ŹOnly clean the stand brackets with mild, nonabrasive
commercially available cleaners.
Complaint
Please contact your specialist in case of damage!
ŹAllow only a specialist to carry out installation and
repairs, as otherwise your legal right to a warranty
claim for defects in material or workmanship will be
invalidated.
Disposal
ŹPackaging and any parts that are not needed should
be recycled or disposed of properly. Observe local re-
gulations.

EN – Installation instructions
The stand brackets may be installed only by a heating
engineer.
They may only be used in closed heating systems.
Safety information
ŹRead the instruction installations thoroughly prior to
installation.
ŹObserve all information regarding installation loca-
tion, technical data, limitations on use, floor condition
and distance from wall.
ŹAfter installation, pass the instructions on to the end
user.
ŹOnly store and transport the installation material in
the protective packaging.
WARNING
Risk of injury!
ŹNote the weight of the radiator (see manufacturer's
data).
ŹAt 25kg and above, the work should be carried out
with lifting equipment or by several persons.
Packaging and scope of delivery
ŹRemove radiator packaging on the bottom and rear
side in the area of the bottom lugs (Fig. 2)
ŹInspect the contents of the stand bracket package for
completeness and damage.

Assignment of stand brackets
ŹInstall with the specified assignment of stand bra-
ckets depending on the steel panel radiator's length
(Fig.3).
ŹObserve all information, especially the technical data
and limitations on use.
ŹOnly transport and store in the protective packaging
provided.
Pre-assembly of stand bracket up to BL ≤ 1600
(ZB04620001, ZB04620002)
ŹPrepare tools and fastening materials (screws,
washers and wall anchors) (Fig.1).
ŹInsert the sealing caps (3) into the two side openings
of the supporting pipe (2) (Fig.5).
ŹInsert the bracket blocks (4) into the openings provi-
ded in the supporting pipe (2) (Fig. 5).
ŹScrew the grub screw (9) half way into the supporting
pipe (2) (Fig.5).
ŹSlide the pre-assembled supporting pipe onto the bra-
cketbaseandsetthedesiredgroundclearance(Fig.7/8).
Note: Recommended clearance for finished flooring is
200mm (Fig.7).
ŹFix the supporting pipe in place with the grub screw
(9) (Fig.8).
ŹInsert the support (5) into the top of the bracket base
(1) (recess facing toward the back) (Fig.8).
ŹFor the installation dimensions of the stand brackets
on the radiator, refer to the table in Fig.10.

ŹPre-assembly of centre brackets same as stand bra-
ckets, however with the difference that only one
sealing cap (3) is inserted on the front into a suppor-
ting pipe (2) respectively (Fig. 6).
ŹPlace the connecting bracket (10) with the threaded
holes pointing downwards onto the rear of the sup-
porting pipes and attach using the cylinder screws
(11) and washers (7) (Fig. 9).
ŹOn the BL 2300, use the cylinder screws (11) and
washers (7) to attach the connecting bracket (10) on
each side to the supporting pipe (2) (Fig. 9). The spa-
cing between the bracket feet is 267mm (Fig.10).
ŹFor the installation dimensions of the stand brackets
on the radiator, refer to the table in Fig.10.
Installation of stand bracket with radiator
ŹPlace the radiator upside down (Fig. 11).
ŹPlace the pre-assembled bracket on the bot-
tom part of the radiator in the area of the
lugs at an angle and insert carefully (Fig. 12).
In the process, the bracket block (4) is placed on the
longitudinal seam of the radiator.
ŹHang the hook (6) on the bottom radiator lug and
stick it through the slot in the supporting pipe (2) or
the hole from the connecting bracket (10). Screw to-
gether with the hexagonal nut (8) and the washer (7).
The stand bracket is clamped to the radiator by tighte-
ning the hexagonal nut (8) (Fig. 14).
ŹPlace the radiator on the soil stand bracket feet and
position it at the installation location (Fig. 15).
ŹMark the boreholes through the bores of the soil
stand bracket feet (Fig. 16).
ŹRemove the radiator and drill holes at the marked
positions (Fig. 17).
ŹPosition the radiator, align it and fix it to the floor
using suitable dowels and screws (4 screws per bra-
cket, max. Ø10mm) (Fig.18).
ŹAlign the radiator horizontally: Loosen the grub screw
(9) and the hexagonal nut (8) on the side to be adju-
sted. Align radiator. Then re-tighten the grub screw
(9) and the hexagonal nut (8) (Fig.19).
ŹCorrect floor spacing: Loosen the grub screw (9) and
hexagonal nut (8) on both sides and correct the spa-
cing and also align horizontally. Then re-tighten the
grub screw (9) and the hexagonal nut (8) (Fig.19).
ŹCover the radiator completely again with the packa-
ging (Fig. 20).
FR – Instructions de montage
Utilisation conforme
La console verticale doit exclusivement être utilisée pour
la fixation des radiateurs panneaux Kermi FTP, PTP et PLP
de type 20-33 et d'une hauteur de 500-2600 pour la clas-
se d'application 2 sur sol fini.
Toute autre utilisation n'est pas conforme à l'usage prévu
et est donc interdite!
Entretien et nettoyage
Les consoles verticales ne nécessitent pas d'entretien par-
ticulier.
ŹNettoyer les consoles verticales uniquement avec des
produits nettoyants doux non abrasifs disponibles
dans le commerce.
Réclamation
En cas de détérioration, s'adresser à un installateur spé-
cialisé!
ŹFaire exécuter le montage et les réparations exclusi-
vement par un installateur spécialisé, sinon le recours
en garantie pour vice matériel prévu par la loi serait
annulé.
Traitement des déchets
ŹAmener l'emballage et les pièces non utilisées dans
un centre de recyclage ou un centre d'élimination des
déchets réglementaire. Respecter les prescriptions
locales.
FR – Instructions de montage
Le montage des consoles verticales est réservé à un instal-
lateur spécialisé.
Elles doivent uniquement être intégrées dans des
systèmes de chauffage fermés.
Consignes de sécurité
ŹLire attentivement les instructions de montage avant
le montage.
ŹRespecter toutes les consignes relatives au lieu
d'installation, aux caractéristiques techniques, aux
limites d'utilisation, à la structure du mur et du plan-
cher ainsi que la distance au mur.
ŹAprès le montage, remettre les instructions à
l'utilisateur final.
ŹTransporter et entreposer toujours les éléments de
montage dans leur emballage de protection.
AVERTISSEMENT
Risque de blessure!
ŹTenir compte du poids du radiateur (voir documen-
tation du fabricant).
ŹÀ partir de 25kg, utiliser des dispositifs de levage
ou travailler à plusieurs.

Emballage et contenu de la livraison
ŹRetirer l'emballage sur la partie inférieure et l'arrière
du radiateur au niveau des pattes de fixation inféri-
eures (fig. 2)
ŹVérifier que le contenu du colis des consoles verticales
est complet et intact.

Affectation des consoles verticales
ŹEn fonction de la longueur, monter les radiateurs pan-
neaux en respectant l'affectation spécifiée des con-
soles verticales (fig. 3).
ŹRespecter toutes les instructions, notamment celles
relatives aux caractéristiques techniques et aux li-
mites d'utilisation.
ŹTransport et stockage uniquement dans l'emballage

Prémontage de la console verticale jusqu'à BL ≤
1600 (ZB04620001, ZB04620002)
ŹPréparer les outils et le matériel de fixation (vis, ron-
delles et chevilles) (fig. 1).
ŹPlacer les capuchons de protection (3) sur les deux
ouvertures latérales du tuyau support (2) (fig. 5).
ŹInsérer les supports de console (4) dans les trous pré-
vus à cet effet sur le tuyau support (2) (fig. 5).
ŹVisser à moitié la tige filetée (9) dans le tuyau support
(2) (fig. 5).
ŹGlisser le tuyau support prémonté dans le pied de
console et régler la garde au sol souhaitée (fig. 7/8).
Remarque: la garde au sol recommandée sur sol fini
est de 200mm (fig. 7)
ŹFixer le tuyau support avec la tige filetée (9) (fig. 8).
ŹInsérer l'appui (5) par le haut dans le pied de console
(1) (évidement orienté vers l'arrière) (fig. 8).
ŹLes dimensions de montage des consoles verticales au
niveau du radiateur sont fournies dans le tableau de
la fig. 10.

ŹPrémontage des consoles centrales comme pour les
consoles verticales, mais à l'exception qu'un seul ca-
puchon (3) est inséré par l'avant dans le tuyau sup-
port (2) (fig. 6).
ŹPlacer l'équerre de raccordement (10) avec les trous
filetés vers le bas à l'arrière des tuyaux supports et la
fixer avec les vis à tête cylindrique (11) et les rondelles
(7) (fig. 9).
ŹPour BL 2300, fixer l'équerre de raccordement (10)
une fois de chaque côté du tuyau support (2) avec les
vis à tête cylindrique (11) et les rondelles (7) (fig. 9).
L'écart du pied de console est de 267mm (fig. 10).
ŹLes dimensions de montage des consoles verticales au
niveau du radiateur sont fournies dans le tableau de
la fig. 10.
Montage de console verticale avec radiateur
ŹRetourner le radiateur (fig. 11).
ŹPositionner la console prémontée de biais con-
tre les pattes dans la partie inférieure du ra-
diateur et les insérer prudemment (fig. 12).
Lors de cette opération, le support de console (4) est
placé sur la soudure longitudinale du radiateur.
ŹSuspendre le crochet (6) dans la patte inférieure du
radiateur et l'insérer par le trou longitudinal du tuyau
support (2) ou le perçage de l'équerre de raccordement
(10).Visseravecl'écrouhexagonal(8)etlarondelle(7).
Serrer l'écrou hexagonal (8) pour solidariser la conso-
le verticale et le radiateur (fig. 14).
ŹPlacer le radiateur sur les pieds de console verticale et
le positionner sur le lieu d'installation (fig. 15).
ŹMarquer les trous de perçage à travers les trous dans
les pieds de console verticale (fig. 16).
ŹRetirer le radiateur et percer les trous aux emplace-
ments marqués (fig. 17).
ŹPositionner le radiateur, l'aligner et le fixer au sol avec
des chevilles et des vis adaptées (4 vis par console,
max. Ø 10mm) (fig. 18).
ŹAligner le radiateur horizontalement: desserrer la
tige filetée (9) et l'écrou hexagonal (8) sur le côté
à régler. Aligner le radiateur. Resserrer ensuite
la tige filetée (9) et l'écrou hexagonal (8) (fig. 19).
ŹCorriger la garde au sol: desserrer les tiges filetées (9)
et les écrous hexagonaux (8) des deux côtés, ajuster
la distance et aligner horizontalement. Resserrer en-
suite les tiges filetées (9) et les écrous hexagonaux
(8) (fig. 19).
ŹRecouvrir complètement le radiateur avec l'emballage
(fig. 20).

Uso consentito
La mensola a pavimento può essere utilizzata solo per il
fissaggio di radiatori piatti Kermi FTP, PTP e PLP, tipo 20-
33 e con larghezza 500 -2600 con classe di applicazione
2 su pavimenti finiti.
Ogni altro uso è considerato non conforme alle disposizi-
oni ed è quindi vietato!
Manutenzione e pulizia
Non è necessaria una manutenzione particolare delle
mensole a pavimento.
ŹPulire le mensole a pavimento esclusivamente con
detergenti disponibili in commercio delicati, non ab-
rasivi.
Reclamo
In caso di danno rivolgetevi al vostro rivenditore speci-
alizzato!
ŹFar eseguire il montaggio e le riparazioni solo da in-
stallatori specializzati altrimenti verrà invalidata qual-
siasi richiesta in base alla legge per la responsabilità
in caso di difetti.
Smaltimento
ŹProcedere al riciclaggio o al corretto smaltimento
dell'imballo e delle parti non necessarie. Osservare le
disposizioni locali.

Le mensole a pavimento possono essere montate solo da
un installatore specializzato.
Vanno utilizzate esclusivamente in un sistema di riscalda-
mento chiuso.
Indicazioni di sicurezza
ŹLeggere le istruzioni di montaggio prima di procedere
al montaggio.
ŹOsservare tutte le indicazioni sul luogo di posa, i dati
tecnici, i limiti d'impiego, le qualità del pavimento e
la distanza dalla parete.
ŹDopo il montaggio cedere le istruzioni all'utente fi-
nale.
ŹTrasportare e stoccare il materiale di montaggio solo
nell'imballo protettivo.
ATTENZIONE
Pericolo di lesioni!
ŹOsservare il peso del radiatore (vedere documenta-
zione del produttore).
ŹSe il peso supera i 25kg effettuare le operazioni
con l'attrezzo di sollevamento o con l'aiuto di altre
persone.
Imballo e volume di fornitura
ŹRimuovere l'imballo del radiatore sul lato inferiore e
su quello posteriore nell'area delle linguette inferiori
(fig. 2).
ŹVerificare la completezza e l'integrità del contenuto
dell'imballaggio delle mensole a pavimento.

Assegnazione delle mensole a pavimento
ŹA seconda della lunghezza montare il radiatore piatto
con l'assegnazione indicata di mensole a pavimento
(fig. 3).
ŹOsservare tutte le indicazioni, specialmente i dati tec-
nici e i limiti d'impiego.
ŹTrasporto e magazzinaggio solo nell'imballo protet-
tivo.
Premontaggio mensola a pavimento fino a BL ≤
1600 (ZB04620001, ZB04620002)
ŹPreparare gli attrezzi e il materiale di montaggio (viti,
rondelle e tasselli) (fig. 1).
ŹInserire i tappi di chiusura (3) in entrambe le aperture
laterali del tubo di supporto (2) (fig. 5).
ŹInserire i supporti della mensola (4) nei fori previsti del
tubo di supporto (2a/2b) (fig. 5).
ŹAvvitare per metà il perno filettato (9) nel tubo di sup-
porto (2) (fig. 5).
ŹSpingere il tubo di supporto premontato sul
piede della mensola ed impostare la dis-
tanza desiderata dal pavimento (fig. 7 / 8).
Nota: la distanza consigliata con il pavimento finito è
di 200mm (fig. 7)
ŹFissare il tubo di supporto con il perno filettato (9)
(fig. 8).
ŹInnestare il sostegno (5) in alto nel piede della men-
sola (1) (apertura orientata verso il lato posteriore)
(fig. 8).
ŹDesumere le misure per il montaggio delle mensole a
pavimento sul radiatore dalla tabella in fig. 10.
Premontaggio mensola centrale ≥ BL 1800

ŹPremontaggio delle mensole centrali come per le
mensole a pavimento, fatta tuttavia riserva per
l'inserimento di un solo tappo di chiusura (3) frontal-
mente su un tubo di supporto (2) (fig. 6).
ŹPosizionare l'angolare di collegamento (10) con i fori
filettati verso il basso dietro ai tubi di supporto e fis-
sare con le viti a testa cilindrica (11) e le rondelle (7)
(fig. 9).
ŹCon il BL 2300 l'angolare di riferimento (10) su ogni
lato va fissato una volta sul tubo di supporto (2) con
le viti a testa cilindrica (11) e le rondelle (7) (fig. 9). La
distanza dei piedi della mensola è di 267mm (fig. 10).
ŹDesumere le misure per il montaggio delle mensole a
pavimento sul radiatore dalla tabella in fig. 10.
Montaggio della mensola a pavimento con
radiatore
ŹPosizionare il radiatore sulla testina (fig. 11).
ŹAppoggiare diagonalmente la mensola premon-
tata nella parte inferiore del radiatore nell'area
dei passanti e inserirla con attenzione (fig. 12).
Il supporto della mensola (4) viene così posizionato
sul cordone longitudinale del radiatore.
ŹAgganciareilgancio(6)nelpassante nel sostegno infe-
riore del radiatore e inserirlo attraverso il foro del tubo
di supporto (2) o il foro dall'angolare di collegamento
(10).Avvitareconildado esagonale(8) elarondella(7).
Serrando il dado esagonale (8) la mensola a pavimen-
to viene fissata al radiatore (fig. 14).
ŹSistemare il radiatore sui piedi della mensola a pavi-
mento e posizionarlo nel luogo di posa (fig. 15).
ŹTracciare i fori attraverso i fori dei piedi della mensola
a pavimento (fig. 16).
ŹRimuovere il radiatore ed effettuare i fori su punti con-
trassegnati (fig. 17).
ŹPortare il radiatore in posizione, allinearlo e fissarlo
con tasselli, rondelle e viti adatte (4 viti per mensola,
max. Ø 10mm) (fig. 18).
ŹAllineamento orizzontale del radiatore: allentare il
perno filettato (9) e i dadi esagonali (8) sul lato da re-
golare. Allineare il radiatore. Poi serrare nuovamente
il perno filettato (9) e i dadi esagonali (8) (fig. 19).
ŹCorrezione della distanza dal pavimento: allentare il
perno filettato (9) e i dadi esagonali (8) sui due lati,
correggere la distanza e allineare orizzontalmente. Poi
serrare nuovamente i perni filettati (9) e i dadi esago-
nali (8) (fig. 19).
ŹRiposizionare completamente l'imballo sul radiatore
(fig. 20).
