本製品は、TOS3200 をラックに組み込むためのラックマウントアダプタです。
•KRA3-TOS： インチラック、EIA 規格用
•KRA150-TOS： ミリラック、JIS 規格用
部品構成
部品が正しく添付されているか、損傷していないか確認してください。万一、損傷または不備がありましたら、
購入元または当社営業所にお問い合わせください。
組み立て
次の手順で本体にアダプタを取り付けて、ラックに組み込みます。
1パネルとシャシを止めている M3 ねじを外します。
2M3ねじを使用して、シャシをTOS3200に取り付けます。

3端子台に付属の M3 ねじを使用して、端子台をパネルに
取り付けます。
4M3 ねじを使用して、パネルをシャシに取り付けます。
5M3 ねじを使用して、端子カバーを端子台に取り付けま
す。
安全のため、端子を使用しない場合には、端子が露出しないよ
うに端子カバーを取り付けてください。
6ケーブル（白）を使用して、TOS3200後面パネル AC LINE
OUT のG端子と、本製品のパネル端子台の G端子を接
続します。
ねじは、各端子台のねじを使用してください。
7手順 6 と同様に、ケーブル（白）を使用して N端子を接
続して、ケーブル（黒）を使用して L端子を接続します。
極性を合わせて接続してください。
8AC LINE OUTにTOS3200付属の端子カバーを接続しま
す。
9M5 ねじとワッシャを使用して、パネルをラックに取り
付けます。

下側の穴を使用してカバーを固定

この穴を使用して端子カバーを取り付けると、端子が露出しません。
端子に電線を接続した場合には、
この穴を使用して端子カバーを取り付けます。
・機器が落下する恐れがあります。
使用するラックに適合したサポートアングル
を取り付けて、本体を支持してください。

This rack mount adapter is used to mount the TOS3200 on the rack.
•KRA3-TOS: Inch rack for the EIA standard
•KRA150-TOS: Milli rack for the JIS standard
Components
Check that all parts are included and that the parts have not been damaged during trans-
portation. If any of the parts are damaged or missing, contact your Kikusui agent or distrib-
utor.
Assembly
Carry out the procedure below to attach the adapter to the TOS3200 and mount it on the rack.
1Unscrew the M3 screws that are holding the
panel and chassis together.
2Attach the chassis to the TOS3200 using the
M3 screws.

3Attach the terminal block to the panel using
the M3 screws provided with the terminal
block.
4Attach the panel to the chassis using the M3
screws.
5Attach the terminal cover to the terminal block
using the M3 screws.
For your safety, if you are not using the terminals, attach
the terminal block to keep the terminals covered.
6Connect the G terminal of AC LINE OUT on
the TOS3200 rear panel to the G terminal of
the panel terminal block of this product using
the white cable.
Use the terminal block screws.
7As same as step 6 , connect the N terminals
together using the white cable, and connect
the L terminals together using the black cable.
Be sure the polarities are correct.
8Attach the terminal cover provided with the
TOS3200 to AC LINE OUT.
9Attach the panel to the rack using the M5
screws and washers.

Fix the cover in place using the holes on the bottom side.

When the terminal cover is attached using
this hole, the terminals are not exposed.
If you connect wires to the terminals, use
this hole to attach the terminal cover.
・The instrument may fall.
Install the suitable support angles
applying to the used rack system to
support the instrument.
