TROUBLE SHOOTING
Link wire rule:
Power Video
1. No Picture after power-up
. May be due to power supply voltage abnormality, please check the power
supply voltage and polarity. . Please check all the connecting cables and monitors to ensure they are
connected correctly.
2. T e camera image as flowing interference ripples
. May be caused by the power supply AC ripples, or video signal ground loop
interference. . Check the monitor and peripheral equipment used.
3. T e image background colour c anges continuously
. Fluorescent lamp’s electromagnetic field may cause colour roll. This is a
recognized phenomenon with CCD cameras.
. Reduce the number of fluorescent lamps or increasing the distance between
the camera and the fluorescent lamps may improve things.
4. Picture smear is apparent
. The power supply’s voltage unstable. . Cables not connected correctly or have high impedance.
Notes::::
●An appropriate regulated Low voltage PSU must be used. Its output
voltage、current、voltage polarity and operating temperature must
match the camera’s requirement. ●To avoid damage during lightning you must use an Anti-surge device or
turn off the power and disconnect the cable. Video 12V DC
