IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic precautions should always be followed:
1. Read all instructions.
2. Make sure that your outlet voltage corresponds to the voltage stated on the rating label on the AC
adaptor supplied with the vacuum cleaner.
3. Do not operate the appliance if the cord of the charger is damaged or if the vacuum has
malfunctioned or been damaged in any way.
4. The vacuum cleaner can only be powered by the battery provided. Only use the provided charger to
recharge the vacuum cleaner. Do not use this charger with other appliance.
5. Do not let the cord of charger hang over the edge of a table, counter or hot surface.
6. Do not immerse charger or the body of the vacuum cleaner into water as this would increase the risk of
electric shock.
7. Do not place the appliance on or near a hot gas or on a heated oven.
8. Make certain that the ventilation slits of the appliance are not covered so it does not block radiating
heat.
9. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
10. Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where
they may be present.
11. Lit cigarettes, matches, hot ash should not be sucked up by the vacuum cleaner.
12. The use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries to persons.
13. The battery charger or vacuum cleaner must be disposed properly if it can no longer be used.
Never dispose into a fire as explosion may occur.
14. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
15. Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.
16. Do not use outdoors.
17. The appliance is not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
18. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the qualified electrical person in order to
avoid a hazard or the product must be disposed.
19. This appliance incorporates batteries which contain materials that are hazardous to the
environment. The batteries must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped: unscrew
the screws on the bottom of handy unit, take the enclosure apart, remove wires from the batteries,
then dispose of the batteries safely.
20. The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the batteries.

USING VACUUM CLEANER
For the initial use of vacuum cleaner, charge the battery fully for 12 hours and discharge it completely.
This will condition the battery and help prolong the battery life.
1. Before connecting the plug of the battery charger into the socket, ensure that the voltage of the electricity
supply is same as that indicated on the rating label of battery charger. When charging is completed, pull the
plug of the battery charger from the socket.
2. Before use, check if the battery is fully charged. When the vacuum cleaner has been switched ON and
the motor have not enough suction power, it means the vacuum cleaner is out of power and need to be
recharged.
NOTE: 1). The regular charging time is 8 hours. Do not exceed more than 24 hours.
2). During battery charging process, the vacuum cleaner should not be used.
3). Only battery power should be used when using the vacuum cleaner.

WARNING: The rechargeable battery inside vacuum cleaner (1500mAh, 1.2V*10 cells Ni-MH
rechargeable battery) can only be charged by the supplied charging stand with a
battery charger (ZNL-D168020). Never use this charger for non-rechargeable battery.
Please follow the instruction “Using the charging stand” to connect the vacuum
cleaner and charging stand.
3. When charging, the charging light is red color. It turns to green color when fully charged.
4. The attachments, small nozzle and crevice tool, can be chosen according to your needs. The small
nozzle is ideal for cleaning dust from corners or gaps and the crevice tool for sucking up liquids.
5. Whencleaning liquid spills, the liquid sucked should not exceed “MAX”line on the dust cup. It can
suck in approximately 200ml of liquid.
6. Slide the On/Off switch to "1"position. The vacuum cleaner will start to work.
When finished or pausing during cleaning, slide the On/Off switch to "0" position, this will save battery
power. The maximum continuous running time is approximately 15 minutes when the battery is fully
charged.
EMPTYING THE DUST CUP
To empty the collected dust and debris after use, press down on the dust cup release button and then
remove the dust cup by pulling down and out.
Wash the dust cup if necessary. Place it back onto the handle and click firmly into position.

REMOVING THE FILTER
Pull the filter from the frame directly. You may wash the filter with clean water and put it back into the
frame after drying it thoroughly.

CLEANING AND CARE
1. Use a slightly moist cloth to wipe off the housing of the hand vacuum cleaner, the charging stand
and the accessory parts.
2. Wash the dust cup under running water and dry off it before reassembling it to the vacuum
cleaner.
3. Check the filter regularly. If dirt is present, clean the filter with a small brush and then
wash the filter under running water. Dry it in the open air for 24 hours and re-insert it when it is
completely dry.
USING THE CHARGING STAND
When charging the vacuum cleaner, insert the vacuum cleaner into the charging stand firmly.
The vacuum cleaner should be left on the charging stand while charging.
The vacuum cleaner cannot be operated when being charged.
STORAGE
If you do not intend to use the vacuum cleaner for a long time, clean as described in the part of "CLEANING
AND CARE". Then store the vacuum cleaner and all accessories in a dry, clean place, away from direct
sunlight and heat.

entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of
acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
For New Zealand customers, this warranty is in addition to statutory rights observed under New Zealand
legislation.
