Operating Instructions
•Please Note: In the initial use, you may detect a faint odour. This is normal as the
appliance is burning off the residue of the manufacturing process and the smell will
disappear within a short time.
•Soapy water can be used to clean the pot and the lid – dry thoroughly.
•Accessories can also be cleaned in the same way.
•Cleaning heating plate: Please use a soft cloth and gently wipe the outside of the
heating plate. DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER!
•How to use: Put the four metal legs into the hole of the heating plate and then
close the lid. Connect to the power and it will work.

Starting Up
Connect the power and the device will beep, entering standby once any button is pressed.
Select a preferred function, adjust time and temperature and then press "Start/Stop" to
begin a program. Press "Start/Stop" during operation to return to standby mode.
Time
Press Time and then the + and - button to adjust in 1-minute increments. Press and hold to
adjust by 10 minutes. The maximum working time is 9 hours 59 minutes.
Temp
Press Temp and then the + and - button to adjust in 10-degree increments. (Except for the
"Sous Vide" function). The temperature range is 240–40°C.
Preset
Use the preset option to start cooking after a delay.
1. Select your intended function and the temperature and time.
2. Press the Preset button use + and - to adjust the time. The maximum preset time is
9 hours 59 minutes.
3. Once set, press Start/Stop and the device will enter preset mode. Time and
temperature can be adjusted: press Preset again to submit the updated settings.
The device will start heating when the preset time is reached, at which point the
preset indicator will switch off.
4. Press Preset while the device is in preset mode to cancel.
OPERATION

Press the Function button to cycle through the functions in the order listed below. The + and
- buttons can also be used to go forward and back in the list.
With a function selected, the time and temperature can be adjusted before pressing
Start/Stop to confirm. Unless otherwise specified, it will return to standby once a function
has been completed.
1. Sous Vide (can be preset)
•Fill a non-stick bowl with water and place sous vide rack in the bowl.
•Select the Sous Vide function, adjust time/temperature if required and press
Start/Stop button to begin. (Default temperature is 50°C, default time 1:00.)
•Once the water reaches the rated temperature, place the ingredients into the sous
vide rack and cover with lid.
•During cooking, temperature and time can be adjusted. (Note: Temperature can be
set from 40–99°C in 1°C increments and time can be set between 1:00–9:59.)
2. Stir-fry (cannot be preset)
•Select the Stir-fry function, adjust time/temperature if required and press
Start/Stop button to begin. (Default temperature is 240°C, default time 0:10).
•Add a small amount of oil into pot and when heated up, add food.
•During cooking, temperature and time can be adjusted. (Note: temperature can be
set from 140–240°C and time can be set between 0:00–0:20).
3. Roast (cannot be preset)
•Put the low rack into the pot and place food onto the rack, then cover the glass lid
to cook.
•Select the Roast function, adjust time/temperature if required and press Start/Stop
button to begin. (Default temperature is 240°C, default time 1:00).
•During cooking, temperature and time can be adjusted. (Note: Temperature can be
set from 120–240°C and time can be set between 0:10–1:00)
4. Grill (cannot be preset)
•Select the Grill function, adjust time/temperature if required and press Start/Stop
button to begin. (Default temperature is 240°C, default time 1:00).
•During cooking, temperature and time can be adjusted. (Note: Temperature can be
set from 150–240°C and time can be set between 0:10–1:00)

5. Bake (cannot be preset)
•Select the Grill function, adjust time/temperature if required and press Start/Stop
button to begin. (Default temperature is 180°C, default time 0:30).
•Add food to the pot.
•During cooking, temperature and time can be adjusted. (Note: Temperature can be
set from 140–180°C and time can be set between 0:10–2:00)
6. Boil (can be preset)
•Put the food directly into the non-stick pot, add water, ensuring it does not exceed
the maximum level indicator, and then close the lid.
•Select the Boil function, adjust time/temperature if required and press Start/Stop
button to begin. (Default temperature is 150°C, default time 0:25).
•During cooking, temperature and time can be adjusted. (Note: Temperature can be
set from 100–240°C and time can be set between 0:15–1:00)
•When cooking is completed, the cooker will stay on keep warm.
7. Fry (cannot be preset)
•Select the Fry function, adjust time/temperature if required, add oil to the non-stick
bowl and press Start/Stop button to begin. (Default temperature is 200°C, default
time 0:20).
•Once heated, add the food. Use only a nylon or wood spoon or spatula to stir to
avoid scratching the surface.
•During cooking, temperature and time can be adjusted. (Note: Temperature can be
set from 120–240°C and time can be set between 0:01–1:00)
8. Slow cook (can be preset)
•Put the food directly into the non-stick pot, add water, ensuring it does not exceed
the maximum level indicator, and then close the lid.
•Select the Slow Cook function, adjust time if required and press Start/Stop button
to begin. (Default temperature is 100°C, default time 6:00).
•During cooking, only the time can be adjusted. (Note: Time can be set between
0:30–6:00)
•When cooking is completed, the cooker will be on keep warm.
NOTE: In order to keep food moist, don't remove the lid during cooking.

9. Fast stew (can be preset)
•Put the food directly into the non-stick pot, add water, ensuring it does not exceed
the maximum level indicator, and then close the lid.
•Select the Fast Stew function, adjust time/temperature if required and press
Start/Stop button to begin. (Default temperature is 120°C, default time 1:00).
•During cooking, temperature and time can be adjusted. (Note: Temperature can be
set from 120–200°C and time can be set between 0:01–2:00)
•When cooking is completed, the cooker will be on keep warm.
10. Deep fry (cannot be preset)
•Place food into the pot and cover the glass lid to cook.
•Select the Deep fry function, adjust time/temperature if required and press
Start/Stop button to begin. (Default temperature is 210°C, default time 0:40).
•During cooking, temperature and time can be adjusted. (Note: Temperature can be
set from 180–210°C and time can be set between 0:20–2:00)
11. Hot pot (can be preset)
•Select the Hot pot function, adjust time/temperature if required and press
Start/Stop button to begin. (Default temperature is 220°C, default time 1:00).
•During cooking, temperature and time can be adjusted. (Note: Temperature can be
set from 120–240°C and time can be set between 0:30–9:59)
12. Steam (can be preset)
•Pour water into the non-stick bowl and then place the high rack over the bowl,
ensuring it does not exceed the maximum level indicator. Place food on the rack
and then close the lid.
•Select the Steam function, adjust time/temperature if required and press
Start/Stop button to begin. (Default temperature is 220°C, default time 0:15).
•During cooking, temperature and time can be adjusted. (Note: Temperature can be
set from 120–240°C and time can be set between 0:10–1:00)
•When cooking is completed, the cooker will be on keep warm.
13. Rice (can be preset)
•Put 500g rice and about 1.5 times the volume of water (rice: water=1:1.5) into the
bowl and close the lid.
•Select the Rice function, adjust time/temperature if required and press Start/Stop
button to begin. (Default temperature is 100°C.)

•During cooking, the time and temperature cannot be adjusted. When all the water
is boiled away, the time will display 0:25 and count down. When the countdown is
over, the cooker will be on keep warm.
14. Fondue (cannot be preset)
•Place the chocolate into the non-stick bowl and close the lid.
•Select the Fondue function, adjust time/temperature if required and press
Start/Stop button to begin. (Default temperature is 60°C, default time 2:00).
•During cooking, temperature and time can be adjusted. (Note: Temperature can be
set from 40–70°C and time can be set between 0:30–4:00)
15. Yogurt (cannot be preset)
•Pour some pure or fresh milk into the pot, then add moderate starter cultures or 10%
pure yogurt and close the lid.
•Select the Yo gur t function, adjust time if required and press Start/Stop button to
begin. (Default temperature is 40°C, default time 4:00).
•During cooking, only the time can be adjusted. (Note: Time can be set between
0:30–9:59)
16. Popcorn (cannot be preset)
•Put 130g popcorn kernels into the bowl and close the lid.
•Select the Popcorn function, adjust time/temperature if required and press
Start/Stop button to begin. (Default temperature is 240°C, default time 0:08).
•During cooking, temperature and time can be adjusted. (Note: Temperature can be
set from 200–240°C and time can be set between 0:01–0:15)
17. Keep warm (can be preset)
•Select the Keep Warm function, adjust time if required and press Start/Stop button
to begin. (Default temperature is 80°C, default time 2:00).
•During cooking, only the time can be adjusted. (Note: Time can be set between
0:30–9:59)
18. Manual (cannot be preset)
•Select the Manual function, adjust time/temperature if required and press
Start/Stop button to begin. (Default temperature is 240°C, default time 1:00).
•During cooking, temperature and time can be adjusted. (Note: Temperature can be
set from 40–240°C and time can be set between 0:01–9:59)

•For the non-stick pan, use vinegar in boiling water or a suitable detergent to clean.
Do not use corrosive liquids for cleaning.
•When washing, use a soft sponge – do not use steel wool or the pan may be
damaged.
•If the product will not be used for a long time, clean it completely and store it in a
its packaging in a dry, well-ventilated area.
•The glass cover is fragile, please be careful when use.
