●使用上の注意
・本品の用途及び、仕様の範囲以外では使用しないでください。
・空気以外の気体では使用しないでください。

・部品を取り外して他の機器に使用したり、指定以外の部品は使用しないで
ください。
・使用圧力は０．３〜０．７ＭＰａの範囲でご使用ください。
注意 ・使用中は熱空気排出部より熱風が出ます。網囲いしている部分は、使用条
件により入口空気温度２０℃の時、最大で７０℃まで上がる場合がありま
す。火傷に注意してください。
・ゴミや油などが流入すると冷却能力の低下の原因となります。清浄な空気
を供給してください。

・供給される圧縮空気に水分があると冷風のノズル部が凍結します。ノズル部が凍結す
ると、冷空気中に氷粒が発生します。その為、エアドライヤ等で除湿した乾燥空気を
供給してください。
・ゴミや油等の原因による冷却能力の低下を防ぐため、エアフィルタ（40μm 以下のも
の）とオイルミストセパレータを設置してください。
・ジェットクーラまでの配管は出来るだけ内径の大きなパイプやチューブを使用してく
ださい。細くなると圧縮空気を十分に供給することが出来ず、冷却能力の低下を招き
ます。空気消費量を参考にしてください。
・冷空気噴出口にチューブ等で配管する場合は、必ず断熱材で被い、出来るだけ短くし
てください。

●冷空気温度の調整
温度の調整は本体後部にある調整ネジで調整してく
ださい。調整ネジを緩める（反時計方向に回す）と
温度が下がり冷風空気量が減少します。調整ネジを
締めると（時計方向に回す）とそれぞれ逆となりま
す。

●消費空気量
●配 管 注意
・配管する前に、配管内を十分フラッシングして配管内のゴミ等を除去してください。
・配管時には、ねじ部にシールテープ、もしくはシール剤を塗ってください。
・配管、継手をねじ込む場合は、切粉やシール剤が内部に混入しないようにしてくだ
さい。また締め付けトルク範囲内で適正に締め付けてください。
注）グラフの「回」は、調整ネジの回転数をあらわしており、締めきった状態から、戻
す回数です。
空気降下温度とは、（入口空気温度−冷風空気温度）で求められた温度です。
このグラフは、ジェットクーラ単体での特性です。また、実際の使用状況下では諸
条件により異なることがあります。

●故障と修理
温度降下が悪くなったときは、次の順序で点検してください。
（１）調整ネジを再調整してください。
（２）フィルタ及びオイルミストセパレータが目詰まりして供給圧力が下がっていない
か点検してください。
（３）空気消費量が十分に供給されているかご確認ください。
分解されたものに関しては、責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。

・Moisturecontainedinthecompressedairtobesuppliedwillcausefreezinginthecold
airnozzlesection.Ifthenozzleisfrozen,iceparticleswilltakeplaceinthecoolingair.
Forpreventionofsuchtrouble,besuretosupplydryairthathavebeendehydratedby
anairdrierorsimilarotherdevices.
・Installanairfilter(40μmorfiner)andanoilmistseparatorinordertopreventthe
coolingabilityfromloweringduetodust,lublicantorothersubstances.
・Usepipesandtubesofaslargeaninternaldiameteraspossibleinthepipinguptothe
jetcooler.Thinpipescannotsupplycompressedairsufficiently,decreasingthecooling
ability.Takethegivenairconsumptionforyourreference.
・Ifatubeorthelikeisusedforpipingtothecoolingairblowoutport,besureto
minimizethelengthofthetube,wrappedaroundwithinsulationmaterial.

・Wheninpiping,applysealtapesorsealantonthethreadedzone.
・Payattentionsothatchipsorsealantmaynotenterinsidewhenscrewingpipesor
fittings.Executetighteninginapropermannerintherangeofthespecifiedtightening
torque.
