BELASTEN der Ablagebox
- Die maximale Belastbarkeit ist mit 8 kg angegeben.
- Die Last sollte möglichst gleichmäßig verteilt sein.
- Bitte unterschätzen Sie nicht die zu tragende Last.
- Erforderlich sind körperliche und fachliche Eignung.
- Insbesondere das Einhängen und das Entnehmen, aber auch das Fahren
-mit der Ablagebox, v.a. im belasteten Zustand, erfordert eine umsichtige
-und konzentrierte Vorgehensweise aller Beteiligten.
BESTANDTEILE
Die Ablagebox 11936 ist vollständig vormontiert und besteht aus:
1der eigentlichen Ablagebox (Stahlblech, schwarz gepulvert)
2zwei Kantenschutzprofilen an den seitlichen Eingriffen
2(Handschutz, Tragekomfort)
3zwei Gummipads an den Stellen, wo die Ablagebox an den Griffrohren
3des Wagens anliegt (schont die Oberflächen, verhindert Geräusche)
Vor Benutzung empfehlen wir eine Sichtprüfung (Vollständigkeit u. Zustand).
WIE BENUTZEN?
4Die Ablagebox ist so konzipiert, dass sie nach "innen"
4eingehängt wird - auch bei vollständig beladenem Wagen.
4Vorteile: Kompaktheit und gute Gewichtsverteilung.
5Ungewöhnlich - aber nicht unmöglich, ist es, die Ablagebox
5nach "außen" einzuhängen. Dies vergrößert jedoch den Platzbedarf
5des Wagens insgesamt und verschiebt zudem den Schwerpunkt.
5Wir empfehlen deshalb stets, die Box nach "innen" einzuhängen.
DAS EINHÄNGEN der Ablagebox
16Fassen Sie die Ablagebox an den beiden seitlichen Eingriffen so,
16 dass der Einhängebügel zu Ihnen zeigt.
17Den Einhängebügel mittig auf das Querrohr des Wagens setzen...
18...und die Ablagebox langsam beischwenken...
19...bis die beiden Seitenbleche jeweils außen an den Rohren anliegen.
19 So ist die Box wirksam gegen seitliches Verrutschen gesichert.
10 Darauf achten, dass die Gummipads 3sich tatsächlich zwischen
10 der Rückwand der Ablagebox und den Rohren befindet.
10 Tun sie das nicht, korrigieren Sie bitte die Position der Gummipads.

WEIGHT BEARING LOAD of the storage box
- The maximum weight bearing load is 8 kg.
- The load should be equally distributed.
- Please do not underestimate the load.
- Physical and technical skills are required
- In particular the hanging and removal of the storage box, but also driving
-the wagon with the storage box attached, particularly if the box is loaded,
-requires the careful and concentrated focus of all involved.
COMPONENTS
Storage Box 11936 comes completely pre-assembled and consists of:
1the actual storage box (Steel, black powdered)
2two edge guard profiles and the side handles
2(Hand protection, Carrying comfort)
3two rubber pads are placed on the points where the storage box leans on
3the wagon's handle tubes (protects the surface, avoids noise)
Prior to use we recommend that a visual inspection is performed on the
product (Completeness and Condition).
HOW TO USE?
4The storage box is designed in such a manner that it is hung on the
4"inside" - even in the case of a fully loaded wagon.
4Advantages: Compact and excellent weight distribution.
5Unusual - but not impossible - is the hanging of the storage box on the
5"outside". This increases the space requirements of the wagon and shifts
5the center of gravity. For this reason, we recommend that the box be hung
5on the "inside".

16Hold the storage box using both side handles so that the hanging
16 clips face you.
17The hanging clips are centered on the cross tube of the wagon...
18...and the storage box is slowly put in place...
19...until both side pieces are next the tubes on the outside.
19 This ensures that the box does not slip laterally.
10 Be sure that the rubber pads 3are actually placed between the back
10 wall of the storage box and the tubes. If this is not the case, take
10 corrective action and position the rubber pads properly.
