Inserting a SIM card and microSD card
Your phone's 2-in-1 card slot is located on the
upper right side of the phone. You can insert
1micro-SIM card and 1 microSD card.
Tips:
Your phone only supports single micro-SIM card.
Contact your carrier for a new or replacement
micro-SIM card.
As the SIM card and microSD card are small
objects, keep out of children’s touch or prevent
children gulping them!
Only use standard micro-SIM card to avoid
damaging the SIM card tray.
Ensure that the card is in the correct position
and keep the card tray level when inserting it into
your phone.
Be careful not to hurt yourself or damage your
phone when using the SIM eject pin.
(1) Press and hold the power ON/OFF button, to
power off your phone.
(2) To remove the card tray, insert the SIM eject
PIN included with your phone into the small hole
next to the card tray.

11
Notice:
The microSD card may disappear when using the
SD card as internal storage (such as taking
pictures, screenshots, etc). This is due to the fact
that the user inserts micro SD and set it as an
internal memory, then imports the phone data in
the microSD card for using. Some incorrect
operation (For example, Eject SD card or directly
remove the SD card) will cause the phone internal
storage not available, you will meet the following
trouble.
(1) Case A: Eject SD card causes the memory to
be unavailable.
Solution: Open Settings->Storage settings, click
Ejected SD card, and then in the pop-up interface,
select MOUNT to solve.
(2) Case B: Directly removing the microSD card
causes the memory to be unavailable.
Solution:
Open Settings->Storage settings, click Not Inserted
SD card, and then touch Forget. Re-insert the
microSD card.
