The Auto Drain ACHP system consists of a 120 volt normally open solenoid, a filter and
assorted fittings. Designed to work with the 120 volt Model 091-9HP Auto Pump, the solenoid
bleeds the filter bowl when the pump is not running. As soon as the pressure switch turns
on the compressor, the solenoid is energized and the bleed is closed. A check valve that
is supplied with the Auto Drain kit must be installed as shown to seal off the vehicles air
pressure when the bleed valve opens.

AUTO DRAIN WIRING INSTALLATION
1. Install the black sleeving over the solenoid wires
2.Connect the AUTODRAINsolenoidwirestooutputterminalsofpressure switch. These are the
same terminals that supply power to the AUTO PUMP motor
3. TheAUTODRAINisnowproperlyconnected. TestbybleedingsystempressuretostartAUTO
PUMP and note that when pump shuts down, air and moisture will bleed out of drain tube.
4. Position drain tube to direct moisture to exterior of vehicle.
