2. Read through entire instruction before beginning assembly and installation.
1. Unpack all parts and check for damage that may have occurred during shipping. If damage has occurred,
notify Kwik Goal immediately. Lay out all parts. Remove all cardboard and packaging immediately. Wet or
damp packaging may damage contents.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
3. BFR-1 rebounder must be on flat, level ground when in use.
4. Never allow anyone to climb on netting or framework.
READ CAREFULLY
1. Perform routine inspections on all fasteners and components to ensure that they are
secure and in good condition. Kwik Goal recommends routine inspections on a
monthly basis, as well as before and after each use.
5. Use a minimum of two people to move BFR-1. Understand, and follow all
steps of moving rebounder as outlined in assembly instructions.
2. Check cable assembly on each front corner as part of monthly and before / after use
inspections. Replace worn, damaged, or missing hardware and cables. Be sure
fasteners are tightened properly. If immediate repairs cannot be made, remove
rebounder from use and store in a secure area.

Assemble posts, crossbar, crossbar corners and post corners as shown. Be sure sticker on crossbar is oriented
correctly. Press joints together firmly before tightening bolts.
Note: Square nuts will float loose in channel until used later.

8. Attach post / crossbar assembly to base assembly and insert threaded channel spacer (metal) into base. Tighten
lock nut until one to two threads protrude out of the top of the nut.
