IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using your Burger and Pancake Maker, basic safety precautions should
always be followed:
Always operate your KYOWA Burger and Pancake Maker from a power
source of the same voltage and frequency rating as indicated on the
rating label.
Connect the Burger and Pancake Maker unit only to properly wired wall
outlets.
Do not use pancake maker in damp or wet area. Keep dry the exterior
and the base of the unit.
Do not place the pancake maker on uneven surfaces. Place upon a flat
area surface.
Do not operate or place any part of your KYOWA Burger and Pancake
Maker on or near any hot surface such as a gas or electric burner,
hotplate or heated oven.
Do not operate the pancake maker if any part of it has been damaged.
Return the appliance to the nearest authorized dealer or service facility
for repair.
Do not use or replace accessories other than the ones originally provided.
Never leave the Burger and Pancake Maker unattended when in use.
Avoid touching hot surfaces of the Burger and Pancake Maker during use.
Use the cover or handle only.
Hold plug when unplugging from socket. Do not unplug by pulling the
supply cord.
Switch OFF and unplug the Burger and Pancake Maker from outlet before
filling, emptying, when not in use or before cleaning.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse or expose the
pancake maker to rain, moisture or any liquid.
Keep out of reach from children or from persons with mental or physical
disabilities.
This KYOWA Burger and Pancake Maker is intended for normal
domestic/household use only. This unit is not suitable for commercial use.

HOW TO USE
Insert plug into the power supply. The green and red lights will illuminate
to indicate that the unit is working.
Wait for about five minutes or until the green indicator light turns OFF
indicating that the unit is ready to use.
For initial use, put some oil in the toasting plates of the unit. Allow unit to
heat up for several minutes without putting any food inside.
Fill Baking Plates with the prepared mixture for the pancake.
For making burger, place burger buns on the plate, insert burger patty
filling into the bread.
Close unit by pushing down the handle. Make sure that the Handle Clip is
properly locked in place.
While cooking, you may check if the pancake or burger is already cooked
by opening the cover of the unit. If you need to extend cooking time, just
push down the handle of the unit to cover the pancake.
Remove food from the unit using a wooden spatula. Do not use any kind
of sharp or metallic objects to avoid scouring the non-stick baking plates.

CLEAN AND CARE
Allow Burger and Pancake Maker to cool down completely before
cleaning.
Clean housing of the pancake maker by wiping with a soft, damp cloth.
Wash Toasting Plates using warm soapy water.
Do not use harsh cleaning agents or abrasive objects (e.g. scrubbing pads
or metal brushes) for cleaning.
Wipe dry the pancake maker with a soft, dry cloth.
Store unit in a cool and dry place.
SERVICE
Do not operate your KYOWA Burger and Pancake Maker if the unit
malfunctions or appears damaged in any manner. Bring the complete
product to the place of purchase or to any authorized KYOWA dealers for
inspection, repair or replacement.
Do not disassemble your KYOWA Burger and Pancake Maker by yourself.
No user serviceable parts inside. Refer all needed repair to an authorized
KYOWA service facility ONLY.
