warrants to the original purchaserthis newequipmentandall parts thereof, to befree from defects
in material and workmanshipunder normal useand service. If any part or parts of the equipmentshould prove
defective during the periodof oneyear from installation date(not to exceedoneyear andthirty daysfrom the date of
original shipmentfrom the factory), KYSORIWARREN herebyguaranteesto replaceor repair, without charge(F.O.B.
CONYERS, GEORGIA), suchpart or parts asprove defective, and which KYSORWARREN’s examination discloses
to itssatisfactionto bethusdefective,with aneworfunctionally operativepart. The liability ofKYSORWARREN under
this warranty shall belimited to claimsmadeby the original purchaserto KYSORNVARREN or its local distributor
within the warranty period.
GLAZING: Glassisnot guaranteedagainstbreakage.If this refrigerator isequippedwith a glazing assemblycarrying
the manufacturer’sbrandname(Thermopane,Twindow,etc.),the.manufacturer’sglazing warranty in effectat the time
of this shipmentis extendedto that assembly.It isvoid outsidethe continential United States.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, IN-
CLUDING, BUTNOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY ORFITNESS,
AND ALL OTHER

numberpiate hasbeenaltered, defaced,or removed.
Whenthis equipmentor any part thereofis subjectto accident,alteration, abuse,misuse,tampering, operationon
low or impropervoltages,or is put to a useother than recommendedby KYSORDVARREN.
Whenthis equipmentor any part thereofisdamaged,or whenoperationisimpaired,dueto failure to follow instalfa-
tion manual (improperinstallation is the responsibility
of
the installer).
Outsidethe continental United States.
To labor costfor replacementof parts, or for freight or shippingexpenses.
If the Warranty holderfails to complywith all the provisions,terms andconditionsof this Warranty.
Parts replacedunder this Warranty are warranted only through the remainder of the original Warranty. KYSOW
WARREN may, at its optionandin its discretion,electto honorthis Warranty andto disregardthe original purchaser’s
noncompliancewith any of the provisions,terms andconditionsof this Warranty.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CQNSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
KYSOIUWARREN shallnot beliable underany circumstancesfor any consequentialdamages,including lossof profits,
additional labor costs,lossof refrigerant or foodproducts,or injury to personor property causedby defective material
or partsor for any delay in the performanceof this Warranty dueto causesbeyondits control. The foregoingshallcon-
stitute the soleandexclusiveremedyof any purchaserandthe soleandexclusive liability of KYSORJWARREN in con-
nection with this product.
