Improper installation, poor operation or mainte-
nance of this gate can cause serious injury.
Make sure this portal is CE marked.
Observe the following instructions :
A. Installation, maintenance and repairs may only
be carried out by qualified fitters.
B. Before any installation, maintenance or repair,
the installer must read the installation manual.
This manual is always delivered with the gate.
C. A moving gate is a heavy product.
Improper use, poor handling, or malfunction
can cause serious accidents.
D. Children are not allowed to operate this gate.
E. Always be sure to look at the gate when you
operate it. People, children or objects may be
in the way!
F. Keep fingers away from moving parts of this gate.
Only use the available handles to operate the gate
manually.
G. Make sure this gate is inspected and maintained
regularly by a professional.

Always monitor the gate during opening and closing, ensure that no
persons or objects are in the passage of the gate and its clearance area.
The gate opens and closes on a vertical axis of rotation of the 2 leaves.
The 2 leaves are held on the posts by hinges.
• Manual version : The movements are carried out under the control of the user.
• Motorized version : Contact safety by means of a force limiter integrated in the operator.
If there is an obstacle during movement, the operator stops and moves away from the
obstacle.
• Presence detection security with cells :
With the cells, installed on both sides of the opening, the leaves of the gate stop and
reverse their movement if the beam is cut off during closing.

• Motorized drive :
INFORMATION
An operated 2-leaf gate can operate in pulse or automatic mode.
➢Pulse :
Control device that requires a brief action to initiate gate movement.
➢Automatic :
A gate movement is carried out without voluntary manual control.
(e.g. time delay).
In addition, 2 notions are to be taken into consideration :
➢The user :
Users are considered "trained" when the site owner has authorized them
to use the fence element and has given them information on how to use it
(NF EN 13241 + A2).
➢The layout :
1- or 2-leaf gate : in or outside public area.
• Direct pull (manual) :
Opening : Pull the first leaf by the handle in the opening direction until it stops.
Pull the second leaf in the opening direction until it stops.
Do not make any sudden movements.
Closing : Pull the second leaf to the center stop.
Pull the first leaf by the handle as far as the central stop and make
sure that both leaves are locked.

2- or 4-function transmitter for pulse
Programmed total opening only :
Systematic total opening of the 2 leaves by short or long press on the remote control.
Pedestrian or programmed full opening :
Pedestrian opening :
• Partial opening of one leaf for pedestrian access by briefly pressing the remote control.
Total opening :
• Total opening of the 2 leaves by long press on the remote control.
Stop :
Press the same button on the remote control during opening or closing to stop the gate
immediately.
Pulse closing :
Press the same button once with a short press to close the gate.
Automatic closing :
The gate closes automatically after the delay time set by the installer.
Type of control for Axovia 220A pro
or Axovia multi pro operator
The remote control must always
be used in view of the gate.

Type of control for IM 5000 operator
(jamb operation)
2- or 4-function transmitter for pulse
Pulse opening :
Press the button on the remote control once with a short press to open both leaves.
Stop :
Press the same button on the remote control once briefly during opening or closing to stop
both leaves immediately.
Pulse closing :
Press the same button on the remote control once with a short press to close both leaves.
Automatic closing :
The gate closes automatically after the delay time set by the installer.
Pedestrian control (operation of leaf n°1) :
Operation by control box : Button box, key switch box or remote control.
Pedestrian Pulse Open :
Push the control box to open the leaf.
Stop :
Press again on the control box during opening to stop the leaf immediately.
Pedestrian pulse lock :
Press the control box again to close the leaf.
Please note : During closing, the leaf cannot be stopped by the control box.
Pedestrian automatic closing :
The leaf closes automatically after the time delay set by the installer.
Please note : During closing, the leaf cannot be stopped by the control box.
The remote control must always
be used in view of the gate.

Specific key
Emergency maneuver for Axovia 220A pro
or Axovia multi pro operator
Emergency maneuver for IM 5000 operator
(jamb operation)
The IM 5000 operator is equipped with a mechanical unlocking device that can be
operated with a hexagonal key.
• To activate the unlocking device, rotate clockwise until the adjusting screw stops,
taking care not to force it (approx. 12 turns).
• A click occurs and you can now open the
gate manually.
Always remove the hexagonal key
from the jamb before operating the
leaf manually.
Avoid pushing it suddenly.
Open the top cover using the special key.
• Drawing of the closed padlock : Arms locked
• Drawing of the open padlock : Manual operation
Turn the knob to the open padlock position to operate
the portal manually.
In the unlocked position, the arms must be
operated slowly to prevent damage to the
operators.

Maintenance, repair and faults
European standards require frequent maintenance and
inspection of fence elements. For your own safety,
establish a service contract with a qualified company
that will determine the frequency and maintain the doors.
The maintenance of our products must be carried out
according to our maintenance records based on the
number of uses.
All work on a gate must be carried out by a qualified
professional installer.
Never clean a gate with high pressure machines or
aggressive chemicals. Simply use a plant-based sponge
and soapy water and rinse.
Never :
• Lean against the leaves.
• Touch the moving operators.
Prohibitions
The modification of existing equipment or the addition of
equipment not approved by the manufacturer may cause
malfunctions and accidents. For security reasons, do not
make any changes yourself.
Only a qualified installer can make regulatory changes.
