Attaching the key switch and release box :
1 - Unscrew the front of the box, remove the cap
and the watertight seal.
2 - Turn the key approx. 45° to the right or left
and unscrew the approx. 15 mm hexagon screw
with the 5 mm Allen key supplied with the box.
3 - Take off the lid.
4 - Remove the support with the micro-switches
and drill the 2 housing fastening holes.
5 - Drill the 2 cable ducts (Ø12-14) and fix the housing to
the wall with the water evacuation hole downwards.
6 - Reassemble the support with the cabled micro-
switches in the housing, connect the cable to the
earth socket and push the cables neatly into the
housing. (See connection chapter)
7 - Attach the earth cable to the cover and bypass
the micro-switches.
8 - Reassemble the cover by turning the wrench by 45°
to right or left, screw in the hexagon screw with
an Allen key, replace the watertight seal and the
cover and screw the front of the box back on.
- Check the mechanical functions of the key switch
box.

Warning : To remove the key from the cylinder barrel,
align the red line of the hexagon screw facing
the black point on the front of the box.
Setting up the cable tensioner :
1 - Remove the cover of the cable tensioner, drill 2
holes in the wall using the 2 oblong holes Ø5 of the
tensioner.
2 - Run the power cables and fix the tensioner housing
to the wall.
3 - Pass the cable through the hexagonal screw of the
key contactor already cabled and leave the two
washers on the cable.
4 - Connect the electrical cables to the operator.
(See connection chapter)
5 - Insert the cable sheaths into the cable tensioner as far
as they will go.
6 - Pass the operator cable and the cable of the key
switch box in the sheaths.
7 - Tighten both cables with the screws of the cable
clamp.
Warning : The cable clamp must be at the top
of the slide. (operator inlet side)
8 - Tighten the cables on the operator and key switch box
side using the cable tensioners.
9 - Check the operator release with the Allen key and
repeat steps 7 and 8 if necessary.
10 - After checking that the release mechanism works
correctly, shorten the cables protruding from the
cable clamp.
11 - Reassemble the cover on the cable tensioner and
check the electrical and mechanical functioning of
your installation.
Warning : You can use all DIN European profile
cylinder but the bit of the barrel (cylinder)
must obligatorily be in 0° position
(or midday seen from the front).

Connection

Important :
- The cable sheath must be free (not pinched or wedged).
- The earth wire must be connected to the metal body of the key switch box using a clamp screw.
- Ensure the box is well sealed in relation to the wall support using a flexible sealant.
Please note : For the installation of the release mechanism cable, refer to the manual supplied with the housing.

1 - Insert the key into the box and turn it by approximately
45° right or left.
2 - Unscrew the approx. 15 mm hexagon screw with the
5 mm Allen key supplied with the box .
3 - Raise or lower the shutter smoothly and slowly to
avoid activating the anti-fall guard.
- If the anti-fall guard is activated during descent :
• Raise the shutter 10 cm
(the anti-fall guard unlocks).
• Then lower the shutter again smoothly
and slowly.
4 - After repair, tighten the hexagon screw completely
with the 5 mm Allen key to engage the operator and
return to motorized operation.
5 - To remove the key from the cylinder, align the red line
of the hexagonal screw with the black dot on the front
of the box. 4
