7. Maintenance and repair of products
7.1. Maintenance
This maintenance manual provides you with important check points to maintain your equipment.
Regular checking according to the maintenance manual can prevent malfunction and increase the
lifetime of the machine
●Ventilation on mechanical compartment
The ventilation in the mechanical compartment is very important to dissipate the heat of the heat
exchanger in the equipment. Always be careful not to block the air inlet or outlet of the vents in
the mechanical compartment.
●Cooling condenser
Cooling condenser's heat exchanger always comes in contact with the outside air by the fan, so there
is a lot of dust stack up. In this case, the cooling efficiency may be reduced and the compressor may
be overloaded or the lifetime of the compressor may be shortened. The heat exchanger should be
cleaned every 3 months using a vacuum cleaner and an air compressor.
●Noise
The operating noise of the equipment is an important parameter to determine the performance
of the compressor. If the sound of equipment operating suddenly becomes loud or irregular,
please check with our service team.
7.2. Maintenance of electric compartment
●Be careful not to let water enter the electric compartments. If water enters, there is a risk of short-
circuit.
●If the electric wiring of this unit is arbitrarily changed or operated, even if in the warranty period,
you cannot get free of charge service. Please be sure to obtain service from an authorized service
engineer.
●When using for a long time, dust or foreign matters may adhere to electric parts, which may cause
malfunction. Please remove dust once a year.
●It is advised to keep the internal temperature of the electric compartment below 60 degrees. If the
ambient temperature is too high, it may cause malfunction.
7.3. Internal maintenance
●Moisture entering the unit may be accumulated when using for a long time. If water is stored for a
long time, it may cause corrosion and contamination. Please clean it regularly.
7.4. How to refill and check refrigerant
●The refrigeration piping of the appliance is completely sealed, so it is not necessary to refill the
refrigerant. If you want to check or supplement the product, please contact the place of purchase.
