3 Product Description
3 Product Description
The GKI300 graphic customer interface is used for the data visualisation of combustion plants.
It has an 10" touch screen with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.
The GKI300 can be combined with the LAMTEC burner control ETAMATIC, ETAMATIC OEM,
BT300 and FMS burner control systems.
The configuration of the burner control system is read at the start of the GKI300 and the plant
is displayed accordingly. The GKI300 is connected to the plant by a transposed line with an
Ethernet plug (RJ45) and a LAMTEC data module.
The GKI300 can be used on the ETAMATIC OEM instead of customer interface type
663R0935.
The advantage of the GKI300 graphic customer interface is the clear display of all im-
portant plant parameters.
The following are displayed:
• Starting window with a display of the usual burner values and the existing exhaust gas val-
ues, if pertinent
• A fault history containing the last 10 faults
•O
2 setpoint curve
• CO/O2 setpoint curve
• CO/O2 learning curve
• Fuel-air ratio curves
• Burner details with the status of the inputs and outputs
• Operating hours
The following values can be changed:
• Change of the setpoint values of a load controller integrated into the burner control unit
• Fault reset
• Default burner efficiency
• Release for mode setting
3.1 Important Information about the Product
3.1.1 Standard Screen Size
The standard screen sizes is 10". Other sizes are available upon request.
The connections are also identical for GKI300 versions in other sizes.
Installation dimensions, technical data, and so on, however may deviate.

4.5 Changing the IP Address
4.5.1 Default IP Address in the Data Module
The default IP address of the data module on delivery is 192.168.1.250. For changing the IP
address you have to connect the data module directly to the network adapter of your computer
(use a cross-over network cable). You must configure temporarily the IP settings of the net-
work adapter of your computer to the same sub net as the data module. For further information
on configuration, refer to the documentation for the data module (Publication No. DLT7111).
4.5.2 Default IP Adress in the GKI300
On delivery status, the IP address of GKI300 is also 192.168.1.250 (default). The communi-
cation with the data module is already preset. A change of the IP address by user is not re-
quired.
