2.1 System Structure
USB dongle can be master role of Bluetooth LE connection. USB serail IC emulate com port interface between Windows
PC and ML7105 wireless module.
BACI mode is used for software interface to ML7105 wireless module, please refer to Bluetooth Application Controller
Interface Command Manual for more details.

3. Operation procedure
3.1 First Setup
①Install driver software for USB serial IC. Virtual Com Port driver can be downloaded from following link.
http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm
②Insert USB dongle into USB connector on your PC.
ML7105 USB Board will be ready to use now.
Please refer to ML7105 Evaluation kit PC application manual for further operation.
USB dongle require UART interface, it is important to select module with UART interface marked as shown below.

3.2 Operating mode
ML7105 USB Board supports following operating mode.

HCI mode*1 Support Host Controller Interface (HCI), Bluetooth stadndard interface.
ICE mode Enable access to internal CPU via ICE. Reserved for future use.
3.3 Switching BACI/HCI mode
Configuration either BACI mode or HCI mode will be done by configuration parameter stored in EEPROM memory.
