Any illegal use, do not observed in this manual, and the ignore of that, may produce material and personal damages, of which LARZEP, S.A. will not be responsible.
The operator must know the inherent risks of the use of the high pressure hydraulic tools., and therefore, must act correctly and follow the instructions, guaranteeing the
security of the operator as the persons who could be around the dangerous zone.
The operator must be trained in the use of the machine and the rules corresponding to this kind of operations, such as accident prevention and environmental protection.
The exposed personnel must use the personal protection such as: Boots, Helmet, Goggles, Gloves and Clothes.
Boots Helmet Goggles Gloves Clothes
Avoid the exposure of the personnel in the dangerous zone and if it is impossible protect them correctly. Do not operate under the load and, block it mechanically.
Use the equipment in well-lighted areas and steady ground. Use the accessories.
Do not expose the equipment to warm intense sources, such as weld.
2. TECHNICAL FEATURES.
Lightweight, independent rescue unit-no need for external connections. Can be handled by a single person.
Consists of a hydraulic pump driven by a foot-pedal, cutting shears, two separator pliers and a hydraulic cylinder with extensions and support heads. Can be used
for separation, cutting and pushing operations.
The various tools are connected individually to the pump via hydraulic hose, equipped with all the necessary quick-connect ball plugs.
Connection is both quick and secure. No threads. Simply push or pull the plug to connect or disconnect the tool from the hose. The size of the tool enables the
user to operate effectively even in hard-to-reach areas (pedals).
The pump has two speeds: fast feed for moving the tool near the target material, and working speed, which is automatically enabled when the pressure in the
installation increases.
High pressure pumping is carried out via the pedal without the need for undue physical exertion, leaving your hands free to hold the tool.
Once the operation has been completed, simply press the release pedal located on the right-hand side of the pump. An internal spring causes the tool rapidly to
return to its original position.
The unit is stored in a highly resistant box equipped with wheels and a receding handle for easy transportation.
Never use a damaged or faulty equipment.
Do not loose the instruction manual.

Connect the pump by means of the hose.
Acting to the pedal of the pump, the piston of the cylinder will advance.
Carry the piston to the end of the stroke; until reaching the maximum pressure of the equipment. Check that there are no oil leaks.
Push with the pedal the reduction valve, located in the right side of the pump, until the piston of the cylinder returns completely.
Repeat this operations, with each element, the cutters and the spread cylinders.
