1. If computer is not detecting unplug
the device and plug in again.
2. Test the device on another USB port.
3. If using Windows, update to the latest version.
4. Update USB drivers to the latest version.
5. If Mic not working open Sound Settings on
Windows and check Mic input levels.
6. If Camera not working then open Camera App
on Windows and check video feed.
