Lithium 36v Volt Charger

For the use with 36v Lithium Batteries only

1. Features:
a. Short circuit protection, charge output will not enable and will not
spark if terminals touched together.
b. Overload protection, current-limited.
c. RPP “Reverse polarity protection”, connecting a battery in reverse
does no damage to charger. Fuse-less-Relay design.
d. Automatic multi-rate charging, CC/CV profile with Pre-charge
@0.25a.
e. Simple Two LED display; LED1 Red (AC Power on), LED2 Red
(charging) and Green (full)
f. Low voltage protection, charger will not enable if battery’s voltage is
below safe charging thresholds. CONTACT Lithium Battery Power for
support.
2. Operation:
a. Connect charger to a 110/220 VAC wall socket
b. Connect DC output cord to battery terminals
c. Press power switch to the on position on the chargers back panel.
d. When LED2 turns green, battery if fully charged **
3. Notes:
a. Designed for Lithium batteries only, not for charging any other type
of battery.
b. To calculate charge time you must take the battery amp hour and
divide it by the Charger Amp hour output which will equal the
amount of time to fully charge based on a 0% level of the battery.
Example: (10 amp battery ÷ 2 amp charger = 5 hours to full charge from 0%)
c. Do not leave the battery charging longer than the calculated time frame

d. Always place the charger in a well-ventilated and dry environment
e. Do not cover or seal the charger, the aluminum housing is the heat
sink to properly cool the charger.
f. Charger is thermally protected, Certain model chargers the fan will
operate only around 40°C or 104°F degrees.
g. Use only on capacity rated Lithium Batteries the charger is intended
for.
h. DO NOT leave charger unattended WHILE CHARGING.
