NETWORK CONFIGURATION HANDBOOK
A. Microphone LDA MCA-8N network configuration
1. Download the free appl cat on HÉRCULES to do the UDP connect on w th the M crophone.

2. The factory network range s 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0, for wh ch the PC needs to be n
the follow ng network conf gurat on:
IP address: 192.168.0.XXX (use a free one)
Subnet mask: 255.255.0.0
No Gateway or DNS s needed
3. Open a command w ndow and be sure that the computer s connected us ng “p ng
192.168.0.85” or “p ng 192.168.0.170” (Check the last d g t w th the dev ce’s nternal DIP
sw tch).
4. Open HÉRCULES, UDP tab and nd cate the M crophone’s IP address, the 5000 connect on
port and any local port, and cl ck on “L sten” to connect.

5. Use the follow ng commands:
ip@ to check the system’s IP address.
subred@ to check the system’s subnet mask.
pEnlace@ to check the system’s gateway.
ip=X.X.X.X@ to change the system’s IP address by putt ng a number between 0
and 255 nstead of the x. For example: p=192.50.4.6@
subred=X.X.X.X@ to change the system’s subnet mask by putt ng a number
between 0 and 255 nstead of the x. For example: subred=255.255.255.0@
pEnlace=X.X.X.X@ to change the system’s gateway by putt ng a number between
0 and 255 nstead of the x. For example: pEnlace=192.50.4.1@

B. LDA ZES-22 Matrix network configuration
1. Plug the ZES-22 matr x to a power source.
2. Connect the PC to the port A of the matr x through Ethernet ( t has an nternal sw tch, you
do not need crossover cable).
6. The factory network range s 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0, , for wh ch the PC needs to be n
the follow ng network conf gurat on:
IP address: 192.168.0.XXX (use a free one)
Subnet mask: 255.255.0.0
No Gateway or DNS s needed
3. Open a command w ndow and be sure you are connected to the system (192.168.0.3):
4. Send telnet command to the system:

5. Enter user and password “ADMIN:0000”.
6. You w ll see the follow ng menu.
7. To change the network nterface, enter the number 1 from the menu.

8. Check the network conf gurat on w th the command show_config.
9. Change the IP address w th the command set_ip_add 10.10.2.101 (for example).
10. A reboot s requ red, enter “qu t”.

11. D sconnect the computer from the network and then reconnect t.
12. P ng the establ shed IP address to check the changes.
