1. Quick Installation
1.1. How it works?
Go to www.leadsolarenergy.com and login the monitoring platform by fast link: SMART GRID
MONITORING:
After registration is completed, the gateway will be permanently associated with the registered
microinverters.
During the registration, the system will activate the gateway and microinverters for online
monitoring. The gateway is configured only to monitor the associated devices under the same
user account and will not work with any other unregistered devices.
To protect the customer's privacy once registered the gateway cannot be used to monitor other
users’ devices.
1.2. Finding the right number for registrations
You can find the ID of the Micro-inverters at the right corner of the label on the device.

The Serial Number for the gateway is marked on the label on the back of the gateway as shown below:
1.3. Installing the gateway
Please refer to the following diagram for a quick installation of the Leadsolar Link:
Please try to install LeadSolar Link to the junction box where you make the solar system
connection.
Connect the LeadSolar Link and your router using an Ethernet cable. Or you can login in the
built-in webpages of LeadSolar Link and configure it to connect to your router by WiFi.
Please configure your router to a DHCP mode so an IP address can be automatically assigned
to LeadSolar Link.

2. Registration
2.1. Register new account
Before activating a solar panel that contains a LeadSolar Microinverter, please register the
microinverter on the online monitoring platform first.
• Go to www.leadsolarenergy.com and login the monitoring platform by fast link: SMART GRID
MONITORING:
• The system supports the latest version of IE, Firefox, and Chrome.
• Click the ‘Register’ button at the bottom.
It will take you to this registration page:

• Fill in all required fields (indicated by a green asterisk). Please note, you should choose “Installer”
as your role.
• Then click the “Create Account” button.

• You will receive an email after registering. You cannot active your account by yourself. Our
engineer will active it for you.
2.2. Forget Password
This feature can help you to retrieve your password. Password will be send to your email address
during registration.
Click on the ‘Submit’ button, and go to the next information page.
Note: You should go to your email box, and get the password, and then you can use the email ID and
the password to login the monitoring system.
3. Create Installer Account
3.1. Login:
• Input a valid username & password in order to enter into Lead solar system.
• Remember me – Will save the user name & password in browser cookie.

3.2. Forgot Password:
This feature can help you to retrieve the password if you forgot your password. Password will be send
to your email.
4. Overview
4.1. Installer Details:
As an installer user, you can see your account details on home page. Google map shows all your PV
sites have been installed.

4.2. Customer Details:
In Management manual, you can get your Customer Details. You can search your customer details with
provided search criteria. For example, when you input account ID and press “Search” button. The table
lists details of the system.
The page will be redirect to dashboard by clicking on Gateway Image.

4.3. Dashboard:
Dashboard displays complete details of user account.
4.4. Power Details:
This part displays the complete power details of a user account. It consists of Total inverters current
power, Todays power, Month power, Year power and total power.
Dashboard contains three views:
1. Panel View
2. Power View
3. Energy View
4.5. Panel View:
Panel View consists of all inverter details with serial number on top of each inverter box. Inverter box
background color changes according to the current power generated by the inverter. Color changes
from black to Green as the power value increases from 0 to 250.
For more details of inverters, please focus your cursor on inverter box. It pops over with status, todays,
last week, Month, Year, Total power details of inverters.
To change the Sort order of inverters, you can drag and drop the inverter box to another box location &
save the changes. Panel View area can be zoomed in using the vertical bar available in panel view.

4.6. Power View:
This section displays the power graph for Today. Each node is recorded in 20 minutes. When you put
your month pointer on the node, you will get power generation information at that time.
4.7. Energy View
This section displays the power generation for Month, Year and All mode.

4.8. Monitor:
In the Management manual, you can choose Monitor to get information of each inverter independently.
You can select User Account, LeadSolar Link SN and LeadSolar Inverter ID, then you need to select
the exact date and press Search button. You will download the inverter data in excel format.
4.9. Alerts:
The list displays errors of inverters.

4.10. My Account:
On this screen, you can update your personal details.

4.11. Change Password:
You can change the current password.
