1. Introduction
WinFast TV Pro 1920S uses the professional progressive scannig
TV (DPTV) chip, supports signal output in multiple resolutions, and
can be fully compatible with CRT and LCD monitors. WinFast TV
Pro 1920S has PIP function on PC mode, and 3D noise
suppression function. WinFast TV Pro 1920S is the best choice for
personal and family use.
1.1 Features
Adopts advanced scanning frequency enhanced technology to
deliver stable pictures without flicker.
Resolution can be conveniently switched among 1024x768 /
1280x1024 / 1440x900 / 1680x1050 / 1920x1080 / 1920x1200.
Fully compatible with CRT and LCD monitors.
Support 4:3 / 16:9 picture aspect ratio and 16:10 PS image
stretch mode.
Channel pre-view function to facilitate the channel selection.
Still-image function enables you to capture wonderful moments
in TV program.
Super 3D image denoise function to make picture clearer and
more stable.
Unique PIP function & adjustable window size and position.
TV tuner with frequency phase lock (PLL) to offer stable
reception.
AV / S-VIDEO / YPbPr input port can be extended through MMI
cable, which can be connected to devices such as DVD player,
TV game console, etc. Support SD and HD signal input (480i /
480P / 576i / 576P / 720P@60Hz / 1080i).
Channel number ordering function allows you to arrange the
order of programs as per your favorites.

1. Power ON / Standby: Power On or standby button; standby
is for PC mode.
2. Mute: Press this button to mute the audio. Press again or
to resume.
3. 0-9: Enters channel numbers.
4. Channel number selection button.
5. Sleep: Enters sleep mode. Press repeatedly to choose
between off and 15 to 180 minutes.
6. Still Image: Freezes the image on the TV.
7. Source: Switches among the input sources.
8. OK: Enters each item in the OSD menu.
9. Left: Decreases the volume, or moves the cursor in the
OSD menu.
10. Mode: Changes the screen resolution and refresh rate. You
can press this button repeatedly or use and to
select a mode.
11. PIP: Enters PIP mode when there is PC signal input.
12. Preview: Displays multiple mini-screens for channel
preview.
13. Left arrow: In PIP mode, moves the sub-picture leftwards.
14. Return: Returns to the last watched channel.
15. Display: Displays the current channel number.
16. Up: Switches the channel up, or moves the cursor in the
OSD menu.
17. Menu: Enters or leaves the OSD menu.
18. Right: Increases the volume, or moves the cursor in the
OSD menu.
19. PIC: Press this button repeatedly to switch the picture mode
among Bright / Standard / Soft / Preset.

20. Down: Switches the channel down, or moves the cursor in
the OSD menu.
21. Wide: Switches screen aspect ratio between 4:3 and 16:9.
22. Right arrow: In PIP mode, moves the sub-picture
rightwards.
23. This button has no function.

2.2 Product Picture and Panel Illustration
1) Product picture and Illustration
Power/Standby switch button, i.e. to switch between
PC and TV.
Brings up the OSD menu, and change the options
in the OSD menu.

VGA: Connect the 15-pin terminal to the computer’s display
card output, and the other terminal to this device.
MONITOR: Connecting to monitor.
PC AUDIO: Audio input port, connect the computer’s
sound card output port using the supplied
stereo audio cable.
LINE OUT: Audio output port, connecting to External
Speaker.
MMI-C: Extend AV, S-Video* and YPbPr signal input using
MMI cable.
DC IN: Power input port (Please use the supplied 5V
power adapter for this product.)
ANT IN: Antenna input port for CATV or antenna TV signal
input.
* The S-Video cable is optional

3.1 Picture
Adjustable contrast / brightness / chroma / sharpness from 0
to 100. (Note: Hue option can be displayed only when the
video input is NTSC.)
There are two options of ON and OFF for noise reduction.
Selecting ON will reduce the noise waving points on picture.
There are AUTO, PAL, N3.58, N4.43, PAL M, and PAL N
options for TV system.
In the OSD menu, there are five icons on the left of the screen
representing five sub menus, as illustrated below.

3.2 System
Adjust input source among TV / Video / S-Video / YPbPr. The
default setting is TV.
Select Blue Screen ON / OFF to turn on / off the blue
background when there is no signal.
CH Preview can set the number of preview channels.
Display Setup: Please refer to 3.2.1.
Info option can display the version of TV Pro 1920S.
3.2.1 Display Setup
Adjust Output mode to change the resolution and refresh rate
of output picture.
Change Aspect Ratio among 4:3 / 16:9 / 16:10PS (unavailable
when there is YPbPr output).

3.3 TV Tuning
Channel No: Displays the current channel number.
Channel Skip: Skips the channels with no signal or poor
signal.
Channel Swap: You can edit the order of channels as per your
favorite.
Region: The options are NTSC and Common.
Tuning: Used to search programs. Please refer to 3.3.1.
3.3.1 Tuning

Antenna Selection: Choose CABLE or ANTENNA as the
source of TV.
Channel Number: Displays the current channel number.
Auto: Select this option, and press for auto searching.
Manual: Select this option, and press or for manual
searching.
Fine Tuning: Select this option, and press or to fine
tune the frequency.
3.4 Timing
Timer: For time setting. (Note: unavailable when the device is
powered off.)
Timer OFF: Select “ON” to set the time for shutdown.
Timer ON: Select “ON” to set the time for startup.
Valid Time: To set the valid time of your setting as once or
every day.
Startup Mode: To set the mode for each startup.

3.5 OSD
Language: Choose a language for the OSD menu.
Style: Choose the style of OSD menu as per your favorite.
The options are Classic, Modern, and Romantic.
Horizontal Potition: Move the menu on screen leftward or
rightward.
Vertical Position: Move the menu on screen upward or
downward.
Display Time: Adjust the menu display time on screen.
3.6 Program Searching
3.6.1
Connect the antenna plug of CATV or antenna TV to the ANT IN
port of this device.

Follow 3.3 and 3.3.1 to set TV Tuning.
(a) You have to select a region first.
Press “Menu” button. Use to select “TV Tuning” icon.
Press button. Use to select “Region”. Press to
set TV format (Ex: NTSC)
(b) After setting Region, set “Tuning”.
Use to select “Tuning”.
Press to set ANT.SEL. Choose Cable or Antenna that is
connected to TV Pro 1920S.
Use to select “Auto” for TV channel scanning.
Press to automatically scan the TV channel.
Do not touch any button while the scanning is ongoing.
After Channel Scan is ready, use or to adjust the
channel.
(c) You can adjust picture setting parameters.
Press and to select “TV System”.
Use to set “Auto”.

3.6.4
If you want to put the channels from a station in sequence, you
can enter TV Tuning menu, and select CH. Swap. For example,
TTV and CTV are now located in channel 8 and channel 10
respectively and you want to arrange them in channel 1 and
channel 2 respectively. You can conduct the following
operations: Select TTV, enter TV Tuning menu, select CH swap
option, change the channel number from 8 to 1, and then press
button. Similarly, you can change CTV from Channel 10 to
Channel 2 in the same way.
3.7 PIP Function in PC mode
(a) In TV or PC mode, press button on the remote control,
and a small window will be displayed on the upper left of the
screen after 1-2 seconds, and the sound is also changed.
Press again to enlarge the window, and press for
the third time to recover. For the fourth press, PIP is
cancelled.
(b) Press and buttons on the remote control to adjust
the position of PIP window.
In PIP mode, press button to switch between Video and
S-Video. (Note: In PC mode, volume can be adjusted
without menu displayed.)
(c) You can switch PC and TV by the standby button.
3.6.3
If you do not want to keep a channel whose noise level is too
high, you can enter TV Tuning menu, and select CH.Skip. Then
the channel will be deleted.
