This Lee Star Appliance is fully warranted against any defect arising out of defective
materials or faulty workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Should any defect develop in this product, the customer should bring the product along
with this warranty card to nearest authorized service centre, where the company
undertakes to get the product repaired.
Warranty is not valid if
• The use and care instructions have not been followed • Defects are caused by
accident, misuse, faulty handling, commercial use or damage in transit. • Plastic parts
are not covered under this warranty • The repair work is carried out by persons not
authorised by the company • Any modification or alteration of any nature is made to the
product • Normal wear & tear of the product is not covered under warranty • The
bill/cash memo and copy of warranty card is not presented • Under no circumstances,
whether based on limited warranty or otherwise shall the company be liable for
incidental, special or consequential damages • Use of product indicates acceptance
by you of the above said terms and conditions.

Basic Motor Unit
BEFORE FIRST USE
Clean the parts that will come in contact with food with soapy water and rinse thoroughly
before using for the first time. Please read carefully all the information given in these
instructions, it gives you important tips about the use, the safety and the care.
ASSEMBLING THE UNIT
1. Press the locking buttons and fix the detachable blending rod to the motor unit by
aligning the on the motor unit with the on the detachable blending rod.
2. Now release the locking buttons
3. Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients.
4. Plug-in and turn on the appliance and press the speed button to start.
5. Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and down.
6. To disassemble, press the locking buttons and pull the detachable blending rod
downwards. Remember to switch off the outlet before disassembling.
Note: For best results, use the blender in a deeper utensil/pot.
USING CHOPPER ATTACHMENT (For Model LE-806)
1. Fix the blade inside the bowl.
2. Place the chopper cover on the bowl.
3. Now, press the locking buttons and fix the detachable chopper cover to the motor unit
by aligning the on the motor unit with the on the chopper cover.
4. Switch the appliance on by pressing the speed buttons.
USING THE HAND BLENDER
This hand blender is intended for:
A) Stirring, Blending or Mixing liquid ingredients like milk, fruit juices, sauces, soups, mixed
drinks and shakes.
B) Beating soft ingredients like batters of cakes, mayonnaise, yogurt and yeast dough.
C) Pureeing cooked ingredients for making baby food.
The chopper is intended for:
a) Chopping raw and cooked vegetables (onion, beans, tomatoes, bell peppers etc.),
Fruits (e.g. apples), Meat (cooked or raw).
b) Chopping spices, herbs and nuts.
c) Whisking eggs and batters, mashes baby foods and making fresh chutney in seconds.
AVOID SPRAY/SPLASHING
a) Hold the blender bar straight.
b) Don't switch on till it is well inside the food container.
c) Switch off before lifting it out of the container.
CARE & MAINTAINENCE
1. Clean the appliance after each use.
2. Switch the appliance off, and unplug it.
3. Don't use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.
4. Don't use any part of the appliance in a dishwasher.
5. Don't put motor unit in water or any other liquid.
6. Use a soft dry cloth to clean the motor unit.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before you connect the appliance to the outlet, Check if the voltage indicated on the
appliance corresponds to the voltage of the outlet.
2. Do not use the appliance if the main cord, plug or other any other part is damaged.
3. Always unplug the appliance from outlet when not in use, before assembling or
disassembling parts and before cleaning.
4. Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid, nor rinse it under the tap.
Only use a soft dry cloth to clean the motor unit.
5. Never let the appliance run unattended.
6. Do not allow the children to use the appliance without supervision.
7. This appliance is intended for household use only.
8. Avoid touching the blades, especially when the appliance is plugged in. The blades are
very sharp!
9. Always place the appliance on a flat surface, do not put the appliance on hot surfaces
or near open flames.
