Appoggiandosi ad un normale banco da disopercolare,

Prepare a sufficient amount of combs to uncap at a position
not likely to cause hindrance and easily accessible for the
operator.

By using a standard uncapping bench for support, hold
the frame firmly in you hand and run the knife o er the
cappings making sure that the whole length of the blade
is applied so that the correct temperature is maintained.
Carry out uncapping with care, pre enting the knife blade
from touching hard objects which might damage it.
When putting down the knife during use, make sure that it
rests on a non-flammable, non-deformable surface.
After uncapping completion, unplug the knife to pre ent
unnecessary o erheating.
To facilitate operations, ensure that the knife power cable
is free and does not hinder the uncapping procedure.
To clean the knife, allow it to warm up, unplug it and then
wipe it clean with a damp cloth.

le cadre bien en main, passer le couteau sur les

Steckdose durchbrennen, an die es angeschlossen wird.

An einer bequemen, für den Bediener leicht zugänglichen und
anderweitig nicht störenden Stelle eine angemessene Menge
an Waben orbereiten, die entdeckelt werden sollten.
Nachdem das Messer an eine normal Wechselstrom-
Steckdose mit 220 V angeschlossen wurden, ist abzuwarten,
bis es warm wird.
Eine geringe Honigmenge an der Messerklinge ist für die
Regelung äußerst nützlich: wenn der Honig leicht kocht, ist
das Messer heiß genug.
Der Thermostat ist bereits korrekt positioniert und bedarf
demnach keiner weiteren Regelung. Sollte eine weitere
Regelung notwendig sein, ist eine Dritteldrehung der
Schraube im oder gegen den Uhrzeigersinn ausreichend,
um die Temperatur spürbar zu erändern.
Stützen Sie sich auf eine normale Entdeckelungswanne
und halten Sie den Rahmen gut in der Hand fest.
Verwenden Sie das Messer über die gesamte Länge auf
den Deckeln, um die richtige Messertemperatur
beizubehalten.
Beim Entdeckeln ist mit äußerster Sorgfalt orzugehen,
damit das Messer nicht gegen Gegenstände stößt und
dadurch beschädigt wird.
Vergewissern Sie sich beim Ablegen des Messers
während des Gebrauchs, dass es auf eine nicht
entzündliche und formstabile Oberfläche gelegt wird.
Nach dem Entdeckeln muss der Stecker aus der Dose
gezogen werden, damit sich das Messer nicht unnütz
erhitzt.
Es ist immer sicherzustellen, dass das Messerkabel nicht
irgendwo scheuert oder beim Entdeckeln stört.
Zur Reinigung des Messers ist es zu erhitzen. Danach
den Stecker aus der Dose ziehen und das Messer mit
einem feuchten Lappen reinigen.
