关于ESR 125和ESR 225粘性连接的注意事项
足够厚的粘合剂非常重要，只有足够厚才能确保弹性和疲劳强度。
•粘结剂在测量链中，因此影响测量精度。要达到最佳测量精度的效果和耐用性，必须严格按照安装说明要求操作。
•如果粘结层厚度不足，可导致粘结部位受力大和疲劳强度不足。
•粘合剂硬化期间，用粘扣固定带固定测量系统。这样能在测量方向上限制粘结面和确保符合所需粘合剂缝厚度的要求。组装期间，必须严格按照说明要
求使用它！
•建议用PLEXUSPC120处理剂对ESR125和ESR225金属粘结面进行预处理，但是在盐性环境中预处理是必须的。
•温度低于18°C时，严禁使用粘结剂。必须注意包装管上的有效期。
•认真阅读制造商产品介绍中有关存放和保质期的信息！严禁在高于37°C（99°F）的温度环境中长期保存该粘合剂，也严禁保存放在冷冻环境中。
Eine ausreichende Dicke der Klebung ist wichtig, um die Elastizität und damit die Dauerfestigkeit der Klebung sicherzustellen.
• Die Klebung ist Teil der Messwertübertragung und hat Einfluss auf die Messgenauigkeit. Um ein optimales Ergebnis hinsichtlich Messgenauigkeit und
Dauerfestigkeit zu erzielen, ist es von äußerster Wichtigkeit, die Montageanleitung genau zu befolgen.
• Eine zu dünne Klebung kann zu hohen Spannungen in der Klebefuge und damit zu einer Verringerung der Dauerfestigkeit führen.
• Die Klettbänder dienen zur Sicherung des Messsystems während der Kleberaushärtung, begrenzen die Klebefläche in Messrichtung und sorgen für die
Einhaltung einer definierten Klebespaltdicke. Sie sind bei der Montage unbedingt entsprechend der Anleitung einzusetzen!
• Vorbehandlung der metallischen Klebefläche am ESR 125 und ESR 225 mit Primer PLEXUS PC 120 wird empfohlen, bei salzhaltiger Umgebung
vorgeschrieben.
• Kleber nicht unter 18 °C verarbeiten, Haltbarkeitsdatum auf der Kartusche beachten.
• Zur Lagerung und Haltbarkeit das Datenblatt des Herstellers beachten! (Kleber nie längere Zeit über 37 °C lagern und nie einfrieren).

Notes on the adhesive bond of the ESR 125 and ESR 225
A sufficient thickness of the adhesive bond is important in order to ensure the elasticity and fatigue strength.
• The bond is part of the measured value transfer and therefore influences measuring accuracy. To achieve an optimum result in measurement accuracy and
durability, it is extremely important that the Mounting Instructions be followed exactly.
• If the bond is too thin, it can lead to high stress in the adhesive joint and reduce fatigue strength.
• The hook-and-loop fastener straps are used to secure the measuring system while the adhesive hardens. They limit the adhesive surface in the measuring
direction and ensure compliance with a defined adhesive gap thickness. They must be used during assembly strictly according to the instructions!
• Pretreatment with PLEXUS PC 120 primer of the metallic adhesive surface of the ESR 125 and ESR 225 is recommended, and in saline environments it is
required.
• Do not use the adhesive in temperatures under 18 °C. Note the expiration date on the cartridge.
• Read the manufacturer’s data sheet for information on storage and durability! Never store the adhesive for long periods at over 37 °C (99 °F) and never let it
freeze.

Pull the protective film 3from the hook-and-loop strap.
• The mounting surface 1must be clean and free of grease.
Grind out any uneven places.
• Clean the mounting surface with acetone.
• Draw the marking 2for the measuring device position.

• Sensor positionsrichtig so aufsetzen, dass die Kerben 5am
Messsystemende mit den Markierungen 2übereinstimmen.
• Das Klettband fest andrücken.
Ensure that the mounting aid 4is flush with the cover. (Center of measuring range)
• Place the sensor in the correct position so that the slot 5at its end
matches the markings 2.
• Firmly apply the hook-and-loop fastener strap.

Tilt the strain sensor to the side and separate the hook-and-loop fastener
strap 6so that in each case one side of the strap remains on the mounting
surface.
If required, treat the metal bonding surfaces with PLEXUS PC 120 primer.

• Zur Vermeidung von Lufteinschlüssen Kleberaupen (wie dargestellt)
diagonal und mittig 7in ausreichender Menge mit Mischpistole auftragen
(10 – 15 ml).
Hinweis: Für das Mischen und Aufbringen des 2K-Klebers wird eine Mischpistole
benötigt.
• Use “PLEXUS MA300” two-component adhesive, max. working time 5 min.
• As an alternative, use “PLEXUS MA310” two-component adhesive, max. working
time 15 min.
• To ensure an optimal adhesive mixture, do not use the first third of the mixing
tube contents for bonding.
• To avoid air inclusions, apply adhesive beads (as shown) diagonally and
centered 7in a sufficient quantity using a mixing gun (10 – 15 ml).
Note: A mixing gun is needed to mix and apply the two-component adhesive.

• Kleber aushärten lassen, handfest nach ca. 15 min (MA 300) bzw. 35 min (MA 310).
Schutzfolien an den Sicherungsendkappen abziehen.
Sicherungsendkappen aufsetzen und andrücken.
• Position the sensor and press down on the hook-and-loop fastener strap.
• Remove the mounting aid Mh.
• The adhesive gap must be filled completely. Remove any excess adhesive 8.
• The strain sensor is held in position with the aid of the hook-and-loop fastener strap
regardless of the mounting attitude.
• Allow the adhesive to harden. It is hand-tight after approx. 15 min (with MA 300)
or 35 min (with MA 310).
Remove the protective films on the anchor end caps.
Position the safety end caps and press them on.

Place the glue-on adapter onto the template for the adhesive assembly. Ensure that the
holder 4is pushed completely onto the template for the adhesive assembly.
• The mounting surface 1must be clean and free of grease. Grind out any
uneven places.
• Clean the mounting surface with acetone.
• Draw marking 2for the measuring device position.

Dehnungssensor in Pfeilrichtungen einschieben. Darauf achten, dass die
Abdeckung mit der Nut in Halter 4geführt wird!
Messgerät an Fläche 9 drücken, gegen Anschlag  schieben und
anschrauben.
Insert the strain sensor as indicated by the arrows. Be sure to secure the
cover by means of the slot in holder 4.
Press the measuring device against surface 9, push to the stop and fasten
with screws.
