Introduction
The LG DWD-300 is a light weight wireless display Adap-
tor that uses Wi-Fi technology.
This product can be used as a wireless AV accessory for
devices that support the Miracast protocol.

How to Use

• Attach the Micro USB cable to the power supply port
on the DWD-300.
• Attach the opposite end of the Micro USB cable to the
supplied TA (Travel Adaptor) Head or a USB port on a
laptop or PC.
• Attach one end of the supplied HDMI cable to the
HDMI port on the DWD-300 and the other end to a dis-
play device (TV or monitor).

Connection
• When the DWD-300 has power, a white LED indicator
will turn on.
• While booting, the LG logo will appear on the screen
of the TV or monitor.
• DWD-300 must be connected to a WiFi Direct capable
device in order to function.
• Once initial booting is complete, “Ready to Connect”
will appear on the screen of the TV or monitor indicat-
ing DWD-300 has automatically entered into connect-
able mode.
NOTE: Once DWD-300 is in connectable mode, by
pressing the Pairing Button, DWD-300 will exit the
connectable mode and go to idle mode. While in
idle mode, DWD-300 will re-enter into connectable
mode for two(2) minutes by pressing the Pairing
Button again.

• Turn on WiFi Direct from the source device. (please
note, this may disable all other WiFi settings)
• Select ‘Miracast’ from the source device settings
(consult your owner’s manual for instructions)
• Press the Search soft key to begin a search of avail-
able devices.
• Select “LG DWD-300” from the list of devices to con-
nect it with your source device.
• “Connecting” animated picture will appear to show
ongoing connection process.
• Once the connection is successful, you will see the screen
of the Miracast capable device on your TV or monitor.
• If the connection is unsuccessful, the white LED indi-
cator will flicker.

3. Conditions
• The warranty is valid only if the original receipt issued
to the original purchaser by the dealer, specifying the
date of purchase and serial number, is presented with
the product to be repaired or replaced. LG Electronics
reserves the right to refuse warranty service if this
information has been removed or changed after the
original purchase of the product from the dealer.
• If LG Electronics repairs or replaces the product, the
repaired or replaced product shall be warranted for
the remaining time of the original warranty period or
for ninety (90) days from the date of repair, whichever
is longer. Repair or replacement may involve the use
of functionally equivalent reconditioned units. Re-
placed parts or components will become the property
of LG Electronics.
• This Warranty does not cover any failure of the prod-
uct due to normal wear and tear, or due to misuse, in-
cluding but not limited to use in other than the normal
and customary manner, in accordance with instruc-
tions for use and maintenance of the product. Nor
does this warranty cover any failure of the product

Introducción
El LG DWD-300 es un liviano adaptador de pantalla ina-

• Conecte el cable micro USB al puerto de alimentación
del DWD-300.
• Conecte el otro extremo del cable micro USB al ca-
bezal del adaptador para viaje incluido o a un puerto
USB de la computadora portátil o PC.
• Conecte un extremo del cable HDMI incluido al puer-
to HDMI del DWD-300 y el otro extremo a una pantalla
(TV o monitor).

Conexión
• Cuando el DWD-300 está enchufado, se enciende un
indicador LED de color blanco.
• Durante el inicio, el logotipo de LG aparecerá en la
pantalla del TV o monitor.
• Para que el DWD-300 funcione, debe estar conectado
a un dispositivo activado para WiFi Direct.
• Cuando termina el arranque inicial, verá “Ready to
Connect” (Listo para conectarse) en la pantalla del
televisor o monitor, lo que indica que el DWD-300 in-
gresó automáticamente al modo de conexión.
NOTA: cuando el DWD-300 esté en el modo de con-
exión, si presiona el botón de emparejamiento, el
DWD-300 saldrá del modo de conexión y entrará
al modo de inactividad. Mientras está en el modo
de inactividad, si vuelve a presionar el botón de
emparejamiento, el DWD-300 volverá a entrar al
modo de conexión por dos (2) minutos.
