Before You Start
Final Installation Checklist
Having problems? Get in touch.
Allow 30-45 minutes for installation.
Ensure two people work together.
Clear a working space around the product.
Unbox all products and remove all protective wrapping.
Ensure that no screws, brackets or accessories are lost.
You will require:
1x Phillips Head Screw Driver
1x Spirit Level
1x Pliers
2x Powerpoints
1x Cold Water Connection
1x Hot Water Connection (If Applicable For Model)^
This guide is for the following front loader models:
WD1216HTE
WDC1215HSVE
TWIN171216T
TWIN171215S
1I have secured the mini washer cover into place.
2I have secured the front loader and mini washer together using a total of 16 screws.
3I have ensured the machine is level, has no movement and used anti-slip pads if required.
4I have connected the water lines, removed any kinks and checked there are no leaks.
5I have secured the drain hoses with included clamps and ensured they are fastened to a drain outlet.
6I have check the power cables are not caught on any items behind the washer.
7I have removed the transit bolts from the back of the front loader.
^ Hot water connection is for front loader only and is not on all models.

Prepare The Mini Washer
Remove the packaging foam from the top
of the mini washer.
Rotate and secure the mini washer cover
with 4x short screws.

Lift & Secure
Temporarily place the mini washer into it’s
With help, lift the front loader and carefully
lower it onto the mini washer.
The front loader legs must sit in their
designated gaps. Secure the left side with 2x large screws
on each holder.
Adjust the four mini washer feet until level.
Lock the rear feet only at this time.
Move the mini washer back into a clearing
with plenty of space.

Lift & Secure (Cont.)
Pull out the mini washer drawer, and
secure the front with 2x large screws
on each side.
Secure the right side with 2x large
screws on each holder.
Use the locking nut to secure the 4 front
loader feet in place.
Wind out the front loader feet to ensure
they are gently touching the mini washer.
Secure the rear with 2x large screws on
each holder.
Remove the transit bolts from the rear
of the front loader. Cover holes with
caps provided.

Connect Drain Hose
Using pliers, connect the drain hose
to the mini washer with the included
tension clamp. Ensure the curved end
is in the upright position.
Fit the remaining ends of the front loader
& mini washer drain hoses into the
Y piece using Tension Clamps.
Using zip ties, and the arch bracket -
secure & neaten the drain hoses and
place them into the spigot, or sink.

Connect Water Hoses
Short Hose: Connect To
Cold Tap.
Long Hose: Back of the
front loader (Cold).
Connect hot water line
between the front loader and
tap as per normal using the
last long hose.
Long Hose: Back of the
mini washer.
Use the T piece to join all
three hoses together.
Check for any leaks and
ensure there are no kinks.
Connect the water hoses as below. Ensure that each end has the black washer inserted.
Hand tighten with the aid of the cloth for the best tension. Do not over tighten with any mechanical aid.

Move & Level
by gently ‘walking’ the washer.
Use a level and make adjustments to
the front feet of the mini washer.
Tighten the locking nuts to secure.
Use anti-skid pads if necessary.

Complete Your Installation
Finishing Touches
Plug both the front loader and mini
washer into power.

compatible smart phone to access
Wi-Fi functions.
Register your product online at

Tidy and zip tie any messy cables or hoses. You are now ready to start using your
LG TWINWash®.
