This product is a professional non-contact infrared thermometer with bluetooth function (bluetooth version is
4.0),which can be used to measure human body and forehead temperature.
Measurement at different part of body may result in different reading depending on how exposed your body is.
• Please read this manual carefully before use.
• The application environment temperature range for this product is from 10°C (50 °F) to 40 "C (104 °F).
The best usage environment temperature is 25 °C (77 “F).
• Please do not use this product in the areas with temperature higher than 50°C (122 °F) or lower than
0°C (32 °F).
• Please do not bring this product in contact with any electrified device so as to avoid electrical shock.
• Please do not use this product in areas with humidity higher than 80%.
• Please do not bring this product too close to electromagnetic emitting device such as radio or mobile phone.
• Please do not expose this product directly under sun, or too close to oven. Also, avoid contact with water.
• Please do not hit or drop this product and stop using it if it is damaged.
• The sweat, hair, hat or scarf may impact the measurement accuracy.
• Please make sure the measurement distance is within 5 cm.
• In order to get stable and reliable measurement result, keep this instrument inside the room for 15 to 20
minutes before using it.
• Please measure behind the earlobe if the forehead cannot reflect the actual body temperature due to
sweating.
• Use alcohol to sweep the surface of the instrument gently for cleaning.
• Please contact the customer care for repairing instead of doing it yourself.

• Option to choose between "C or °F
• Temperature mode selection. Press “MODE” when instrument in “ON” status.
• Body inner and body surface temperature measurement mode,( Body inner mode is for body inner temperature.
Body surface mode is for measuring object surface temperature). Setting method : In the boot condition, press the
"Mode" key for 4 seconds till "F-l" appears, and then press the upwards or downwards key for conversion.
(BODY - body inner temperature mode ; SurF - objects' surface temperature mode);
Press the "MODE" to enter "F-2" and adjust the alarm temperature ( preset value is 38C), and then press the
upwards or downwards key to adjust the temperature that you want;
Press the "MODE" to enter the F-3 to compensate the temperature difference, and then press the upwards key to
plus the difference or the downwards key to decrease the difference;
Press the "MODE" to enter "F-4" for the Buzzer prompt function (the preset is "ON"), and press upwards and
downwards key to choose (ON - Turn on, Off - Turn off), and then press the "MODE" to start the machine,
then finish the setting.
• The device also has a LCD with backlight for the users to use in the dark.
Setting method: In the boot condition, press the downwards key for 5 seconds to turn on the backlight.
• This device can store the latest 32 measured data (In the boot condition, press the upwards and downwards
key to check the stored data)
• Store the data and shutdown the machine automatically.
In order to get stable and reliable measurement data, the instrument should be kept in room before usage if room
temperature has big change.

The following necessary inspection should be finished before usage.
First step: Measure body temperature with traditional body temperature meter. Assume 37.5°C (99.5°F ) is the
reading.
Second step: Use the non-contact thermometer to measure the same person who has been measured in
first step. Hold the meter 5 cm away from the forehead (pay attention to move away any obstacle such as hair or
sweat), if the same reading 37.5 °C (99.5°F) is obtained, then the meter is good for use. If lower reading is
obtained, such as 36.4°C 97.5°F, and 1.1°C (2.0°F) indifference, calibration is needed. Hold “MODE” key after
turning on the instrument for 4 seconds, screen appears “F-l”, then press “MODE” for two times and enter “F-3”,
and then press upwards key to increase the offset and downwards key to decrease the offset, and then press
“MODE” two times to turn off the instrument, calibration is completed. Third step, follow the second step again to
confirm the instrument is good to use.

• Protection of glass of the LCD is very important and fragile, treat it carefully during usage.
• Please do not attempt to charge the battery. Do not throw the battery into the fire.
• Please do not expose this product directly into the sun. Also, keep it away from the water.
A. The detection head is the most sophisticated part, treat it with care.
• Clean the instrument surface with wiper and 70% density alcohol.
• Please do not use corrosive cleaning agent.
• Keep it away from all the liquid.
• Please store this product in dry environment free from dust, contamination and direct sun.
1. Battery installation (pay attention to the positive, negative polarity)
2. When using for the first time, wait 10 minutes for warming up the thermometer. If the meter has been
shut down for a long time, the meter will perform environment temperature check after turning on, and
will take 1-2 seconds to get prepared for measuring temperature.
3. Point to the forehead at a distance of 5 cm. Press measurement switch and the temperature reading
appears immediately. Make sure the forehead is not covered by hair, sweat, cosmetics or hat.
4. When sweating or environment temperature changes too much, point the meter to the position behind
the earlobe, and make sure that body surface is not covered by hair, sweat, cosmetics or hat.
5. When you press the down switch ©, the screen shows the reading of the temperature under
measurement, the measurement data can be stored automatically (press upwards and downwards to
access the most recently stored measurements)
6. Change battery: When device is out of battery, a signal will appear on the screen as a reminder to
change battery, open the battery cover and pay attention to the polarity of the battery, wrong polarity
could lead to instrument damage. Please take out the battery if not using the device for long time to
avoid leakage of battery.
7. Usage life: The usage life is about 40 thousand times of measurement. As to obtain a stable and
reliable measurement data, the instrument should be kept in room for 15 to 20 minutes if the change of
room temperature is big. Human body temperature could change during the day, and at the same time
other element could affect the body temperature such as age, agenda and skin color.

B. If the following problem appears during usage, please follow the maintenance instruction. If the
problem insists, please contact the customer service.
1. LCD cannot display value reading.
In body temperature mode, if body temperature is lower than 32°C (89. 6"F) or higher than 42.5°C
(108. 5°F), “LO” or “HI” will be displayed instead of value.
2. “ HI” message on LCD
When “HI” appears, this signal indicates that the temperature is out of the measurement up limit or the body
temperature is higher than 42.5 ”C (108. 5°F) for in body mode.
3. “ LO” message on LCD
When “LO” appears, this signal indicates that the temperature is out of measurement range low limit or
body temperature is lower than 32 "C (89. 6°F) for in body mode.

Terms and Conditions:
1.This warranty is void if:
a. The completely filled warranty card is not presented
at the time of servicing the product.
b. The product is not operated according to the
instructions given under the user manual.
C. Damages are caused by lightning, abnormal
voltage, water or other liquid intrusion, fire, flood,
accident, negligence or improper handling.
d. Product has been damaged due to installation,
repairs, alterations or modifications by unauthorized
service organizations or persons.
e. Product label specifying the model number, serial
number and production code has been removed
and altered.
f. Defects or parts requiring replacement due to
ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stains,
scratches, dents on the casing or paintwork of the
product.
g. Claims damaged and/or missing parts
(accessories) after 7 days from the original date of
goods received.
h. Defects or faults in product which have been used
for commercial/industrial purposes or which have
been rented/leased or have been otherwise subject
to non-household/non-domestic use.
2. Repairs or replacements will be carried out by
authorized service provider.
3. During the limited warranty period, Lifelong or its
authorized service provider will repair without charge
the defective unit inclusive of labor and parts and
restore the unit to its optimum working condition. All
defective parts used for the warranty repair should be
surrendered to Lifelong and/or its authorised servicer.
4. All expenses incurred in collecting the unit (s) or
part(s) thereof from authorised service provider as will
as any other expenses and incidentals will be borne
by the consumer.
5. Lifelong obligations are limited to the repair and
replacement of the defective product. Except as set
forth above, there are no other express or implied
warranty and all warrantied, conditions or other terms
implied by statute or common law (including any
warranty of satisfactory quality, merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose) are excluded to the
fullest extent permitted by the lass.
6. Lifelong total liability for damages relating to or arising
out of the purchase or use of the product regardless of
the type or cause of such damage of the form of
characterization of the claim asserted (e.g. contract or
tort) shall not exceed the original purchase price paid
for the product.
7. However in no event shall Lifelong and Lifelong
authorized distributors be liable for any punitive, special
incidental, indirect or consequential losses or damages
whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for
the loss of revenue, business, profits, goodwill, or
contracts, business interruptions, loss of business
information or any other pecuniary loss.) Whether or
not Lifelong has been advised of the possibility of such
damages.These limitations shall apply not with
standing the failure of the essential purpose of any
limited warranty. This limited warranty does not affect
consumer's statutory rights under the law.
8. No carrier, dealer or employee is thereof authorized to
make modifications to this warranty and you should not
reply on any such representation. Lifelong reserves the
right to amend the terms and conditions if necessary.
