Limited Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover product failure due to misuse, negligence, improper storage or handling,
improper operation and unauthorized modifications.
It is recommended but not required that the product be returned to the Lifestyle Mobility Aids dealer
through whom it was originally purchased. However, all Lifestyle Mobility Aids Dealers are qualified to
assist you in obtaining warranty service. If the product is to be returned to Lifestyle Mobility Aids, prior
authorization will be required. In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Lifestyle Mobility Aid
will determine if the product will be repaired or replaced.
Detach the seat from the toilet bowl. Place the bracket
of the rear assist rail on the back of the toilet bowl
with the two holes in the bracket positioned over
the holes used to fasten the toilet seat.
Place the toilet seat on top of the bracket aligning all
holes and fasten with the toilet seat bolts.
Push in the brass button and slide the rear assist rail
to the appropriate hole of the bracket for the desired
arm width until the brass button snaps into place.
Attach the armrests to the rear assist rail making sure
the brass buttons snap into place.
Adjust armrest leg extensions according to the height of the
toilet and making sure the brass buttons snap into place.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Stand with your back to the center of the seat, take hold of the armrests and slowly sit down.
Leg extensions should be adjusted so that your feet are flat on the floor when seated.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Consult a health care professional for advice and instructions specific to your needs before use.
Before use, ensure that push buttons protrude fully through adjustment holes.
Always use caution on wet or slippery surfaces.
MAINTENANCE
Wipe weekly with a soft cloth and disinfectant.
Do not use organic solvents, such as acetone, or abrasive cleansers.
Inspect weekly for wear.
If any component appears worn or is not working properly, contact your dealer for
repair and/or appropriate replacement parts.
