Take two parts A and place them inside each
other’s notches, keeping the grooved parts going
in the same direction, as shown above.
Place part B in the grooves, tight to the bottom of
the grooves, as shown above.
Place part C on top of part B, keeping it tight to part
B and the inside of the grooves, as shown above.
Before moving onto the next step, make sure that
the gaps between the top of part C and the tops of
parts A are equal and approximately 3/8”, as
shown above.
Lay this assembly on a flat surface and secure
them together using the provided 2 1/2” screws,
through the predrilled holes, as shown above. Re-
peat steps 1-5 for the other end.

Next, put the X braces upright & apart, approxi-
mately the length of the trough boards. The Lil’
GRO logo will be on the outside of both ends.

Once the trough board is in place, attach it to the
Wedge frame through the pre-drilled holes, using
the provided 1 1/2”screws as shown above. Be
sure to keep the X brace tight with the trough
boards.
Next, place Board E in the Wedge, on top of part D,
making sure the notches are facing down & keep-
ing the smooth side out. Continue to attach the
boards as you place them. It is important the
notches face down for drainage.
Place two parts F on each side of the Wedge, keep-
ing the smooth side out and the groove all the way
down on the tongue of the preceding board. Attach
them as shown in Figure 8.

Place part D in the “V” first, with the smooth side
out, making sure you keep the ends tight to the X
braces as shown above.

lengthen the life of your Lil’ GRO Veg Wedge, helping protect it
from the sun, rain & other elements.
