Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Elevator Assembly
• Fasten the elevator floor 13 to elevator walls 14 and 15 using four (4) B screws.
NOTE: Make sure the slots on walls 14 and 15 are pointed downward. The
slots on each wall should be on the inside facing towards each other. In
order to know the elevator is facing the right direction, the elevator
opening should be faced towards you and the wooden notches on wall 14
should point to your right. Also, the side with the beautiful design on
elevator floor 13 should be faced up towards walls 14 and 15.

Step 2
• Slide the back panel 16 in between walls 14 and 15 using the slots on the walls.

Step 3
• Fasten the elevator ceiling 12 to the top of elevator walls 14 and 15 using
four (4) B screws.

NOTE: The beautiful design on the elevator ceiling 12 should be faced
down and the flooring design on the other side should be faced up when
connecting this part.

Step 4
Rooftop Assembly
• Fasten the preassembled dormer 25 to the front roof panel 6 using two (2)
B screws.
CAUTION: The front roof panel 6 can be damaged or broken easily. Handle
the front roof panel 6 with care.

NOTE: Use the two (2) holes adjacent to the triangular cutout found near
the center of the front roof panel 6 to attach the preassembled dormer 25.

Step 5
• Fasten the first piece of roof overhang 21 to roof frame 19 with two (2) B screws.

NOTE: Make sure both holes are lined up between both pieces before
fastening the parts in place.

• Fasten the second piece of roof overhang 20 to roof frame 19 with two (2)
B screws.

• Fasten the assembled dormer 19 – 21 to front roof panel 6 using four (4)
C screws.

Step 8
Dollhouse Assembly
• Fasten the lower-level left wall 1 to upper-level left wall 17 using two (2)
D screws. When placing the parts together, the upper-level left wall 17
should be placed over the lower-level left wall 1 on the side with the interior
design on the wall.

NOTE: The D screw is one screw with two parts: the outlet and inlet bolt.
Place the outlet bolt in the holes from the lower-level left wall 1 side. Then,
insert and screw in the inlet bolt from the upper-level left wall 17 side. Also
keep in mind when you do this you may need to use two (2) screwdrivers to
properly insert the D screws.

• Fasten the first-floor front border 32 to the bottom front corner of lower-level
left wall 1 using one (1) A screw.

NOTE: The first-floor front border 32 has a slot that should face inward
towards first-floor backwall border 31. Make sure that the hole on the
first-floor front border 32 is on the far right with the smaller opening of the
hole facing up and the bigger opening facing down.

• Fasten the first-floor backwall border 33 to the bottom back corner of
lower-level left wall 1 using another A screw.

NOTE: The first-floor backwall border 33 should have one of its slots facing
first-floor front border 32 and the other slot facing upward.

NOTE: Make sure the hole on the side of the pillar is towards the top when
installing the pillar. The smaller opening of the hole should face left while
the bigger opening of it should face right.

• Fasten the first-floor pillar 24 to the hole on the first-floor front border 32 using
one (1) A screw.

• Fasten the first-floor interior wall 11 to first-floor flooring 8 using two (2) B screws.

• Slide the first-floor flooring 8 with the recently connected first-floor interior wall
11 in between first-floor front border 32 and first-floor backwall border 33.
NOTE: Make sure when sliding in the first-floor flooring 8 that the first-floor
interior wall 11 ends up in the back over the first-floor backwall border 33.

• Line up the second-floor flooring 9 to the holes on lower-level left wall 1 and
place the flooring on top of first-floor pillar 24 and first-floor interior wall 11.
Then, fasten the second-floor flooring 9 to lower-level left wall 1 using two (2)
A screws.
