Q. The switch is difficult to push once the adapter is installed, what do I do?
A. If the switch is too difficult to push, try holding the TotalBoostMini by the sides and
using your thumb to push the switch and release the adapter. You may need to use your
nail for extra leverage.
Q. The adapter stays in my device when I unplug the TotalBoost Mini, how do I avoid that?
A. If the adapter gets stuck in a device when unplugging, try re-inserting the adapter into
the TotalBoost Mini. Apply pressure to the switch, then pull the TotalBoost Mini to
disconnect the device. This will help to hold the adapter in place.
Q. What devices are the charging adapters compatible with?
A. The charging adapters include Micro, Type-C, and Lightning connectors to create
universal compatibility with virtually any USB enabled device included mobile phones,
tablets, cameras, speakers, power banks, controllers, and more.
Micro Adapter

Q. Do I have to charge the TotalBoost Mini™ before I use it?
A. It is recommended to charge the internal battery to 100% before charging connected
devices.
Q. How do I recharge the TotalBoost Mini™?
A. Plug the included 24” Type-C to USB Cable into a USB charger (USB charger not
included).
Q. Can I carry the TotalBoost Mini on an airplane?
A. Yes.The TotalBoost Mini meets FAA regulations and is approved to carry on an airplane!
Please note, this power bank must be carried with you and not stored in your checked
baggage during travel.
Q. How do I turn off the TotalBoost Mini™?
A. The TotalBoost Mini™ will automatically turn off after approximately 10 seconds of
being idle.

A. The TotalBoost Mini™ is designed for indoor and outdoor use, only in dry locations. Do
