If you are planning to use your GPS while driving, remember to keep your eyes on the
road ahead, and do not attempt to operate the controls of the device while driving. Never
place your GPS where it might obstruct the driver’s view of the road ahead, is within the
deployment zone of airbags, or where it might cause injury in case of an accident.
Useful tip:
1. always plan ahead. Before starting your trip, turn on the device, complete all your
settings and choose your route. When you are in an unfamiliar area, you can play
a simulation of your chosen route first. Dock your device in the holder, connect your
charger and wait for the GPS signal reach acceptable level before moving your
vehicle.
2. do not mount your holder or placing your GPS where it may obstruct the driver’s
view. Preferably do place the GPS within the driver’s reach.
3. plug in the DC charger before you start your journey.
4. if you need to change any settings or operate the controls, we recommend you to
pull over to the side of the road before doing so.
5. always take note of the traffic and use the navigation voice guidance as reference
