Electromagnetic wave precautions (SAR)
Your smartphone is designed not to exceed the radio wave limits
recommended by the European authorities. These limits include safety
margins to ensure that all individualsare protected regardless of age or
health status.
The SAR (specificabsorption rate)of mobile phonesquantifies the maximum
level of exposure of the user to electromagnetic waves used in the ears.
French regulations prohibit the SAR from exceeding 2 W/kg averaged over
10g of tissue.
The SAR value is determined based on the highest level of radio frequencies
emitted during laboratory tests.
The actual SAR value when using the smartphone is below this level.
The SAR value of the smartphone may can depending on the following
factors: proximity/remoteness to a base station, use of accessories and
others.
The maximum SAR of your smartphone corresponds to the following table:
Position
Connectivity

The body SAR value is tested at a distance of 5 mm.
This device complies with the regulations that govern exposure to
radio frequencies when it is used at a distance of at least 5 mm from
the body.
WARNING: The SAR index may vary depending on national disclosure and
testing requirements, and the frequency band of the network.
WARNING:
•There are certain place where your smartphone should not be used,

•When using a pedestrian kit, pregnant women must keep the phone
away from their abdomen and teenagers must keep it away from their
lower abdomen.
Advice for reducing the level of radiation exposure:
•Use your smartphone in good reception conditions, to reduce the
amount of radiation received (avoid using it in an underground car park
or when travelling by transport (train, car).
•A reception icon shows you the reception quality of your phone, a full
image means that you have good reception .
•We recommend the use of a pedestrian kitto limit exposure to radiation.
•In order to limit side effects of prolonged radiation exposureto radiation,
we advise teenagers to keep the phone away from their lower abdomen,
and pregnant women to keep the phone away from their abdomen.
•As with all radio products, we recommend a reasonable use of the
