1 Charge the Battery
2 Pair a Bluetooth device
To play audio from a Bluetooth device,
you need to first pair the device with the
Boombox. You can pair up to eight devices.
1. On your Bluetooth device, turn on
Bluetooth and scan for devices in its
Bluetooth menu.
2. Turn on the Boombox. When powering
up for the first time, the Boombox is
discoverable for 2 minutes and is ready
for pairing.
If pairing times out (the Bluetooth status
light blinks slowly before it turns o),
turn the Boombox o and then on to
make it discoverable again.
3. When “Logitech Boombox” appears on
the device list of your Bluetooth device,
select the Boombox. The Bluetooth
status light turns solid after pairing is
established.
Note: To pair additional Bluetooth devices, press
and hold the Bluetooth button until the Bluetooth
status light blinks rapidly. Repeat steps 1 and 3.

Behavior Description
Solid Bluetooth device is connected and ready to play.
Slow blink Boombox is ready to connect to a paired device.
Fast blink Boombox is discoverable and is ready to pair.
O There is no connection.
3 Listen to music
The Boombox plays music from one paired
device at a time.
1. On the Boombox press the Power button
to turn it on.
2. Turn on your Bluetooth device.
3. Use the main menu on your device
to select music, and then press Play.
You must have paired this device with
the Boombox. The first device you pair
is connected automatically and is
ready for play. (For more information,
refer to Pair a Bluetooth device.)
If the Boombox fails to connect
to your device or you want to connect
to a dierent paired device,
do the following:
• On your device, go to the Bluetooth
menu. (For more information about
using this menu, refer to your device
documentation.)
• Select “Logitech Boombox.”
The Boombox connects to
your Bluetooth device.
• To switch among paired devices,
disconnect the current device
using its Bluetooth menu before
connecting another paired device
to the Boombox.

Using the auxiliary input
Use the included 3.5 mm auxiliary cable
to connect an audio device (e.g., an iPod®
or MP3 player) to the 3.5 mm auxiliary
input on the back of the Boombox
(refer to the drawing). Also make sure
to set the volume on your audio device
to 80% or higher.
When the auxiliary cable is plugged in,
the Bluetooth wireless function is disabled.
When you unplug the cable from the
Boombox, the Bluetooth wireless function
is once again enabled.

With a full charge, battery life is about 6 hours. Higher volume settings can aect
battery charge. Actual battery life varies with use, settings, and environmental conditions.
Rechargeable batteries have a limited number of charge cycles.
Troubleshooting
The Boombox does not power on
• Is the power cord connected
to the power input on the back
of the Boombox?
• Is the power cord plugged into
an AC outlet?
• Is the battery charged? Refer to Charge
the Battery in this document.

My Bluetooth device is playing, but Ican’t hear music
• Make sure the Boombox is powered on.
• Battery power may be low.
Connect the AC power supply to
the Boombox to charge the battery
while you listen to music.
• Adjust the volume level using
the Volume Up and Down buttons
on the Boombox.
• Adjust the volume level on
your Bluetooth device.
• Unplug any device connected to
the Boombox 3.5 mm auxiliary input.
When an audio device is connected
to this input, Bluetooth wireless function
is disabled.
• Your Bluetooth device may be out of
range with the Boombox. The Boombox
receives music streams from up to
33 feet (10 meters).
• Make sure Bluetooth for your device
is turned on. (Refer to your device
documentation for more information.)
• Make sure Bluetooth is selected
as the output for your device.
(Refer to your device documentation
for more information.)
• You may need to reestablish
the Bluetooth pairing between
your Bluetooth device and the Boombox.
For pairing instructions, refer to Pair
a Bluetooth device in this document.
• If the above suggestions don’t work,
try connecting an audio device to the
auxiliary 3.5 mm input on the Boombox.

2 Pairen eines Bluetooth-Geräts
Um Audio über ein Bluetooth-Gerät
abzuspielen, müssen Sie das Gerät zuerst
mit der Boombox pairen. Sie können bis zu
acht Geräte pairen.
1. Aktivieren Sie Bluetooth auf
Ihrem Bluetooth-Gerät und suchen Sie
im Bluetooth-Menü nach Geräten.
2. Schalten Sie die Boombox ein.
Beim ersten Hochfahren wird
die Boombox zwei Minuten lang erkannt
und ist zum Pairen bereit.
Wird das Zeitlimit für das Pairing
überschritten (die Bluetooth-Anzeige
blinkt langsam, bevor sie ausgeht),
schalten Sie die Boombox aus
und wieder ein, damit sie wieder
erkannt wird.
3. Wenn in der Geräteliste des Bluetooth-
Geräts „Logitech Boombox“ angezeigt
wird, wählen Sie die Boombox aus.
Die Bluetooth-Anzeige leuchtet nach
dem Pairen dauerhaft.
Hinweis: Um weitere Bluetooth-Geräte zu pairen,
halten Sie die Bluetooth-Taste gedrückt,
bis die Bluetooth-Anzeige schnell blinkt.
Wiederholen Sie die Schritte 1 und 3.

Verhalten Beschreibung
Beständiges Leuchten Das Bluetooth-Gerät ist verbunden und zur Wiedergabe bereit.
Langsames Blinken Die Boombox ist bereit zum Verbinden mit einem gepairten Gerät.
Schnelles Blinken Die Boombox wurde erkannt und ist bereit zum Pairen.
Aus Es besteht keine Verbindung.
3 Musikwiedergabe
Mit der Boombox kann Musik
von jeweils einem gepairten Gerät
wiedergegeben werden.
1. Drücken Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter auf
der Boombox, um sie einzuschalten.
2. Schalten Sie Ihr Bluetooth-Gerät ein.
3. Wählen Sie über das Hauptmenü
auf Ihrem Gerät die gewünschte Musik
und starten Sie die Wiedergabe.
Dieses Gerät muss bereits mit
der Boombox gepairt sein.
Das erste Gerät, das Sie pairen,
wird automatisch verbunden
und ist zur Wiedergabe
bereit. (Weitere Informationen
finden Sie im Abschnitt
„Pairen eines Bluetooth-Geräts“.)
Wenn die Boombox keine Verbindung
mit Ihrem Gerät herstellen kann oder
Sie eine Verbindung mit einem anderen
gepairten Gerät herstellen möchten,
führen Sie folgende Schritte aus:
• Rufen Sie auf Ihrem Gerät
das Bluetooth-Menü auf.

in der Dokumentation des Geräts.)
• Wählen Sie „Logitech Boombox“.
Die Boombox stellt eine Verbindung
zu Ihrem Bluetooth-Gerät her.
• Um zwischen gepairten Geräten
zu wechseln, müssen Sie
die Verbindung des aktuellen Geräts
über sein Bluetooth-Menü trennen,
bevor Sie ein anderes gepairtes Gerät
mit der Boombox verbinden.

Verwenden des 3,5-mm-Klinkeneingangs
Schließen Sie mit dem im Lieferumfang
enthaltenen 3,5-mm-AUX-Kabel ein
Audiogerät (z. B. einen iPod® oder MP3-
Player) an den 3,5-mm-Klinkeneingang
auf der Rückseite der Boombox an
(siehe Abbildung). Vergewissern Sie
sich außerdem, dass die Lautstärke
Ihres Audiogeräts auf 80 % oder höher
eingestellt ist.
Wenn das AUX-Kabel eingesteckt ist,
ist die kabellose Bluetooth-Funktion
deaktiviert. Sobald Sie das Kabel von
der Boombox trennen, wird die kabellose
Bluetooth-Funktion wieder aktiviert.

einstellungen können sich auf die Akkulaufzeit auswirken. Die tatsächliche Akkulaufzeit
variiert je nach Nutzung des Geräts, den Einstellungen und Umgebungsbedingungen.
Akkus haben eine begrenzte Lebensdauer.
Fehlerbehebung
Die Boombox lässt sich nicht
einschalten
• Ist das Netzkabel in den Netzeingang auf
der Rückseite der Boombox eingesteckt?
• Ist das Stromkabel an eine Steckdose
angeschlossen?
• Ist der Akku geladen?

Mein Bluetooth-Gerät gibt Musik wieder, aber ich höre keinen Ton
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Boombox
eingeschaltet ist.
• Möglicherweise ist der Akkustand
niedrig. Schließen Sie das Netzteil an
die Boombox an, um den Akku zu laden,
während Sie Musik hören.
• Regeln Sie die Lautstärke mit
den Lautstärketasten „+“ und „-“
auf der Boombox.
• Passen Sie den Lautstärkepegel
Ihres Bluetooth-Geräts an.
• Trennen Sie an den 3,5-mm-
Klinkeneingang der Boombox
angeschlossene Geräte.
Wenn ein Audiogerät an
diesen Eingang angeschlossen ist,
ist die kabellose Bluetooth-Funktion
deaktiviert.
• Ihr Bluetooth-Gerät befindet sich
möglicherweise außerhalb
der Reichweite der Boombox.
Die Boombox kann Musik-Streams über
eine Reichweite von bis zu 10 Metern
empfangen.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die
Bluetooth-Funktion Ihres Geräts

• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Bluetooth als
Ausgang für das Gerät ausgewählt ist.

1 Charger la batterie
2 Coupler un dispositif Bluetooth
Pour diuser le son provenant d’un
dispositif Bluetooth, il vous faut tout
d’abord le coupler avec la Boombox.
Vous pouvez coupler jusqu’à huit dispositifs.
1. Activez la fonction Bluetooth
de votre dispositif et recherchez
d’autres dispositifs à l’aide de
son menu Bluetooth.
2. Mettez la Boombox sous tension.
Lors de la première mise sous tension,
la Boombox reste détectable pendant
2 min au cours desquelles elle est prête
pour le couplage.
En cas d’expiration du délai de couplage
(le témoin d’état Bluetooth clignote
lentement avant de s’éteindre),
mettez la Boombox hors tension
et ensuite sous tension afin de la rendre
à nouveau détectable.
3. Sélectionnez “Logitech Boombox”
lorsqu’il apparaît dans la liste des
dispositifs de votre dispositif Bluetooth.
Le témoin de Bluetooth est allumé en
continu une fois le couplage eectué.
Remarque: afin de coupler des dispositifs
Bluetooth supplémentaires, maintenez le bouton
Bluetooth appuyé jusqu’à ce que le témoin d’état
de Bluetooth se mette à clignoter rapidement.
Répétez les étapes 1 et 3.

3 Ecoute de musique
La Boombox ne peut diuser de
la musique qu’à partir d’un seul dispositif
couplé à la fois.
1. Appuyez sur le bouton d’alimentation de
la Boombox pour la mettre sous tension.
2. Mettez votre dispositif Bluetooth
sous tension.
3. A l’aide du menu principal de
votre dispositif, sélectionnez
la musique que vous souhaitez écouter,
puis appuyez sur le bouton de lecture.
Ce dispositif doit avoir été couplé avec
la Boombox. Le premier dispositif
couplé est automatiquement connecté
et prêt pour la lecture. Pour en savoir
plus, consultez la rubrique Coupler
un dispositif Bluetooth.
Si la Boombox n’arrive pas à se
connecter au dispositif ou si
vous souhaitez connecter un autre
dispositif couplé, procédez comme suit:
• Allez dans le menu Bluetooth de
votre dispositif. Pour en savoir
plus sur l’utilisation de ce menu,
reportez-vous à la documentation
fournie avec le dispositif.
• Sélectionnez Logitech Boombox.
La Boombox se connecte alors
à votre dispositif Bluetooth.
• Pour passer d’un dispositif couplé
à un autre, déconnectez le dispositif
actuel à l’aide de son menu Bluetooth
avant de connecter un autre dispositif
couplé à la Boombox.

Utilisation de l'entrée auxiliaire
Pour connecter un dispositif audio
(tel qu'un iPod® ou un lecteur MP3)
à l'entrée auxiliaire 3,5 mm située à
l'arrière de la Boombox (voir le schéma),
utilisez le câble auxiliaire 3,5 mm fourni.
Vérifiez également que le volume de votre
dispositif audio est réglé à au moins 80%.
Lorsque le câble auxiliaire est branché,
la fonction sans fil Bluetooth est
désactivée. Le fait de débrancher ce câble
réactive cette fonction.

Chargée au maximum, la batterie possède une autonomie d'environ 6 heures.
Un réglage du volume élevé peut diminuer la durée d'autonomie de la batterie.
La durée de vie de la batterie est susceptible de varier en fonction de l'environnement,
des paramètres et du mode d'utilisation. Les piles rechargeables ne peuvent être
rechargées qu'un nombre limité de fois.
Dépannage
La Boombox ne s'allume pas
• Vérifiez que le cordon d'alimentation
est bien branché à l'entrée secteur située
à l'arrière de la Boombox.
• Vérifiez que le cordon d'alimentation
est bien branché à une prise secteur.
• Vérifiez que la batterie est chargée.
