Gefahrloses Arbeiten mit dem Akku ist nur
möglich, wenn Sie die Bedienungsanleitung
und die Sicherheitshinweise vollständig le-
sen und die darin enthaltenen Anweisungen
strikt befolgen.
Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag!
Akkugehäuse nicht öffnen.
Akku nicht öffnen, sowie vor Stoß, Hitze und
Feuer schützen.
Explosionsgefahr!
Akku nicht dem Regen aussetzen, nicht ab-
spritzen und nicht dampfstrahlen.
Es muss unbedingt vermieden werden, dass
die Akkupole miteinander in Kontakt geraten.
Lagern Sie deshalb den Akku niemals zu-
sammen mit herumliegenden metallischen
Gegenständen welche die Isolierung von
Stecker und/oder Kabel und/oder Schutz-
abdeckeng/Gehäuse schädigen oder in Be-
rührung zu den Steckerkontakten kommen
könnten.
Wenn das Ladekabel eingesteckt ist, darf
das Akkukabel nicht mit dem Schweißgerät
verbunden sein.
Service- und Reparaturarbeiten dürfen nur von einer
geschulten Elektrofachkraft durchgeführt werden.
Verwenden Sie nur das für den Akku ausgelegte Lade-
gerät. Andere Ladegeräte können den Akku beschä-
digen.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Akku und das Ladegerät
während des Ladevorgangs genügend Kühlung erhal-
ten.
Legen Sie den Akku und das Ladegerät während des
Ladevorgangs auf eine nicht brennbare Unterlage.
Nach Ende des Ladevorgangs trennen Sie den La-
destecker vom Akku und den Netzstecker von der
Steckdose.
Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung des Akkus und des La-
degerätes kein Benzin oder andere leicht entammba-
re Flüssigkeiten.
Wird der Akku oder das Ladegerät lange Zeit nicht
benutzt muss der Ladestecker und der Netzstecker
ausgesteckt sein.
Verschlusskappe am Akkukabel bei Nichtgebrauch
schließen.
Wenn Flüssigkeit aus der Batterie oder dem Ladege-
rät austritt beachten Sie folgendes: Haut- und Augen-
kontakt vermeiden. Sollte Flüssigkeit in Ihre Augen
bzw. Haut geraten, waschen Sie diese mit Wasser
gründlich aus und suchen den Arzt auf.
Werden ein Leck, Rußgeruch, Erwärmung, Verfär-
bung, Verformungen oder sonstige Anomalitäten
während der Verwendung, des Auadens oder der La-
gerung festgestellt, entfernen Sie die Batterie unver-
züglich vom Gerät oder dem Ladegerät und beenden
Sie die Anwendung.
In folgenden Fällen darf der Akku oder
das Ladegerät unter keinen Umständen
mehr verwendet werden.
–Der Akku oder das Ladegerät sind in eine Flüssig-
keit eingetaucht.
–Wasser oder eine andere Flüssigkeit sind in das
Gehäuse eingedrungen.
–DerAkku oder das Ladegerät sind heruntergefallen.
–Der Akku oder das Ladegerät haben einen starken
Schlag erhalten.
–Das Gehäuse ist beschädigt.
–Abnormale Geräusche sind hörbar.
–Rauch entweicht.
Fragen Sie Ihren Händler nach einem Ersatzakku.

4 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Der MobilePower Akkupack darf nur mit
dem dafür vorgesehenem Schweißgerät
MicorStick Accu-ready betrieben werden!
Der MobilePower Akkupack darf nur mit
dem dafür vorgesehenen „MobilePower
Ladegerät“ geladen werden!
5 Umgebungsbedingungen
Temperaturbereich:
Lager Temperatur: -20°C ... +40°C (-4 °F ... 104 °F)
Betriebs Temperatur: -10°C ... +40°C (+14 °F ... 104 °F)
Betrieb, Lagerung und Transport darf nur
innerhalb der angegebenen Bereiche statt-
nden! Die Verwendung außerhalb dieser
Bereiche gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.
Für hieraus entstandene Schäden haftet der
Hersteller nicht.
6 Transport und Aufstellung
Verletzungsgefahr durch Herabstürzen
und Umstürzen des Geräts.
Tragen Sie das Gerät am Tragegurt und hal-
ten Sie es dabei waagerecht.
Heben Sie das Gerät nicht mittels eines Ga-
belstaplers oder ähnlichem am Gehäuse oder
Tragegurt an.
Stellen Sie das Gerät nur auf festen, ebenen
und trockenen Untergrund. Der maximal zu-
lässige Neigungswinkel für die Aufstellung
beträgt 10°.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kühlluftöffnun-
gen immer frei sind!
Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht direkt an die
Wand.
Verdecken Sie keine Kühlluftöffnungen!
Das Gerät könnte überhitzen und beschädigt werden!

7 Betrieb und Anzeige
7.1 Akku laden
Akku nur in trockenen Räumen laden.
Temperaturbereich: 0°C bis 40°C
Nur vorgeschriebenes Ladegerät verwen-
den.
Achtung ! Der Akku muss vor der Erstanwen-
dung vollständig geladen werden, um die La-
destandanzeige kalibrieren zu können.
Während des Schweißbetriebes erhitzt sich
der Akku. Interne Schutzschaltungen und
Lüfter sorgen dafür, dass der Akku hinrei-
chend abgekühlt ist, bevor eine erneute Auf-
ladung erfolgen kann.
ÂTrennen Sie den Akku vom Schweißgerät.
ÂVerbinden Sie das Mobile Power Ladegerät (7) mit
dem Akku, siehe auch Bedienungshandbuch Mobile
Power Ladegerät.
9Der Ladevorgang wird innerhalb einiger Sekunden ge-
startet. Der Ladevorgang wird durch ein Lauicht der
Ladestandsanzeige (3) signalisiert.
9Nach Beendigung des Ladevorgangs leuchten alle
5 LEDs der Ladestandsanzeige (3) grün (maximale
Ladung).
ÂDanach Akku vom Ladegerät trennen.
Beim Laden des Akkus sind die Anweisun-
gen im Bedienungshandbuch Mobile Power
Ladegerät zu befolgen.
Nach Beendung einer Ladung, lassen Sie
den Akku ungefähr 15 Minuten ruhen bevor
die nächste Akkuentladung unternommen
wird.
Bei langer Lagerung sollte der Akku nur zu
60% geladen werden (Anzeige: 3 grüne LED‘s)

7.2 Schweißbetrieb
ÂTrennen Sie das Ladegerät vom Akku.
ÂSchließen Sie das Akkukabel am Schweißgerät an.
ÂSchalten Sie den MobilePower Akku mit der Taste
Ein/Aus (4) ein. Die Taste muss beim Ein/Aus Schal-
ten aus Sicherheitsgründen 3 Sekunden gedrückt
werden, bis alle LED‘s der Ladestandanzeige leuch-
ten. Danach Taste loslassen.
Achten Sie auf folgendes:
Schließen Sie zuerst den Akkukabel mit der
Gerätekupplung am Schweißgerät an und
schalten Sie anschließend den MobilePower
Akkupack ein.
Schalten Sie zuerst den MobilePower Akku-
pack aus, bevor Sie die Gerätekupplung des
Akkukabels abziehen.
Trennen Sie niemals das Akkukabel während
dem Betrieb vom Schweißgerät.
Betriebszustände

Linke LED leuchtet gelb =
Restkapazität reicht noch für 1 - 2 Elektroden
Linke LED blinkt gelb = Der Akku muss geladen werden
7.3 Schweißbetrieb mit
Fernbedienung
Der Taster der Fernbedienung (6) hat die gleiche
Funktion wie Taste Ein/Aus (4) am Bedienfeld.
ÂEinschalten: Taste 3 Sekunden gedrückt halten. Die
grüne LED leuchtet und zeigt die Betriebsbereitschaft
an.
ÂAusschalten: Taste 3 Sekunden gedrückt halten. Die
LED erlischt. Akku ist ausgeschaltet.

10 Wartung und Pege
Beachten Sie bei allen Pege- und War-
tungsarbeiten die geltenden Sicherheits-
vorschriften.
Der Akku unterliegt auch bei bestimmungsgemäßem Ge-
brauch einem normalen Verschleiß und muss je nach Art
und Dauer der Nutzung rechtzeitig ersetzt werden.
Das Gerät ist wartungsarm. Es gibt nur wenige Punkte,
die sie regelmäßig prüfen sollten, um das Gerät über
Jahre hinweg einsatzbereit zu halten.
10.1 Regelmäßige Überprüfungen
Überprüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme des Akkus
folgende Punkte auf Beschädigung:
–Akkukabel mit Gerätestecker
–Gehäuse
–Tastaturfolie und Bedienfeld
Bei normaler Benutzung reicht es, das Gehäuse des
Akkus bei Bedarf mit einem trockenen, nicht fusseln-
den Lappen zu reinigen.
Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag!
Öffnen Sie nie das Akkugehäuse um
selbst Arbeiten oder Änderungen daran
vorzunehmen.
11 Entsorgung
Nur für EU-Länder.
Eine Batterie ist Sondermüll. Die Entsorgung
der Batterie darf nur über ein zugelassenes
Rücknahmesystem erfolgen. Die Batterie
darf auf keinen Fall über den Restmüll ent-
sorgt werden.

If the danger warnings are disregarded, this
can cause slight or severe injuries or even
death.
Danger of property damage!
Disregarding danger warnings can cause
damage to workpieces, tools, and equip-
ment.
General note!
Indicates useful information about the prod-
uct and equipment.

3 Safety precautions
Hazard-free working with the battery is only
possible if you read the operating and safety
instructions completely and strictly observe
them.
Danger of death by electrocution!
Do not open up the battery casing.
Do not open up the battery and protect from
impacts, heat and re.
Danger of explosion!
Do not expose the battery to rain; do not
clean with sprays or steam jets.
It is very important that the battery terminals
do not come into contact with each other.
For this reason, the battery should never
be stored together with loose metal objects
which could damage the insulation on the
plug and/or cable and/or the protective cov-
er/casing, or which could come into contact
with the plug contacts.
The battery cable must not be connected to
the welder if the charger cable is connected.
Service and repair work may only be carried out by a
trained electrician.
Use only the charger designed for use with the battery.
Other chargers could damage the battery.
Make sure that the battery and the charger have ad-
equate cooling during the charging process.
Place the battery and the charger on a non-ammable
surface during the charging process.
At the end of the charging process, isolate the charger
plug from the battery and unplug the mains plug from
the socket.
Do not use petrol or other highly ammable uids for
cleaning the battery and the charger.
If the battery or the charger are not to be used for an
extended period, the charging plug and the mains plug
must be disconnected.
Close the covering cap on the battery cable when not
being used.
If uid comes out of the battery or the charger, please
note the following: Avoid contact with skin and the
eyes. If uid does enter your eyes or gets on your skin,
wash thoroughly with water and consult a doctor.
If you detect any leaks, smells of soot, heating, discol-
ouration, deformation or other anomalies when oper-
ating, charging or storing the equipment, remove the
battery immediately from the unit or the charger and
stop using it.
The battery or charger must never be
used in the following cases.
–The battery or the charger have been immersed in
a uid.
–Water or another uid has penetrated the casing.
–The battery or the charger have been dropped.
–The battery or the charger have suffered a severe
impact.
–The casing is damaged.
–Abnormal noises can be heard.
–Smoke comes out.
Ask your dealer for a replacement battery.

4 General regulation of use
The MobilePower battery pack must only
be operated with the MicorStick battery-
ready welder designed for the purpose!
The MobilePower battery pack must
only be operated with the "MobilePower
charger" designed for the purpose!
5 Ambient conditions
Temperature range:
Storage temperature: -20°C ... +40°C (-4 °F ... 104 °F)
Operating temperature: -10°C ... +40°C (+14 °F ...
104 °F)
Operation, storage and transport may only
be carried out within the ranges indicated!
Use outside of this range is considered to be
not as intended. The manufacturer is not li-
able for damages cause by misuse.
6 Setup and transport
Danger of injury due to the device falling
and tipping over.
Carry the device using the transportation belt
and keep it in a horizontal position.
Do not use a fork-lift truck or similar device to
lift the machine by its housing or transporta-
tion belt.
The machine must be set up only on rm,
level and dry surfaces. The maximum admis-
sible angle of inclination for setting up is 10°.
Therefore, always ensure that the cooling air
openings are always uncovered.
Do not set up the device directly by a wall.
Do not cover any cooling air openings.
The unit could overheat and suffer damage!

7 Operation and display
7.1 Charging the battery
Charge the battery only in dry rooms.
Temperature range: 0°C to 40°C
Use only the intended charger.
Caution! The battery must be fully charged
before using for the rst time, in order to cali-
brate the charge status indicator.
The battery will heat up during the welding
process. Internal safety circuits and ventila-
tors ensure that the battery is adequately
cooled down before it can be recharged.
ÂIsolate the battery from the welder.
ÂConnect the Mobile Power charger (7) to the battery,
see also the Mobile Power charger operating hand-
book.
9The charging process starts within a few seconds. The
charging process is signalled by a running light on the
charging status indicator (3).
9At the end of the charging process, all 5 LEDs light up
on the charging status indicator (3) green (maximum
charge).
ÂThen disconnect the battery from the charger.
When charging the battery, you should ob-
serve the instructions given in the Mobile
Power charger operating handbook.
After the charging process is complete, allow
the rechargeable battery to rest for around
15 minutes before initiating the next re-
chargeable battery discharge.
In the event of storage for a longer period,
the battery should only be 60% charged (in-
dicator: 3 green LEDs)

7.2 Welding operation
ÂIsolate the charger from the battery.
ÂConnect the battery cable to the welder.
ÂSwitch the MobilePower battery on using the On/Off
button (4). The button needs to be pushed for 3 sec-
onds when switching on/off, for safety reasons, until all
LEDs on the charge indicator come on. Then release
the button.
Observe the following:
First, connect the battery cable to the ma-
chine coupling on the welder and then switch
the MobilePower battery pack on.
Always switch the MobilePower battery pack
off before disconnecting the machine cou-
pling of the battery cable.
Never disconnect the battery cable when op-
erating the welding machine.
Operating conditions
all LEDs light up green = maximum charge
Left LED lights up yellow = residual capacity will last for
another 1 - 2 electrodes
Left LED ashing yellow = the battery needs charging
7.3 Welding with remote control
The button on the remote control (6) has the same
function as the on/off button (4) on the control panel.
ÂSwitching on: Hold the button down for 3 seconds. The
green LED comes on to indicate readiness for opera-
tion.
ÂSwitching off: Hold the button down for 3 seconds. The
LED goes out. The battery is switched off.

10 Maintenance and repair
Please heed the current safety regula-
tions during all care and maintenance
work.
The battery will suffer normal wear, even when used as
intended, and will need to be replaced in good time, de-
pending on the type and duration of the use.
The machine requires a minimum of care and mainte-
nance. Only a few items need to be checked regularly to
ensure trouble-free long-term operation.
10.1 Check regularly
Check the following points for damage before commis-
sioning the battery each time:
–Battery cable with equipment plug
–Housing
–Keyboard membrane and control panel
Under normal use, it is adequate to clean the battery
housing, if required, with a dry non-fraying cloth.
Danger of death by electrocution!
Never open up the battery housing your-
self, or carry out any changes to it.
11 Disposal
Only for EU countries.
Batteries are special waste. The batteries
must only be disposed of via authorised re-
turn system operators. Batteries must never
be disposed of in household waste.

Solo es posible trabajar sin riesgo con el
acumulador, si lee completamente el manual
de instrucciones y las indicaciones de segu-
ridad y respeta estrictamente las indicacio-
nes en ellos contenidas.
Peligro de muerte por descarga eléctrica.
No abra la carcasa del acumulador.
No abra el acumulador y protéjalo contra
golpes, calor y fuego.
¡Peligro de explosión!
No exponga el acumulador a la lluvia, no lo
rocíe ni lo trate con chorro de vapor.
Se debe evitar completamente que los polos
del acumulador entren en contacto entre sí.
Por tanto, nunca almacene el acumulador
junto a objetos metálicos en sus inmediacio-
nes, que puedan dañar el aislamiento de los
conectores y/o cables y/o cubierta de protec-
ción/carcasa, o que pudiesen entrar en con-
tacto con los contactos enchufables.
Si el cable de carga está enchufado, el cable
del acumulador no debe estar conectado al
equipo de soldadura.
Los trabajos de servicio y reparación solo deben ser
ejecutados por personal electricista debidamente cua-
licado.
Utilice únicamente el cargador diseñado para el acu-
mulador. Otros cargadores pueden dañar el acumu-
lador.
Preste atención a que, durante el proceso de carga,
tanto el acumulador como el cargador reciben su-
ciente refrigeración.
Durante el proceso de carga, coloque el acumulador y
el cargador sobre una base no inamable.
Tras nalizar el proceso de carga, separe la clavija
de carga del acumulador y, el enchufe de la red, de la
toma de corriente.
Para limpiar el acumulador y el cargador, no utilice
bencina ni ningún otro líquido que sea fácilmente in-
amable.
Si el acumulador o el cargador van a estar un largo
periodo sin ser utilizados, tanto la clavija de carga,
como el enchufe de red, deben ser desconectados.
En caso de que no se vaya a utilizar, cierre la caperu-
za de cierre del cable del acumulador.
Si sale líquido de la batería o del cargador, tenga en
cuenta lo siguiente: evitar el contacto con la piel y los
ojos. En caso de que el líquido entre en contacto con
los ojos o la piel, lávelos a fondo con agua y acuda a
un médico.
Si, durante el uso, la carga o el almacenamiento, se
detectan fugas, olor a hollín, calentamiento, pérdida
de color, deformaciones u otra anomalía, extraiga in-
mediatamente la batería del aparato o del cargador y
nalice la aplicación.
En los casos descritos a continuación, el
acumulador o el cargador no deben se-
guir usándose bajo ningún concepto.
–El acumulador o el cargador han sido sumergidos
en líquido.
–Agua u otro líquido han penetrado en la carcasa.
–El acumulador o el cargador se han caído.
–El acumulador o el cargador han sufrido un fuerte
impacto.
–La carcasa está dañada.
–Se escucha un ruido anormal.
–Sale humo.
Pregunte a su distribuidor por un acumulador de sus-
titución.

4 Uso previsto
El pack acumulador MobilePower solo
puede ser utilizado con el equipo de
soldadura previsto para ello, el MicorStick
Accu-ready.
El pack acumulador MobilePower solo
puede cargarse con el cargador previsto
para ello, el «cargador MobilePower».
5 Condiciones ambientales
Gama de temperatura:
Temperatura del almacén: -20°C ... +40°C (-4 °F ... 104 °F)
Temperatura de servicio: -10°C ... +40°C (+14 °F ... 104 °F)
¡El funcionamiento, almacenamiento y trans-
porte solo deben tener lugar dentro de las
gamas de temperatura indicadas! La utiliza-
ción fuera de estas gamas será considerada
como no adecuada al uso previsto. El fabri-
cante no responderá por los daños que se
deriven de ello.
6 Transporte e instalación
Peligro de lesiones por caída o vuelco del
equipo.
Transporte el equipo enganchándolo al cin-
turón de transporte y manténgalo siempre en
posición horizontal.
Eleve el aparato por la carcasa o cinturón de
transporte con ayuda de una carretilla de hor-
quilla elevadora o similar.
Sólo debe colocar el equipo sobre una base
sólida, llana y seca. El ángulo de inclinación
máximo permitido de colocación asciende a
10°.
Por tanto, procurar que las rejillas de aire
refrigerante estén siempre libres.
No coloque el equipo directamente en la
pared.
No cubra las rejillas de aire refrigerante.
El equipo podría sobrecalentarse y resultar dañado.
Las rejillas de aire refrigerante se encuentran en la
–parte delantera de la carcasa
–parte trasera de la carcasa
7 Funcionamiento e indicación
7.1 Cargar el acumulador
Cargar el acumulador únicamente en es-
pacios secos.
Gama de temperatura: de 0 °C a 40 °C
Utilizar solamente el cargador descrito.
¡Atención! Para poder calibrar el indicador
de nivel de carga, el acumulador debe car-
garse completamente antes del primer uso.
El acumulador se calienta durante el proce-
so de soldadura. Los sistemas de protección
y los ventiladores internos se encargan de
que el acumulador tenga una refrigeración
suciente, antes de poder realizar una nueva
carga.
ÂSepare el acumulador del equipo de soldadura.
ÂEnchufe el cargador Mobile Power (7) con el acumu-
lador, véase también el manual de instrucciones del
cargador Mobile Power.
9El proceso de carga comienza transcurridos unos se-
gundos. El proceso de carga se indica mediante la luz
de marcha del indicador del nivel de carga (3).
9Tras nalizar el proceso de carga, los 5 LEDs del in-
dicador del nivel de carga (3) se iluminan en verde
(carga máxima).
ÂA continuación, retirar el acumulador del cargador.
Durante la carga del acumulador, hay que
seguir las instrucciones recogidas en el ma-
nual de instrucciones del cargador Mobile
Power.
Tras nalizar una carga, deje reposar el acu-
mulador durante unos 15 minutos, antes de
realizar la siguiente carga de acumulador.
En caso de un almacenamiento más prolon-
gado, el acumulador solo debería cargarse
hasta un 60 % de su capacidad (indicador:
3 LEDs verdes)
