It has been our experience that any cars with a body l-ean
defecto always lean to the RH sideo.A,fter a car has been
re-bodled and nebuLlt the standing height should be measured
at the wheel archeso Any RHD cars exhibiting a l"ean of greater
than 1in" (9,5& cm" ) to the RH side, should have two washers
ineerted between the body and chassis at the fnont RH
mounting point (Fig"1) and four washers inserted at the rear
RH mounting point (Fig.t)" The three boLts securing the body
to chassj-s angle bracket on the RH side of the tunnel behind
the drivers seat should have their holes in the body slotted
to line up wlth the hoLes in thq angle bracket after the
packing washers have been inserted at the rear mounting.
On LHD cars l.eaning to the right it is onl-y necessary to insert
two washers at the RH front mounting point (Fig"1)o
