USAGE1.Rotate and tighten the flexible arm with the spiral mouth of the LED ring light.2.Bend the arm support towards the front of the ring light.

3.Loosen the nut on the back of the phone holder, press the swivel arm support arm firmly into the slot of the phone holder and tighten the nut.Then, place the phone in the phone holder to use.

4.Adjust the ball head knob to a suitable position.5.Take out the sturdy base,then turn and tighten the spiral. 6.Place it on the desk and connect the cable to control the light.
