Introduction
Thank you for purchasing a Lusso Filtrata Pure Cold & Boiling Water Tap.
This product has been designed and manufactured with easily installaon in mind.
The product conforms to CE regulaons.
These installaon & operang instrucons are to assist with easily installaon and
operaon of the product. Please read them thoroughly.
Please make sure the water pressure, ow and electrical supply are suitable for
this product.
Your Lusso Filtrata Pure Cold & Boiling water tap consists of three packages.
1. Lusso Filtrata 4 in 1 tap (Part Ref: FIL400)
2. Lusso Filtrata Filter Kit (Part Ref: FIL401-CAR)
3. Lusso Filtrata Boiler (Part Ref: FIL402-2.4L)
This product must be installed by a qualied electrician and plumber.
Failure to follow this will void your warranty.

Safety
Boiling water is potenally dangerous. It is the responsibility of the owner to
take sensible precauons when operang this product.
This product is not for use by persons with reduced physical, mental or
sensory capabilies, unless supervised by a person responsible for their safety.
Do not wash your hair, children or pets in any sink within reach of your boiling
water tap.
This product is for domesc purposes only. Do not install the boiler in an area
without adequate venlaon.
Do not aempt to open or repair the Boiling Water Tank as this will invalidate
your warranty.
The boiler must be installed vercally with the inlet & outlet connecons at
the top of the boiler.
Never touch the boiler or plug with wet hands.
The lter supplied has to be replaced every 6-12 months.
Failure to do so will void your warranty.

Components & Tools Required
Please check that you have received all parts listed below prior to installaon.
Remove all packaging and check for damage before installaon.
We will not accept damage reported aer installaon.
Fing isolaon valves (not supplied) to the inlet feed is required as close as
possible to the inlet connecon for ease of maintenance.
Before installing the product, the water supply must be ushed out to avoid
blocking the lters.
Please ensure that you have a minimum of 0.2 Bar and maximum of 3.0 Bar
working pressures.
Ensure an electric socket is installed near the place of installaon.

Installaon
1 The tap requires a standard 35mm
diameter hole.
Important: Make sure there is
enough clearance between the tap
levers and the splashback/wall when
the handles are in operaon.
2 Feed the exible hoses and threads
through the Base plate 4 and Base
seal 5 then through the 35mm hole.
3 Posion the tap into place.
4 Working inside the cabinet, slide
the tap stabilising ring 10 , tap locking
seal 7 and tap xing plate 8 over
the hoses and the 2 brass threads
coming from the tap. Screw the two
locking nuts 6 on to the threads.
Now check that the tap is in the
correct posion and ghten the two
nuts using an adjustable spanner or
tap spanner.
5 Posion the Boiler 2in a suitable
locaon.
6 Fix the lter bracket 3in a suitable
locaon. Ensure that the pipes from
the tap and boiler can reach.

7 Connect the Hot water exible pipe
to the hot water mains isolaon
valve.
8 Connect the G ½ Inch T-Piece 15 to
the Cold water isolaon valve. Now
connect the cold water exible pipe
to this T-piece as per the diagram.
9 Screw the white G ½ Inch (Female)
& PE tube adapter onto the Brass
T-Piece. Now cut a suitable length
of the white PE tube 18 and connect
it to this adapter and connect the
other end into the lter 3as per the
diagram.

10 Push both ¼ Inch quick connectors
16 onto the brass threads coming
from the tap.
Now connect the two blue PE
pipes 11 onto the connectors 16 .
11 Now connect the blue PE pipes 11
to either end of the ¼ Inch T Quick
Connector 13 .

12 Cut a suitable length of white PE
tube 18 and connect one end to the
lter 3 and the other end into the ¼
Inch T Quick Connector 13 .
13 Connect the exible (Green label)
pipe coming from tap to the inlet on
top of the boiler.
Slide the pipe clip 12 over the clear
tube coming from the tap and
connect the tube to the outlet on
top of the boiler. The slide the clip
over it to keep it in place.
The installaon is now complete.
Now you need to prime the installaon
by following the below.
1. Open the isolaon valves to allow
the water to ow to the tap and
boiler.
2. Turn the boiling water lever unl the
water starts owing out.
3. Check all connecons for leaks.
4. Once you are sased there are no
leaks, you can turn on the power to
the boiler.
Installaon is now complete.
Changing the Filter
1. Isolate the water supply
2. Turn the power o to the boiler
3. Place a bowl under the lter and
turn it clockwise to release it.
4. Dispose of the lter and replace it
with the new one.
5. Turn on the water supply and power.

Operang the Lusso Filtrata Tap
Please see the marking on the levers.
Normal Hot & Cold-Water Funcon
Push the right-hand lever to the right then pull it towards you for hot water and
push it backwards for cold water.
Cold ltered water
Pull the right-hand lever towards you.
Boiling water
On the le-hand side lever, press the safety buon in and turn the lever backwards.
Keep it in that posion unl you have got the desired amount of boiling water.

Care & Maintenance
The Lusso Filtrata tap is a high-quality product and should be treated with care.
All surfaces will wear if not cleaned correctly.
Please use a non-abrasive cleaner. Any abrasive cleaner such as Cif will scratch the
surface. Please use a so cloth with warm water and washing up liquid.
To set the water temperature
Touch the temperature key C several mes to scroll through the available
temperatures. When the set temperature indicator Gshows the temperature you
want, touch the conrm key A once to conrm this seng. If the conrm key A
is not touched within ve seconds the temperature seng will revert back to its
previous level.
Please note
At all mes, the actual temperature indicator Dshows the actual temperature of
the water in the boiler.
When the water is heang the heang indicator F will illuminate and the heang
display H will animate.
When the water in the boiler unit is at the set temperature the hot indicator Ewill
illuminate and the heang display H will illuminate constantly.
If the set temperature indicator ashes 99 this means the boiler is energised but
there is insucient water in the boiler. Touch the on/o key (8) to switch the boiler
o, then prime the boiler as stated in the installaon procedure.
The lter must be changed every 6-12 months.

Troubleshoong
Below is a list of the possible malfuncons. If the problem cannot be solved,
please contact a member of the Lusso team who will be happy to assist.
Symptom Cause Remedy
No ow from
the Boiling
Water Funcon.
Boiling Water Tank is empty at rst
switch-on.
Follow the Preparaon for Use
secon.
Boiling Water Tank isn’t holding
water.
Check connecons for any leaks.
Contact Customer Services.
Boiling Water Touch
Control ashing red.
Boiling Water has been running for a
long period.
This is a safety feature to prevent
the tank from over-heang. Power
o and rest for 2 minutes before
switching back on. If problem
persists, please contact Customer
Services.
Frequent switching between cold
and boiling water over an extended
period.
Water/Steam
is sping from
the spout.
Unit is boiling.
Press the Boiling Water Touch
Control handle and release the
water.
Adjust the water temperature to a
lower seng - See Operaon.
Check the aerator isn’t blocked.
Follow the Preparaon for Use
secon to remove any airlocks.
Water is not hot.
The Boiling Water Tank is unplugged.
Make sure the appliance is plugged
in and the display is lit.
Make sure the circuit breaker and
fuse are working correctly.
The Boiling Water Tank is not
switched on.
Ensure the Boiling Water Tank is
plugged in and that the Start-Up
steps (page 11) have been followed.
Wait unl the Temperature Seng
Bar stays lit before use.
Water hasn’t nished heang up.
No heang opon has been
selected/Boiling Water Tank is
locked.
Ensure that all four lights are not lit
on the Boiling Water Tank. If they
are, follow the Start-Up steps to
unlock the tank.

Water is too hot. The water temperature is set too
high.
Set the water temperature to a
lower seng - See Operaon.
Water is dripping
from the spout.
The Expansion Chamber isn’t
draining correctly.
Draw o 500ml of water to clear
and prime the system. Avoid
drawing o less than 150ml per use.
Blocked spout. See Maintenance Secon to Clean
Aerator.
Slow ow from
the spout. Water Filter needs changing.
Refer to the Maintenance Steps to
change the water lter. This must
be changed every 6 months or it will
invalidate the guarantee.
Water doesn’t ow
straight away.
As a safety feature, water is drawn
into the tank aer each use to
prevent accidental scalding. There
will be a slight delay unl the instant
hot water appears.
Aer a large volume of water has
been drawn o, there may be
a slightly longer delay in water
appearing from the instant Hot
Water spout.
No water owing
Closed/Parally closed isolaon
valves.
Make sure isolaon valves are full
open.
Flexible tails kinked/blocked. Ensure pipes are not twisted or
kinked to restrict ow.
Boiling Water Tank may be blocked. Contact Customer Services.
