Regular mode
Regular mode is the default mode that is active when you first turn on the device. It
displays the CO₂ level, temperature, humidity, and battery level on the screen in
real-time without any alarms.
Alarm mode
The alarm mode is activated and deactivated by holding a button for 3 seconds. When
this mode is activated, a RED LED light will be visible for 5 seconds and a small alarm
icon will show up.
When your CO₂ level exceeds 1000 ppm, the device will start buzzing every 1 minute
and the LED will blink red for 3 seconds every 1 minute.

When your CO₂ level exceeds 1200 ppm, the device will sound the buzzing alarm
every 5 seconds and the LED will blink red constantly. It’s an indicator that the room
needs ventilation to remove any aerosols from the air as soon as possible.
You can stop the alarm by pressing the button 1x and it will be deactivated and will
auto-activate again when the CO2 level drops below 800 ppm, if not turned off.
Reading the Measurements on the Screen
1. CO₂ concentration level in ppm (parts per million)
2. CO₂ threshold level indication with the arrow pointing to a certain color of the
scale:
• Green represents normal level (below 1000 ppm)
• Yellow represents average level (1000 to 1200 ppm)
• Orange represents a high level (1200 to 1400 ppm)
• Red represents an extremely high level (above 1400 ppm)
3. Relative humidity of the air (RH%)
4. Battery level
5. The temperature of the air in Celsius or Fahrenheit (refer to “Button Functionality”

of this manual for instructions on switching between F/C)
6. Alarm icon (visible only when the Alarm mode is active)
CO 2 Measurement Performance
The CO2 measurement is based on the dual wavelength NDIR principle,
which compensates for aging effects, is highly insensitive to pollution and
offers outstanding long-term stability. A multiple point CO2 and temperature
factory adjustment procedure leads to excellent CO2 measurement
accuracy over the entire temperature working range.
