Grattis till din nya handdukstork från LVI
Handdukstork med anslutningskabel och stickpropp för-
sedd med strömbrytare för till - och frånkoppling.
Strömbrytaren har en röd lampa som lyser när hand-
dukstorken är påslagen. Anpassningsbar för fast/ dold
elanslutning. Levereras med väggfästen och skruvar.
Märkspänning 230 V.
Kapslingsklass IP 44.
Installation
Placering
Apparaten måste installeras utanför det område som
markerats med 1, se bild 1 och 2, i enlighet med
Elsäkerhetsverkets föreskrifter och på ett sådant sätt att
inget manöverorgan (tryckknapp, strömställare osv.) är
åtkomligt för en person som använder badkaret eller
duschen.
Montering och inkoppling
Handdukstorken monteras på vägg med bifogad skruv.
Minsta rekommenderade mått till omgivande begrän-
sande ytor framgår av bild 3.
Väggfästena är flyttbara för att kunna anpassas till even-
tuella kakelfogar o dyl. De spänns fast bakifrån med skru-
ven i centrum på väggfästet innan handdukstorken mon-
teras på väggen, se bild 4.
Handdukstorkens samtliga väggfästen kan svängas runt så
att handdukstorken blir vändbar. Handdukstorken kan då
monteras med väggfästet med strömbrytare antingen
upptill, nedtill, på vänster eller höger sida.
Handdukstork med anslutningskabel utan stickpropp
Ta bort anslutningskabelns stickpropp och anslut 2-ledar-
kabeln i lämplig anslutningsdosa enligt följande:
Brun ledare = Fas
Blå ledare = Nolla
Handdukstork med dold anslutning
Handdukstorken kan alternativt monteras med dold
elanslutning.
Montering med dold anslutning
• Ta bort kopplingshusets lock genom att lossa
skruven som håller fast locket.
• Kapa kabeln invid kabelavlastningen på insidan av
locket.
• Skala och anslut de kapade ledarna från ström-
brytaren till medföljande kopplingsplint.
• För in kabel eller motsvarande från vägg genom
genomföringen.Tillse att tätning erhålls.
• Montera handdukstorken på vägg.
• Anslut inkommande ledare till kopplingsplinten, se
bild 5, och placera den på hållaren i kopplingshuset.
Se till att ledarna ligger enligt bild 6. Montera det
medföljande locket (utan urtag) och skruva fast
det med skruven.
Användning
Handdukstorken kopplas på genom att trycka på ström-
brytaren. Strömbrytarens lampa lyser när handdukstor-
ken är påkopplad. Handdukstorken kan vara påkopplad
hela tiden utan problem.Temperaturen på handdukstor-
ken kan variera.
Skötsel
Vid behov av rengöring och avtorkning av handdukstor-
ken skall endast skonsamma rengöringsmedel användas.
Övrigt
Om monteringsanvisningen inte följs kan det medföra
överhettning och felaktig funktion.
LVI tar inte ansvar för ev. skador till följd av felaktig
användning.
Om anslutningskabeln skadas måste den ersättas med
samma typ som tillhandahålles av LVI eller LVI:s ombud.
Anslutningskabeln har LVI artikelnr 642 0105.
Den maximala yttemperaturen som kan uppnås på fri-
lagd yta är 60 ºC.
Gällande garantitid är 2 år

Congratulations on your new towel dryer
from LVI
Towel dryer with connection cable and mains plug, fitted
with an on/off switch.The switch has a red light which is
constantly on when the towel dryer is on. Adaptable for
fixed/concealed connection. Supplied with wall mountings
and screws.
Rated voltage 230 V.
Sealing class IP 44.
Installation
Positioning
The unit must be installed outside the area marked 1
(see Figs. 1 and 2) in accordance with the latest electrical
safety regulations, and in such a way that no control
system (e.g. button, switch etc.) can be reached by a
person using the bath or shower.
Wall-mounting and connection
The towel dryer should be mounted on a wall using the
screws included. Minimum recommended dimensions
for surrounding limit areas are shown in Fig. 3.
The wall brackets can be moved to allow for tile grouting
etc. They should be tightened from behind with the
screw in the centre of the wall bracket before the towel
dryer is mounted on the wall, see Fig. 4.
All the wall brackets on the towel dryer can be rotated,
making the dryer reversible.This enables the towel dryer
to be mounted with the switch bracket at the top or
bottom, to the left or right.
Towel dryer with connection cable but no mains plug
Remove the plug from the connection cable, and attach
the 2-wire cable using a suitable junction box as follows:
Brown wire = Live
Blue wire = Neutral
Towel dryer with concealed connection
It is also possible to install the towel dryer with a
concealed connection.
Installation with concealed connection
• Remove the connection zone cover by loosening the
attachment screw.
• Cut the cable by the detensioner inside the cover.
• Strip the switch wires and connect them to the terminal
block included.
• Run the wall cable or equivalent through the opening.
Ensure the connection is properly sealed.
• Mount the towel dryer on the wall.
• Connect incoming wires to the terminal block (see Fig.5)
and place it on the holder in the connection zone.
Ensure that the wires are lying as shown in Fig. 6.
Attach the cover included (without connection point)
and fasten using the screw.
Using the towel dryer
The towel dryer is switched on and off using the switch.
The red light comes on when the towel dryer is on.The
towel dryer can be left on constantly. The temperature
of the unit may vary.
Product care
If the towel dryer needs to be wiped or cleaned, use
only mild detergents.
Other information
Failure to follow these installation instructions could
result in overheating and faulty function.
LVI cannot be held liable for any damage arising from
improper installation or use.
If the connection cable is damaged it must be replaced
by one of the same type as supplied by LVI or an agent
of LVI.
The connection cable has LVI product code 642 0105.
The maximum temperature on any exposed surface of
the towel dryer is 60ºC.
