Steam generator
Before first use read the manual carefully and follow the
instructions contained therein. The manufacturer is not liable
for damage caused by equipment used inappropriately or by
incorrect handling.
1. General safety instructions
1.1 Electrical safety
a) Make sure that the nominal voltage of the device and
power source are compatible.
b) The electrical supply system must be fitted with a
residual-current circuit breaker with rated tripping current
not higher than 30mA. Performance of the circuit breaker
should be checked periodically.
c) Periodically check the condition of the power cord.
Replace the power cord if damaged. Replacing the power
cord can only be performed by the manufacturer or by
qualified personnel.
Do not use the device if the power cord is damaged!
d) In the event of damage to the device, to avoid any health
and safety risks, repairs should be carried out only by
qualified personnel.
e) Do not pull the power cord.
Keep the power cord away from heat sources and sharp
edges to ensure its good condition.
1.2. Operation safety
a) The device is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities,
or by inexperienced users, unless under supervision or
with instructions given by an accountable party.
b) Protect against moisture (also while stored)
c) Do not use the device near flammable materials
d) Never carry out any maintenance or repairs during
operation
e) For indoor use only. The device is not suitable for outdoor
use.
2. Product description
The device is designed to generate steam.
It may be used for frame disinfecting, wax melting, etc.

2.1. Preparation for use
1- Attach the hose (1) to the water tank (4) by gripping
the end of the hose and screwing it firmly onto the
tank’s steam outlet nozzle.
2- before filling the tank with water, make sure that the
device is unplugged and cooled, and that there is no
hot steam steam still in the hose (1)
3- place the device on a level surface and unscrew the
tank’s cap (3)
4- fill the water tank (4) to the required level - maximum
capacity 4 litres
5- replace the tank cap (3).
6- plug the device in and the device is ready to work
7- unplug the generator after its work is done

-capacity 4L.
3. Storage
Clean and dry the unit thoroughly after use.
Store the device in a dry and frost-free room.
An additional technical check should be carried out
periodically, and if any defects are found, please contact
the manufacturer.
4. Cleaning and maintenance
IMPORTANT!
If you notice a build-up of limescale on the
heater, purchase a suitable descaling agent and
apply it to the device. Limescale deposits
increase the boiling time of the water and can
cause the heating element damage. After
removing the deposits, boil the water a few
times and emty the tank completely. Remove any
residues of the descaling agent from the
generator, as it may cause corrosion of the
metal elements.
Before first use and after finishing work the equipment must be
thoroughly cleaned and dried.
Wash the device with hot water with the addition of detergents
(approved for use in the food industry).
While cleaning ensure the safety of all electrical components
Rinse thoroughly and dry before storing.
Store the device in a dry and frost-free room.
No parts of the device require any additional chemical
conservation.
5. Waste disposal and environmental protection
The used product must be disposed in accordance with the
local regulations. Return the device to a collection point from
where it can be submitted for environmentally compatible
recycling.
The consumer has the right to return used equipment directly
to the manufacturer's distribution network, free of charge, while
replacing it with a new unit as long as the used device is of the
same kind and same application as the newly purchased
device.
6. Warranty
The product purchased from the Lyson Company is covered by
a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period is 24 months
from the date of purchase.
All purchased products come with receipts or VAT invoices.
