Connection and installation of each component of the filling wire
machine
1、Wire guide wire filling machine for pipe installation:
1)、The guide tube is inserted into the front end of round wire
feeding mechanism.
2)、Radial bolt tightening front hole, a fixed guide tube
2、The connecting wire filling gun and a wire feeding machine:
The six hexagon nuts imported wire filling gun end of the wire
feeding machine anda wire guide tube is screwed up.
3、Wire filling gun is connected with the fixed bracket.
The wire fill a gun on the front fixed nut is loose, the filler
wire wire filling gun gunthrough the fixing holes of the
fixing bracket, and then re take the front fixing nut is
arranged backfill wire gun and tighten.

4、The connecting wire filling gun and the welding gun.

Wire installation
1, wire feeding machine is connected with the working power
supply.
