Safety rules:
Warning: procedures and unsafe operation will lead to personal
injury or death!
All the equipment of the user, the user and
auxiliary personnel, must read and understand the safety rules.
To prevent electric shock:
Touch the live parts will result in serious injury and fatal blow.
1, Do not touch the live parts.
2, don't damp environment work;
3, put on dry insulating gloves and protective clothing for work.
- 5 -
4, in the installation and maintenance of the equipment before cut
off all power supply.
5, turn off the power when not in use.
6, according to the user's manual welding power
supply grounding installationguide;
7, do not use the old cable joints and too small and poor contact;
8, don't put the cable wound on the body;
9, do not contact at the same time the torch electrode and the
grounded objects and loop.
10, the use of good maintenance of equipment, timely repair and
replacement ofequipment is bad.
Provide protection against smoke and gas harm:
Inhalation of smoke and harmful gases will harm the human
body health.
1, make the head away from the smoke
2, the use of proper ventilation to smoke and harmful gas go
out from work andthe breathing zone.
3, if the ventilation system of supplementary fit, use of
respiratory protection device.
- 6 -
4,through reading all the material safety data sheet or the
manufacturer's instructions.
Good protection of compressed gas cylinders:
Will usually use compressed gas cylinders when welding, be
careful with.
1, avoid the compressed gas cylinders from
overheating, mechanical shock and arc damage.
2, compressed gas cylinders tied on a bracket, a wall
or platform. The installation is firm.
3, compressed gas cylinders should be far away from the welding
or otherelectric circuit.
4, do not make the welding electrode contact compressed
gas cylinders.
Prevent arc damage eyes and skin, prevent
noise damagehearing
The welding arc to produce a strong radiation of heat and
ultraviolet radiationburns to the eyes and skin. The working process
of the noise can damagehearing.
1, with appropriate filter is arranged on the helmet;
- 7 -
2, the protective screen or baffle to protect other personnel;
3, wear protective clothing and protective shoes.
to prevent fire and burn
Heat the workpieces, thermal equipment, splash and spark
may cause fire and burns.
1, in the work area wear appropriate eye protection products, face
and body.
2, before the operation to make the workpiece and the equipment
fully cooling.
3, not in the welding of flammable materials near
4, vigilant catch fire, the fire extinguishers placed next to.
Special protection case
1, containers and materials not cutting fitted or contact
with dangerous goods;unless it has
been properly cleaned and checked.
2, don't Hange painted and workpiece electroplating, unless there
is a clearpoisonous smoke and gas efficient equipment.
- 8 -
3, due to the welding affect pacemaker, all cardiac
pacemaker users should befar away from the welding work
area, consult a doctor should be close to the front.
Provide adequate maintenance for equipment
Equipment maintenance and inappropriate may make the effect
becomes worse,even the most serious consequence is caused
by fire and electric shock,resulting in personal injury and death.
1, by qualified personnel to install, fault detection and
maintenance. Avoidunlicensed live working.
2, part of the power supply must be pre cut off power
supply maintenance
3, in accordance with the rules for safe operation and
maintenance of cable, wire connecting line, power supply line and
the power supply socket. Do not operatein doubt state.
4, don't mess with any equipment and accessories, make the
equipment fromoverheating, moist, greasy, corrosive gases and
weather environment.
5, correctly placed all safety facilities and tools.
6, special plane, shall not change the purpose of use.
- 9 -
*** Important statement
The specification of the right of final explanation and
modification, the company will not regularly on this instruction
manual modified without prior notice.
