3. GENERAL RECOMENDATIONS
Infrared halogen heaters emit waves that pass through the air without heating
it. They only heat the objects on which they affect, so they do not dry out the
environment and are very efficient, since they manage to save up to 40% of
energy compared to other heating systems.
For efficient operation, keep the following recommendations in mind:
1. Use this heater indoors or outdoors. Avoid exposing the equipment
to sources of water and dirt.
2. Prevent dirt from accumulating on the reflective screen. A clean
screen ensures that all the energy emitted by the lamp is properly
focused and produces efficient heating.
3. Before turning on the heater, make sure the lamp is clean. Espe-
cially in marine environments, after a period of inactivity, saltpeter
can accumulate in the lamp. This can instantly damage the lamp
when you turn it on. If you notice any type of dirt embedded in the
lamp, please contact the technical service before turning on the
heater.
4. When installing the heater on the ceiling, avoid doing it parallel to
the floor, as there is an excessive concentration of heat in the reflec-
tor, which can damage the equipment.
Therefore the heater must be installed with an inclination of approxi-
mately 45º.
5. Infrared halogen heaters produce immediate heat and do not
require preheating. Turn off your heater when not in use to save even
more energy.
6. If you have any doubts that may arise, do not hesitate to contact

4. SAFETY WARNINGS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - The infrared heater is designed for safe opera-
tion. However, installation, maintenance, and operation of the heater can be
dangerous. Observing the following procedures will reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock, personal injury, and keep installation time to a minimum.
Save these instructions for future use.
No liability will be accepted for damage caused by failure to follow these
instructions or by any other misuse of this heater.
This heater is not designed to be used by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have received supervision or instructions on the use
of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children and vulne-
rable persons must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
Take out the unit from its packaging and make sure it is in good condition
before using it.
Do not allow children to play with parts of the packaging (such as plastic
bags).
Before connecting the heater, check that the voltage of the network to which
it is to be connected is correct.
Before connecting the heater, check that the power cord is not damaged.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or
technical service.
Before unplugging the heater, turn it off. When plugging in, make sure your
hands are dry to avoid electrical hazard.
Always unplug the heater when it is not going to be used.
Avoid letting the cord stick out or hang where it can be easily pulled by
children.
Avoid wetting or immersing the power cord and plug to avoid electrical
hazard.
Do not use the heater in the vicinity of bathrooms, swimming pools or humid
spaces in general. Never place the heater where it can fall into any container
or body of water.

Do not insert or allow foreign objects to be inserted into any openings
on the heater. This could result in fire, electric shock, or damage to
the heater.
Do not put your fingers or any other object into the heater grill when it
is operating.
Do not leave flammable objects (or point the heater towards them)
such as papers, pillows, curtains, etc. within 1 meter of the heater.
To avoid overheating of this heater, keep the air inlets / outlets clean
and free from obstructions. Periodically monitor their status.
Some parts of the heater can reach temperatures above 200ºC. Any
contact with the lamp, reflector or metal parts near the lamp can
cause serious burns.
Cooling: wait a minimum of 10 minutes after turning off the heater
before handling it.
Do not leave the heater unattended when it is operating.
This product contains recyclable materials. Do not put this product in a
conventional container. Please drop it off at an appropriate collection point.

6. USE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Plug the heater in the main power, and press the switch on.
The pilot lamp will flash and the heater enters stand-by mode.
2. Press “ON” button on the remote control, the buzzer will do one sound. The
pilot will light. The heater will start working in low power mode in first time use,
or pre-set power level if used before.
3. Pressing “LOW” button, heater works in 33% of the rated
power. The buzzer responds with one sound.
4. Pressing “MED” button, heater works in 66% of the rated
power. The buzzer responds with one sound.
5. Pressing “HIGH” button, heater works in 100% of the
rated power. The buzzer responds with one sound.
6. Pressing “OFF” button, heater will enters stand-by mode.
The buzzer responds with one sound.

The heater does not work. Check that the power cord is plugged in.

8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Unplug the power cord for your safety before cleaning your heater.
1. Make sure the heater is cool before continuing.
2. To keep the heater clean, the outer casing can be cleaned with a soft, damp
cloth. You can use a mild detergent if necessary. After cleaning, dry the unit
with a soft cloth. (CAUTION: DO NOT allow liquids to enter the heater)
3. DO NOT use alcohol, gasoline, abrasive powders, furniture polish, or rough
brushes to clean the heater. This can cause damage or deterioration to the
surface of the heater.
4. DO NOT immerse the heater in water
5. Wait until the heater is completely dry before using it.
Storage: Store the heater in a cool, dry place when not in use to avoid accumu-
lation of dust and dirt. Please use the packing box to store it.

8. ENVIROMENTAL PROTECTION
Thanks to environmentally friendly disposal, valuable materials can be reused.
1. Unplug the network connection cable from the socket.
2. Cut the network connection cable.
3. Dispose of the device in accordance with environmental regulations.
This appliance is marked with the symbol of compliance with
the European Directive 2012/19 /EU on used electrical and
electronic equipment (Waste electrical and electronic equip-
ment WEEE). The directive provides the general framework
valid throughout the European Union for the removal and
reuse of waste electrical and electronic equipment.

10. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Warranty period:
1. The guarantee applies to the product lines of Evaporative Coolers, Humidifiers, Dehumidifiers, Heaters,
Heating Mats supplied under the M CONFORT brand.
2. The warranty period is 2 years, counted from the date of sale.
3. M Confort will provide technical assistance at the customer's home at its convenience, or will collect the
equipment for repair at the company's facilities.
Requirements for the validity of the guarantee:
1. This guarantee applies only in the Spanish national territory.
2. The equipment must have been used in accordance with the instructions detailed in the user manual.
3. Only the M CONFORT authorized technical service can cover the guarantee.
4. It is essential that the user or the selling establishment fill in the equipment and customer data on this
warranty card.
Warranty coverage:
1. This guarantee does not affect the rights of the user in accordance with the provisions of RDL 1/2007.
2. In accordance with title V of RDL 1/2007, the user will have the right to demand from the seller, and / or the
producer, in the cases determined by law, the repair and / or replacement of the product.
3. During the time the equipment is being repaired, no amount will be paid for damages for the time the
equipment has been out of service.
4. We are not responsible for any damage that the equipment may cause to external elements.
Warranty Exclusions:
1. Failure to comply with any of the previously mentioned requirements.
2. When the use that has been given to the equipment was not exclusively domestic.
3. The warranty does not cover accessories or accessories added to the equipment.
4. Demonstrations or commissioning of equipment.
5. If the fault is caused by fire, flood, agents.

1. Utilice este calefactor en espacios interiores o exteriores protegi-
dos. Evite exponer el equipo a fuentes de agua y suciedad.
2. Evite que la suciedad se acumule en la pantalla reflectora. Una
pantalla limpia garantiza que toda la energía que emite la lámpara
se enfoca correctamente y produce un calentamiento eficiente.
3. Antes de encender el calefactor, asegúrese de que la lámpara está
limpia. Especialmente en ambientes marinos, tras un período de
inactividad, puede acumularse salitre en la lámpara. Esto puede
dañar instantáneamente la lámpara al encenderla. Si observa cual-
quier tipo de suciedad incrustada en la lámpara, por favor, contacte
con el servicio técnico antes de encender el calefactor.
4. Cuando se instale el calefactor en el techo debe evitarse hacerlo
de forma paralela al suelo, ya que se produce una concentracion de
calor excesiva en el reflector, que puede dañar el equipo.
Por tanto el calefactor debe ser instalado con una inclinacion de
aproximadamente 45º.
5. Los calefactores halógenos infrarrojos producen calor inmediato y
no necesitan precalentamiento. Apague su calefactor cuando no vaya
a ser utilizado para conseguir ahorrar aún más energía.
6. Ante cualquier tipo de duda que pueda surgirle, no dude en poner-
se en contacto con nuestro servicio técnico, estaremos encantados
de ayudarle.
Los calefactores halógenos infrarrojos emiten ondas que atraviesan el aire sin
calentarlo. Sólo calientan los objetos sobre los que inciden, por lo que no
resecan el ambiente y son muy eficientes, ya que consiguen ahorrar hasta un
40% de energía en comparación con otros sistemas de calefacción.

4. PRECAUCIONES
LEA DETENIDAMENTE: el calefactor de infrarrojos está diseñado para un
funcionamiento seguro. Sin embargo, la instalación, el mantenimiento y el
funcionamiento del calentador pueden ser peligrosos. La observación de los
siguientes procedimientos reducirá el riesgo de incendio, descarga eléctrica,
lesiones personales y mantendrá el tiempo de instalación al mínimo. Guarde
estas instrucciones para utilizarlas en el futuro.
No se aceptará ninguna responsabilidad por los daños causados por el
incumplimiento de estas instrucciones o por cualquier otro uso indebido de
este calefactor.
Este calefactor no está diseñado para ser usado por personas (incluidos
niños) con capacidades físicas, sensoriales o mentales reducidas o falta de
experiencia y conocimiento, a menos que hayan recibido supervisión o
instrucciones sobre el uso del electrodoméstico por una persona responsa-
ble de su seguridad. Los niños y las personas vulnerables deben ser supervi-
sados para asegurarse de que no jueguen con el aparato.

No utilice el calefactor en las inmediaciones de cuartos de baño, piscinas o
espacios húmedos en general. Nunca sitúe el calefactor allí donde pueda
caer sobre cualquier recipiente o masa de agua.
No inserte ni permita que sean insertados objetos extraños en ninguna de
las aberturas del calefactor. Podría producirse un incendio, una descarga
eléctrica, o un dañño en el calefactor.
No introduzca los dedos ni ningún otro objeto en la rejilla del calefactor
cuando esté en funcionamiento.
No deje objetos (ni apunte el calefactor hacia ellos) inflamables tales como
papeles, almohadas, cortinas, etc a menos de 1 metro del calefactor.
Para evitar el sobrecalentamiento de este calefactor, mantenga las entra-
das/salidas de aire limpias y libres de obstrucciones. Supervise periódica-
mente el estado de las mismas.
Algunas partes del calefactor pueden alcanzar temperaturas superiores a
200ºC. Cualquier contacto con la lámpara, reflector o parte metálicas próxi-
mas a la lámpara puede provocar quemaduras graves.
Refrigeración: espere un mínimo de 10 minutos de después de apagar el
calefactor antes de manipularlo.
No deje el calefactor sin supervisión cuando esté en funcionamiento.
Este producto contiene materiales reciclables. No deposite este producto en
un contenedor convencional. Por favor, deposítelo en un punto de recogida
apropiado.

6. INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
1. Conecte el calentador a la corriente principal y presione el interruptor.
La lámpara piloto parpadeará y el calefactor entrará en modo stand-by.
2. Presione el botón “ON” en el control remoto, el timbre emitirá un sonido. El
piloto se encenderá. El calentador comenzará a funcionar en modo de bajo
consumo la primera vez que se utilice, o el nivel de potencia preestablecido si
se utilizó antes.
3. Al presionar el botón "LOW", el calentador funciona al
33% de la potencia nominal. El timbre emitirá un sonido.
4. Al presionar el botón “MED”, el calentador funciona al
66% de la potencia nominal. El timbre emitirá un sonido.
5. Al presionar el botón "HIGH", el calentador funciona al
100% de la potencia nominal. El timbre emitirá un sonido.
6. Al presionar el botón “APAGADO”, el calentador ientrará
en modo stand-by.
El timbre emitirá un sonido.
Presione el interruptor, el calentador se apagará.

El calefactor no funciona. Compruebe que el cable de alimentación
está enchufado.

8. SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
Desenchufe el cable de alimentación por su seguridad antes de limpiar su
calefactor.
1.Asegúrese de que el calentador esté frío antes de continuar.
2. Para mantener limpio el calentador, se puede limpiar la carcasa exterior con
un paño suave y húmedo. Puede usar un detergente suave si es necesario.
Después de limpiar, seque la unidad con un paño suave. (PRECAUCIÓN: NO
permita que entren líquidos en el calentador)
3. NO use alcohol, gasolina, polvos abrasivos, cera para muebles o cepillos
ásperos para limpiar el calentador. Esto puede causar daño o deterioro a la
superficie del calentador.
4. NO sumerja el calentador en agua
5. Espere hasta que el calentador esté completamente seco antes de usarlo.
Almacenamiento: Guarde el calefactor en un lugar fresco y seco cuando no esté
en uso para evitar la acumulación de polvo y suciedad. Utilice la caja de emba-
laje para almacenarlo.
