use this product, installation, connection procedures.

n ENVIRONMENT
•Indooruse
•When heavy dust or metal particles are present in the
air, install the unit inside proper housing with sufficient
ventilation.
•Donotinstalltheunitwhereitissubjectedtocontinuous
vibration. Do not apply physical impact to the unit.
•Environmentaltemperature mustbe within-5 to+55°C
(23to131°F)withrelativehumiditywithin30to90%RH
in order to ensure adequate life span and operation.
•Besurethattheventilationslitsarenotcoveredwithcables,
etc.
n WIRING
•Donotinstallcables(powersupply,inputandoutput)close
to noise sources (relay drive cable,high frequency line, etc.).
• Do not bind these cables together with those in which
noises are present. Do not install them in the same duct.
n AND ....
•Theunitisdesignedtofunctionassoonaspowerissup-
plied, however, a warm up for 10 minutes is required for
satisfying complete performance described in the data sheet.

CHECKING
1) Terminal wiring: Check that all cables are correctly con-
nected according to the connection diagram.
2) Power input voltage: Check voltage across terminals 1
(+)–2(–).Useapowersourceofripplelevel10%p-por
less.
3) Installation & environment: Check ambient temperature.
Also check that there are no excessive dust particles around.
Check that there is no vibration.

nector is discontinued, Omron XG4A-2034 is used as an
