NOTE: During cooking, if the water temperature drops 2 degrees or more below the set

temperature, the appliance will begin to heat it up again and the alarm will beep when the

water temperature equals that set in the recipe.

NOTE:The appliance has the funcon of temperature calibraon. Press and hold the SET

buon and ON/OFF buon for 5 seconds. The current temperature will start ashing.

Press the + or - buons to calibrate the temperature and conrm the calibraon by pressing

the seng buon. If no no buon is pressed, will conrm automacally aer 5 seconds.
