Prior to charging this device, read all the related instructions be

product may arrive partially charged from the factory. It is highly recommended to fu

Boost 200 unit after purchase and before using for the first t

• Do not charge the Boost 200 Power Supply near flammable material, open flame or any
location which accumulates flammable fumes

• Make certain the any electrical outlet you choose to charge this device, that may be located
in a potentially wet or moist area,,is protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI).
•Make sure that both booster clamps are securely placed in their designated storage

A. AC Charging At Home with 110 Volt Charger
1. Keep the Main Booster Power Switch in OFF position while charging
.
2. Insert the AC charger round plug into the Boost 200 Charging Port
.
3. Connect the 110 Volt AC Charger into the 110 Volt AC home recep
t
acle
.
4. Fully charge the Boost 200 according to the following schedules
:
First time charge: 32 hours
Recharge and subsequent charge: 24 hours
5. Unplug the AC charger from the 110 Volt receptacle first and then remove the round plug from

Boost 200 Charging Port
.
B. DC Charging In Your Vehicle with 12 Volt Charger
1. Keep the Main Booster Power Switch in OFF position while charging
.
2. Insert the 12 Volt DC Charger round Plug into the Boost 200 Charging Port
.
3. Connect the 12 Volt DC Charger Plug into the vehicle cigarette lighter or 12 Volt accessory port
.
4. Fully charge the Boost 200 internal battery for 6 hours while the vehicle engine is running
.
5. Unplug the DC charger from the 12 Volt DC plug from the vehicle cigarette lighter port first and

remove the round plug from the Boost 200 Charging Port

AIR COMPRESSOR OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS: CAUTION
• Do not operate the Air Compressor more than 15 Minutes continuously. Allow the
compressor to cool down for 10 minutes between each continuous operation
.
• Review the products to be inflated for manufacturer’s recommended maximum
i

pressure. Most tires are recommended to be inflated between 27 to 38 PS
I.
• Always check the air inflation pressure with a separate and reliable pressure gauge dur
i
ng
and after
i
nflation
.
A. TO INFLATE TIRES:
IMPORTANT: Turn the Main Booster Power Switch to ON position. The LED indicator
located
in the front panel will illuminate BLUE indicating power is available in the Boost 200 system.
1. Open the Compressor Air Hose Compartment access door at the left side of the Boost 200 and pull
out the air hose. Make sure that the Nozzle Locking Lever is in the UP posi
t
ion
.
2. Remove the valve cap from the tire valve s
t
em.
3. Attach the compressor air valve nozzle onto the tire air valve stem and push down the air valve
nozzle as far as it extends. Make certain it is seated properly.
4. Press the Nozzle Locking Lever completely down to securely lock the tire air valve s
t
em
.
IMPORTANT: If the tire is completely deflated, raise the vehicle by utilizing a recommended ra
t
ed
lifting device and jack stand before inflating the
t
ire
.
5. Turn the compressor switch located on the front panel of Boost 200 to ON posi
t
ion
.
6. Monitor the pressure on the compressor air pressure gauge while in
f
la
t
ing
.
7. Turn OFF the compressor when the desired tire air pressure is reached
.
8. Disconnect the air hose nozzle from the tire air valve stem by lifting Nozzle Locking Lever to the UP
posi
t
ion
.
9. Replace the tire valve cap onto the tire valve s
t
em.
10. Stow the air hose into the Compressor Air Hose Compartmen
t.
11. Turn the Main Booster Power Switch to OFF position when the system is not in use
.
B. TO INFLATE BALLS/AIR MATTRESSES/RUBBER RAFTS:
IMPORTANT: Turn the Main Booster Power Switch to ON position. The LED indicator
located
in the front panel will illuminate BLUE indicating power is available in the BOOST 200
system.
1. Open the Compressor Air Hose Compartment access door at the left side of the Boost 200 and pull
out the air hose. Make sure that the Nozzle Locking Lever is in the UP posi
t
ion
.
2. Remove the valve cap from the inflatable valve s

em.
3. Attach the appropriate valve stem adaptor to the Air Hose Nozzle
.
4. Press Nozzle Locking Lever completely down to securely lock the valve stem adap

or.
5. Attach the compressor air valve nozzle with the valve stem adaptor onto the air valve stem of
t
he
inflatable and push down the air valve Nozzle as far as it extends. Make certain it is seated
properly.
6. Turn the compressor switch located on the front panel of Boost 200 to ON posi

ion
.
7. Monitor the pressure on the compressor air pressure gauge while in

ing
.
8. Turn OFF the compressor when the desired air pressure is reached
.

12 VOLT DC POWER PORT OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS…IMPORTANT:
The Internal auto-reset Circuit Breaker will automatically interrupt the power if the
current
drawn exceeds
10Amp.This feature prevents damage to the Boost 200 internal circuits. Internal
Circuit
Breaker will
automatically reset after cooling period (Approximately 10-25
minutes)

4. Turn on the power of the 12 Volt DC device being powered by the Boost 200 uni

5. Turn the Main Booster Power Switch to OFF position when the system is not in use

4. Remove the plastic protective cover from the inverter recep

5. Connect the device 110 Volt AC electrical plug into the inverter recep
t
acle
.
6. Turn on the inverter power switch to “II” position. If the inverter is operating properly, the green LED
indicator will illuminate. Now turn ON the device. If the green indicator remains on, the system is
operating properly. If the inverter green LED light turns OFF, turn off the device then turn the power
switch to “O” position to turn OFF the inverter immediately. See the trouble shooting guide. The
inverter may have been over loaded or the input voltage may be too low
.
Note: The power toggle switch on the front of the unit allows both USB & Inverter power to be used.
When the switch is pushed in at the top, the USB power is activated. When the toggle switch is
pushed at the bottom, the inverter power is activated. See Diagram page 1
.
CAUTION:
Some rechargeable devices are equipped with a separate charger, which can be connected into
t
his
inverter AC receptacle. However certain rechargeable devices are manufactured with built-in chargers
(see device owner’s manual). This category of devices may cause internal damage to inverters and
should not be used with this inverter. The temperature of the device must be monitored for the first 15
minutes of operation. An abnormally elevated temperature on the device is an indication that they should
no
t
be used with this inverter
.

USB OUTPUT PORT:
1. Turn the Main Booster Power Switch to ON position. The LED indicator located in the front panel will
illuminate BLUE indicating power is available in the Boost 200 sys

2. Prior to connecting the device to be powered by the USB port, make sure the USB power switch is
in the OFF position. The power switch must be positioned in the middle
.
3. Prior to plugging the device into the USB port, make sure the power switch is in the OFF position.
4. When using the USB cable to charge or power your electronic device, connect
t
he USB plug into the
USB port of Boost 200
.
5. Connect the other end of the cable to the electronic device
.
6. Press the USB port Power Switch to the ON (—) position. The device with built in rechargeable
ba
tt
ery will start charging automatically. Turn ON the electronic device and use as normal after charging
.
7. After using the USB port, the USB Power Switch must be turned to OFF (O) position, Otherwise
t
he
internal battery of Boost 200 will be slowly drained, even though there is no electronic device
a
tt
ached to the USB port
.
8. Turn OFF the electronic device and disconnect the cable from the USB port
.
9. Turn the Main Booster Power Switch to the OFF position. The Blue LED power indicator will be
t
urned
off indicating there will be no power available to the system
.
VEHICLE JUMP START INSTRUCTIONS:
WARNINGS: Vehicles equipped with on-board computers may be damaged if the vehicle is

ump
started. Read your vehicle owner’s manual instructions before attempting to jump-start your
vehicle. Failure to follow these advisory instructions may result in an explosion. Use Safety
Glasses to protect your eyes while working near battery during jump-starting a veh

Jump start a vehicle in an open area without any type of obstruct
i
ons
.
CAUTIONS: Make certain that the Boost 200 Main Power Switch is in the OFF position
before attempting to jump start a veh
i
c
l
e
.
1. Turn off the vehicle ignition and all accessories (Such as radio, lights, air conditioner, e
t
c).
2. Apply the emergency brake and put vehicles with automatic transmission in park posi
t
ion
.
3. Determine the polarity of the vehicle battery terminals. The positive (POS, +) battery terminal usually
is larger in diameter than the negative (NEG, -) terminal. If you are unsure, you must refer to
t
he
vehicle owner’s manual
.
4. Determine whether your vehicle is designed with a negative or positive grounded system: In
t
he
Negative Ground System, the negative battery terminal is grounded to the chassis of the vehicle.
Mos
t
vehicles use this type of system. In the Positive Grounded Systems the battery terminal is
grounded to the chassis OR any other part of the vehicle. If you are not certain of this important
information, YOU MUST REFER TO THE VEHICLE OWNER’S MANUAL
.
5. Remove clamps from the holders. Never allow clamps (positive & negative terminals) to
t
ouch
each other or contact the same piece of metal to avoid short-circuits and arcing
.
6. Follow the instructions for a Negative Grounded System or Positive Grounded System as indica
t
ed
below
:
Negative Grounded Sys

I. Connect the RED CLAMP (positive +) to the positive terminal of the vehicle battery or
t
he
remote positive terminal if available
.
II. Connect the BLACK CLAMP (negative -) to the vehicle engine block, or a metal part of
t
he vehicle which is
connected to the vehicle main ground system. Do not clamp directly to negative battery terminal, main fuel
distribution module or sheet metal parts
.

Positive Grounded Sys

:
I. Connect the BLACK CLAMP (negative -) to the negative terminal of the vehicle ba
tt
ery.
II. Connect the RED CLAMP (positive +) to the vehicle engine block, or a metal part of
t
he
vehicle which is connected to the vehicle ground system. Do not clamp directly to posi
t
ive
battery terminal, main fuel distribution module or sheet metal parts
.
7. Turn on the Main Power Switch by rotating the switch to the ON position. The BLUE LED will
illuminate indicating power is available in the booster clamps
.
8. Allow 3 to 5 minutes of charge time. It is highly recommended having a second person to assis
t
holding the unit securely in place during the next s
t
eps
.
9. Start the engine. Stop if the vehicle does not start after 2 to 3 seconds of engine cranking. Wait 2
t
o
3 minutes then try again. Repeat the above steps several times until the vehicle s
t
arts
.
10. If the vehicle starts, turn off the Main Power Switch by turning the switch to the OFF posi
t
ion
.
11. Disconnect the clamps as far away from the vehicle battery as possible
.

1. Unscrew the retainer ring at the tip of the 12 Volt DC charger plug
