Swoon Pod
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
ASSEMBLY WARNINGS:
• Due to the presence of small parts during
assembly, keep components out of reach
of children unl assembly is complete.
• To prevent serious injury, children
must not use Cozy Hanging Pod unl
properly assembled and installed.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN ASSEMBLY:
• Assembly should be completed
by adult person.
• Place the equipment on level ground.
• Do not install Cozy Hanging Pod
concrete, asphalt or any hard surface.
• A fall onto a hard surface can
result in serious injury or death to the equipment user.
• No need to show gorilla strength while ghtening bolts.
Over-ghtening bolts or nuts can cause the threads
to get damaged making it dicult to take your Cozy
Hanging Pod apart or reassemble it in the future.
(Steps 1-5) Build Stand:
1. Place A (Circular Base) on a level surface with the
non-skid feet resng on the oor surface.
2. Connect B (Vercal Height Pole) to A (Circular Base) using one E
(Round Hex Nut & Bolt) and two F (Washers). Tighten hardware.
3. Insert C (Curved Top Secon) of stand to B (Vercal
Height Pole) using the remaining E (Round Hex Nut &
Bolt) and two F (Washers). Tighten hardware.
4. Drop D (Hanging Pin) through the end of C (Curved Top
Secon). The cap of the pin should be on top.
5. Insert one end of H (Spring) through the hole
punched in the lower end of D (Hanging Pin).
(Steps 6-7) Connect Stand and Swoon Pod:
6. Slide the circular hanger at the top of the pod frame to the open
end of the H (Spring). Make sure Pod opening for entering/
exing seang is facing outward away from the stand.
7. Place J (Cushion) in Cozy Hanging Pod.
(Steps 8-9) Aach Moon Resistant Bungee Strap:
8. Connect one Carabiner on K (Bungee Cord) to the
horizontal rib running around the frame of the Pod.
9. Bring K (Bungee Cord) around B (Vercal Height Pole) and return the
other end to the same horizontal rib of Pod to secure other Carabiner.
Conrm both Carabiners on K (Bungee Cord) are closed.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
OPERATION WARNINGS:
• Only for family residenal domesc use.
• Designed for single person use. Children should use safely with on-site supervision.
• Maximum fall height 4 . (determined by product’s tallest height)
BEFORE OPERATING INSTRUCT CHILDREN:
Do not walk close to, in front of, behind, or between moving users of equipment • Do not use equipment in a manner
other than intended • Not to dismount equipment while they are in moon • Not to wear inappropriate items,
such as but not limited to, loose ng clothing, hood and neck drawstrings, scarves, cord-connected items, capes,
and ponchos. These items can cause death by strangulaon • Not to aach items to the equipment that are not
specically designed for use with the equipment, such as, but not limited to, jump ropes, clothesline, pet leashes,
cables and chain as they may cause strangulaon hazard • To remove bike or other sports helmet before playing on
the equipment • Wear well-ng and full foot enclosing footwear. Examples of inappropriate footwear are clogs, ip
ops, and sandals • Jump in an area safe of obstrucons on ground, air, or sky that you may encounter during jumping.
Locate Cozy Hanging Pod on level, at so ground surface that has padding, or carpet under and surrounding it.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
BEGINNING OF EACH PLAY SEASON:
• Tighten all hardware.
• Check all protecve coverings on bolts, pipes, edges, and
corners. Replace if they are loose, cracked, or missing.
• Check all moving parts including poles, hardware, and tube
for wear, rust, or other deterioraon. Replace as needed.
• Check all metal parts for rust. If found, sand and
repaint using a non-lead based paint meeng
the requirements of 16 CFR 1303.
TWICE A MONTH:
• Tighten all hardware
• Check all protecve coverings on bolts, pipes, edges, and
corners and all moving parts including poles, hardware,
and tube for wear, rust, or other deterioraon. Replace as
needed. Replace if they are loose, cracked, or broken.
DISPOSAL:
• When you are ready to dispose of the product, make
sure that all components are disposed of in accordance
with local waste ordinances. Disassemble and dispose
of the playground equipment in such a way that no
unreasonable hazards will exist at the me the
playground equipment is discarded.
WARNING:
• Owners shall be responsible for maintaining
the legibility of the warning labels
• Failure to carry out these checks and inspecons could result
in fall, head injury, or death due to falls from equipment
placed over hard surfaces or misuse of product.
