xOnly connect the adapter to the mains after checking whether the mains voltage is
the same as the values on the identification tags. Never connect an adapter or
power cord when it is damaged. In that case, contact your supplier.

use for a prolonged period of time.

INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on your purchase of the Marmitek BoomBoom 460. This
amplifier contains advanced audio amplification technology which provides
the audio quality of analogue amplifiers at a superior signal-to-noise ratio and
low audio distortion while at the same time offering an extremely small size
and high power efficiency. This Bluetooth audio device with built-in amplifier
allows you to play music from a sound source that is equipped with Bluetooth
technology on your passive speakers without having to connect the source
using cables. This could involve a PC or a laptop that has a Bluetooth USB
dongle, a mobile telephone that supports Bluetooth, an Android telephone, an
Android Tablet, an iPhone an iPad or a Mac.
You can then organise your music via the sound source without having to
walk over to the sound system.
The BoomBoom 460 has sufficient range, allowing you to organise your
music in the same or in an adjoining room.

CONNECTING YOUR SPEAKERS
The BoomBoom 460 connects to regular passive loudspeakers via regular
speaker cables (not included). Observe the correct polarity when connecting
the speakers.

PAIRING AND CONNECTING
The Bluetooth amplifier must be paired with your Bluetooth-enabled device in
order to be able to stream audio. To pair the amplifier, power up the amplifier
(with volume control). Then go to the wireless settings of your Bluetooth
device and select "Scan for Bluetooth devices". If in Windows, select "Add
New Device" in the Bluetooth tab.
Once the amplifier is shown as a headset with the name "BoomBoom 460",
confirm the pairing on your device. Next your Bluetooth device will
automatically connect to the amplifier. If it doesn‘t, manually select "Connect".
If streaming from Windows, note that Windows will install drivers during the
pairing. Manually connect to the amplifier by right-clicking the headset symbol
and selecting "Connect" if Windows does not connect automatically.
After the pairing is complete audio can be streamed to the amplifier from your
device.
RECONNECTING TO THE AMPLIFIER
If the amplifier or your device is switched off, the connection will be dropped.
When the amplifier is switched back on, it will automatically pair to the last
device it was connected. or.you can manually reconnect to the amplifier by
revisiting the Bluetooth settings of your device. Then simply select the
amplifier and select “Connect". The audio streaming will resume. In Windows,
right-click the headset symbol and select "Connect".

The BoomBoom 460 has a multicolour indicator led. (red and green).
Red: power ON
Green: Bluetooth ON.
Red and green alternate flashing quick: Pairing mode.
Red and green alternate flashing slow: Bluetooth connection.
WIRED CONNECTION
This BoomBoom 460 can also be used as a conventional Wired Stereo
amplifier with Direct Line-In to your Panel TV or other Audio Devices simply
by connecting the 3.5mm Audio Cable from the rear of the BoomBoom 460 to
your Music Source.

No Sound
xEnsure the AC adaptor is fully inserted into the AC outlet and the power
connection input on the BoomBoom 460.
xEnsure the BoomBoom 460 and Bluetooth device has been paired up.
xThe volume of the BoomBoom 460 is too low. Adjust the volume to an
appropriate level.
Distorted sound
xEnsure the volume level of the BoomBoom 460 is adjusted properly.
xThe BoomBoom 460 is too far away from the Bluetooth device. Move
them closer together.
What is aptX?
The aptX® audio compression solution retains the full integrity of original
digital audio and is optimised for instant real-time audio streaming. The suite
of algorithms has earned a reputation for some of the highest audio quality,
extremely low latency and strong resilience to bit errors, and has been
proven in wireless, broadcast and professional live performance applications.
The best result is achieved when playing lossless audio files (eg FLAC).
Using MP3, you get the best results if the Bitrate is 256kbps or higher.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Erwerb des Marmitek BoomBoom 460. Dieser
Verstärker enthält eine innovative Audioverstärkungstechnologie, die die
Audioqualität von Analogverstärkern mit beispiellosem
Signal/Rauschverhältnis und sehr wenig Verzerrung liefert, das alles jedoch
in extrem kleinem Format und mit hoher Leistungseffizienz. Mit diesem
Bluetooth Audiogerät mit eingebautem Verstärker spielen Sie Musik auf
passiven Lautsprechern von einer Bluetooth fähigen Musikquelle ab, ohne
diese mit Kabeln verbinden zu müssen. Das kann beispielsweise ein PC
oder Laptop mit Bluethooth USB-Dongle sein, ein Bluetooth fähiges
Mobiltelefon, ein Android-Telefon oder –Tablet, ein iPhone, iPad oder Mac.

LAUTSPRECHER ANSCHLIESSEN
Der BoomBoom 460 wird über herkömmliche Lautsprecherkabel (nicht
enthalten) an reguläre, passive Lautsprecher angeschlossen. Achten Sie
beim Anschluss der Lautsprecher auf die richtige Polarität.

KOPPLUNG UND VERBINDUNG
Um Audiodaten streamen zu können, muss der Bluetooth Verstärker mit
einem Bluetooth fähigen Gerät gepaart werden. Schalten Sie den Verstärker
ein (mit Lautstärkeregelung), um diesen paaren zu können. Gehen Sie nun
zu den drahtlosen Einstellungen des Bluetooth Geräts und wählen Sie
“Scannen nach Bluetooth Geräten“. Wählen Sie unter Windows im Bluetooth
Index “Neues Gerät hinzufügen“.
Bestätigen Sie die Kopplung auf Ihrem Gerät, sowie der Verstärker als ein
Headset mit dem Namen "BoomBoom 460" wiedergegeben wird. Daraufhin
wird das Bluetooth Gerät automatisch mit dem Verstärker verbunden. Sollte
das nicht der Fall sein, dann wählen Sie manuell "Verbinden“. Sie müssen
beim Streaming von Windows berücksichtigen, dass Windows während des
Paarens Steuerungsprogramme installieren wird. Stellen Sie, wenn Windows
nicht automatisch eine Verbindung mit dem Verstärker herstellt, manuell eine
Verbindung her, indem Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf das Headset-
Symbol klicken und "Verbinden“ wählen.
Nachdem die Paarung vollendet ist kann ein Audiosignal von Ihrem Gerät
zum Verstärker gestreamd werden.
ERNEUT EINE VERBINDUNG MIT DEM
VERSTÄRKER HERSTELLEN
Die Verbindung wird unterbrochen, wenn der Verstärker oder Ihr Gerät
ausgeschaltet ist. Wird der Verstärker wieder eingeschaltet, dann wird eine
Verbindung hergestellt werden, oder können Sie manuell Verbindung mit
dem Verstärker machen, indem Sie erneut zu den Bluetooth Einstellungen
Ihres Gerätes gehen. Wählen Sie daraufhin einfach den Verstärker aus und
tippen Sie auf "Verbinden“. Das Streaming des Audiosignals wird wieder
aufgenommen. Klicken Sie in Windows mit der rechten Maustauste auf das
Kopfhörersymbol und wählen Sie "Verbinden".

VERKABELTE VERBINDUNG
Dieser BoomBoom 460 kann auch als konventionell verkabelter
Stereolautsprecher, mit einer direkten Kabelverbindung zu Ihrem Fernseher
oder einem anderen Audiogerät, genutzt werden. Schließen Sie dazu einfach
das 3,5mm Audiokabel an die Rückseite des BoomBoom 460 und Ihre
Musikquelle an.
HÄUFIG GESTELLTE FRAGEN
Kein Ton
xÜberprüfen Sie, ob der Wechselstromadapter richtig an die Steckdose
und den Eingang für den Stromanschluss des Senders angeschlossen
ist.
xÜberprüfen Sie, ob das Pairing zwischen BoomBoom 460 und Bluetooth
Gerät stattgefunden hat.
xPassen Sie die Lautstärke an ein geeignetes Niveau an, wenn die
Lautstärke des BoomBoom 460 zu leise ist.
Verzerrter Ton
xÜberprüfen Sie, ob die Lautstärke des BoomBoom 460 richtig eingestellt
ist.
xStellen Sie den BoomBoom 460 näher an das Bluetooth Gerät, wenn die
Entfernung zwischen den beiden Geräten zu groß ist.

Félicitations pour l'achat du Marmitek BoomBoom 460. Cet amplificateur dispose d'une
technologie d'amplification audio avancée qui offre la qualité audio des amplificateurs
analogiques avec un signal/rapport signal sur bruit supérieur et une faible distorsion
audio, mais ce en très petite taille et à haute efficacité de puissance. Cet appareil
audio Bluetooth avec amplificateur intégré vous permet d'écouter de la musique en
provenance d'une source audio dotée de la technologie Bluetooth sur des enceintes
passives, sans avoir besoin de les relier par des câbles. Cela peut être par exemple un
PC ou un ordinateur portable dotés d'un dongle USB Bluetooth, un téléphone mobile
qui supporte le Bluetooth, un téléphone Android, une tablette Android, un iPhone, un
iPad ou un Mac.
Vous pouvez ensuite régler votre musique par le biais de la source audio, sans avoir
besoin de vous déplacer jusqu'au système de sonorisation.
Le BoomBoom 460 a une portée suffisante de sorte que vous pouvez régler la
